After Lifia became my property, we were having lunch at a diner in town.
Why we didn’t use room service at the Love Hotel.
It’s because I don’t have enough points.
I ordered room service together in the morning, and now my MP is 0.
I have only recovered to 6 out of 10.
It’s not enough for 2 meals.
So, we decided to eat at this place we found in town.
”I’m sorry, Master. It’s my fault…”
Lifia looked down, feeling sad.
”Don’t worry. The food here isn’t bad.”
Bread and bean soup.
It’s not bad.
Yeah, you can taste the ingredients.
It seems like spices are rare in this country, so the flavor is light.
Well, maybe this simple taste is nice too.
The diner is for commoners, and the customers are regular townspeople.
It has a casual, simple vibe.
And I clearly stand out in my suit, feeling a few eyes on me.
But someone else gets even more attention.
Lifia’s beauty draws more eyes than mine.
Shining blonde hair, clear blue eyes, smooth skin.
And her innocent beauty.
A girl like her stands out in a commoner diner, of course.
No, Lifia would stand out anywhere.
A beauty like her wouldn’t be found even in fancy places.
And I own such a beautiful girl as a slave.
I feel so proud.
But the problem is my money and points.
The 10,000 Aurum I paid for Lifia for one night is already gone to her last master.
This lunch costs 500 Aurum.
For both of us, that’s 1,000 Aurum total.
So, I currently have 39,000 Aurum left.
I still have some money.
MP will recover over time too.
But it’s still tough like this.
I gave up things like shampoo, so the Love Hotel is missing amenities now.
I need points to restock them.
Especially, refilling shampoo in a bottle costs 15 points.
It’s not just not enough; it goes over my max MP.
Refilling only the supplies would still be cheap, though.
Right now, 3 meals a day for 2 people is just not enough.
I need a way to get more money for a comfortable life.
Plus, I have to find a way to boost my max MP somehow.
I’d love to buy Lifia some sexy underwear and get her to wear it.
”Lifia”
”Yes?”
After finishing my meal, I decided to talk to Lifia.
I need money and want to increase my MP.
”What’s MP?”
Lifia tilted her head, confused.
Her blonde hair swayed lightly on her shoulders.
”I use MP to order room service and stuff.”
”Wait, is it about magic power? You felt your magic decrease when you ordered food?”
”Yeah, that’s it.”
So, MP is like magic power in this world.
Lifia must be right.
”People say that as you level up, your magic power increases.”
”Level up?”
”Yes, if you defeat monsters, you absorb their magic power, and your level goes up.”
So it’s like leveling up in a game.
Can I just take down some slimes?
”Do I really need to defeat monsters?”
”Looks like it.”
Can I even do that?

My skill is Love Hotel.
Not exactly battle-ready!
It’s a safe base, but that’s about it.
Still, I need to level up.
I have to try.
”Any monster will do?”
”I’ve heard that even weak monsters can help you level up at first, but it gets harder.”
That makes sense.
Guess I’ll just have to give it a shot.

We arrived at the Adventurer’s Guild.
If we’re going to take down monsters, it’s better to register as adventurers.
If you just want to hunt monsters, you can do it freely.
People might thank you, but they won’t get mad.
Still, to get information on monsters and receive money for quests, registration is needed.
I pushed the big wooden door.
Inside, there was a big counter.
There were papers for jobs on the wall, and a bar too.
Adventurers drank alcohol in the daytime.
They laughed and talked loudly.
I felt eyes on me.
Everyone was looking at Lifia.
She’s so beautiful!
A pretty girl like her is strange in this rough place.
I heard whispers.
I went to the counter and talked to the girl there.
She was a beautiful young woman.
She had long, brown hair tied back.
She smiled and was very polite.
And she had big boobs.
Big boobs!
”Hello.”
She looked surprised when I spoke.
Then, she smiled.
”Welcome. Are you here for a job? Please go to the job window next door.”
Oh, they thought I wanted a job because of my clothes.
Suits aren’t normal for adventurers here.
I guess that makes sense.
”No, I want to register as an adventurer.”
”Oh, sorry! I’ll show you how to register.”
While I was registering, 2 adventurers came over.
They looked rough, with dirty armor and beards.
They looked like trouble.
They liked Lifia.
They smiled and came closer.
”Hey, little lady, what are you doing here?”
”Let’s have some fun with us!”
Lifia was scared.
She hid behind me.
Her shoulders were shaking.
She was so worried.
The two men laughed at her.
Then, they looked at me.
”You and that kid think you can be adventurers?”
”You’re too weak to be an adventurer!”
I was getting angry, but then the girl at the counter spoke.
”Please, no trouble in the guild.”
