Haruto remembered hearing his parents’ voices from their bedroom, trying to peek, and Harue said something about a brother or sister.

After finishing the massage, Haruto said goodnight and lay down on the bed in his room.
He barely remembered what he and his dad had talked about.

That means there was no chance of conception in Mom’s body.
