Haruto couldn’t get over the shock of having the girl’s butt grabbed, and the first day was over
The second day is free time.
Haruto’s group has 5 boys, all of them.
Even though Haruto loves girls, he knows boys in girls’ groups feel awkward.
Still, being surrounded only by guys isn’t exciting
Haruto isn’t in a mental state to make noise on a school trip.
He just tags along with whatever the other boys want to do.
”Wow, so many tourists from abroad.”

The place they are now is a park
with lots of deer.
”Look, they’re feeding and petting them! Let’s do that too.”
”Cool! They’re so tame.”
While his friends are happy feeding the deer,
Haruto’s looking at something else.
(Huh? Is that a tick?)
Black, tiny things are on the deer’s body.
Upon closer look, they’re ticks.
(Ticks don’t cause disease… right?)
Haruto tries touching the deer.
There’s some inflammation, but the deer is a healthy male.
(So, even if ticks are attached, it doesn’t mean the deer is sick, right?)
Humans can get fleas, lice, ticks too,
but it’s just animals having animals on them──nothing more.
(Wait, does this mean I can’t handle food poisoning caused by parasites?)
What Haruto means is, parasites like anisakis that get into the stomach with food
They need to be killed or removed to avoid food poisoning.
Even hospitals remove anisakis from the stomach surgically.
(You really have to try it yourself to know how it is…)
He’s tried massage, acupressure, chiropractic treatments since he was little,
but real medical procedures are another level.
That’s why Haruto aspires to go to medical school…
(But if there’s a patient right in front of me, can I really test my ability?)
Considering anisakis, if his ability could remove it,
what if he fails to treat properly, and the parasite disappears without proper procedure──wouldn’t that be a problem?
(They might say I made the wrong initial diagnosis!)
Any disease can be healed.
With such an ability, Haruto could, without raising suspicion, run a massage and acupressure business. At first, he thought that would be enough after his reincarnation.
But after treating Haa-chan’s Mama for a breech birth, giving his mother Harue infertility massages, and curing his father Shouma’s azoospermia, word of the effectiveness of his massages and acupressure spread by word of mouth. He began to think about helping others with similar issues by opening a shop.
However, treating strangers instead of family or close acquaintances made him realize he should get a medical license to avoid mistakes. But that brought up another problem.
(Can I endure a reality where I have the ability to save someone dying right in front of me, but can’t use it because of legal restrictions?)
Working in the medical field meant facing such dilemmas. He wouldn’t know how he’d handle it until he tried, but the anxiety he felt hinted that it wouldn’t be easy.
”Hey, Study Freak! What are you spacing out for?”
”Sorry, sorry.”
”Let’s move on, then!”
Called by his friend, Haruto snapped out of his thoughts. He noticed the crowd around them.
(Wait, what’s with all these people?)
Everyone was holding smartphones, seemingly looking at deer? No, they were filming the deer?
Haruto glanced at one of the screens. It showed the lower half of a foreign tourist feeding the deer.
(These guys are all filming upskirts?)
Even in a peaceful park where people fed deer, some greedy individuals ruined the atmosphere. The world was truly unpredictable.
(I guess I’m not one to talk, being greedy myself.)
