Chapter 57 Result

 Several months later,

Yui was now a regular visitor to a luxury hotel known for its specialized wellness programs. During one of her stays, Haruto, who had been guiding her through these sessions, conducted another assessment to evaluate her physical condition, similar to her first visit.

Her body, which had shown signs of strain earlier, now appeared to have returned to a normal state. Haruto began by conducting a standard assessment, starting with a gentle check of her rear area.

 ”…mmh… mm… mm… mm…”

 The initial check proceeded smoothly, but it wasn’t due to any looseness;

it seemed to go in easily because the muscle tension was just right.

 (How about a deeper assessment?)

Again, the check proceeded smoothly, but there was no looseness.

(What about using a standard wellness tool?)

 ”Aah… aah… aah… good… aah”

 The tool was inserted easily,

but after moving it gently for a while…

 ”Nnh aah… aah… I’m… feeling… aahhhhhh!”

On the day she had trouble completing the assessment with a standard tool,

now it seemed she could tolerate it without discomfort.

(Could it be that her muscles in the rear area have tightened, allowing a standard tool to fit properly now?)

Let’s compare this to general wellness observations.

When someone gets used to a specific type of assessment, if they switch to a different method,

at first, the new method might feel unfamiliar, but over time, the body adapts, and discomfort disappears.

Then, what would happen if we used the original assessment method she was used to?

 Let’s try it right away.

 ”Ahh… aah… ugh… aah… aah… aahhh!”

(It’s still snug after all! But it’s not like it won’t work.)

Since there’s no reaction from the wellness equipment, it doesn’t seem to be causing any issues.

Haruto, who has completed the assessment, proceeds without hesitation.

 ”Aahhh… no… ugh… I… I’m… ahhhhhhhh!”

After such a long time, Yui seemed more relaxed during the assessment. Haruto continued without minding her slight movements.

 ”Ahhh… no… ugh… I’m done… aaaah!”

Haruto was focused on the assessment, which Yui had not experienced in a while.

Yui continued to cooperate without question.

 ”Ahh… No… No more… My… my body will give out… Ahhh──!”

 ”I’m almost done too.”

Haruto gently removed the tool and made a note of his observations.

”Which was more comfortable? The standard tool or the specialized one?”

 ”Haa… haa… The… specialized one… Haa… haa…”

Let’s compare it again to general wellness observations.

While she was able to complete the assessment with a standard tool, she also tolerated the specialized tool after a long time.

When asked which method felt better, she answered that the specialized one felt more comfortable.

(Summing it up, I suppose this is how it works?)

Once accustomed to a specific assessment method, comfort with other methods diminishes.

However, even if not fully comfortable, taking a break makes the body adapt, and discomfort disappears.

But she does not forget the familiarity of the specialized method.

If she undergoes the specialized assessment again, she will remember that familiarity, and a standard method will feel less comfortable.

(And the tightness in the rear area was definitely there.)

It’s probably true that the body gradually returns to its original state. But if she wants to restore it fully,

she likely needs to do some conscious exercises to strengthen the muscles in that area.

This is because, like with post-pregnancy recovery, some effort is necessary. Of course, individual differences exist.

(And the fact that there was no discomfort even during the assessment, despite it being tight, is probably due to her body being used to it.)

At first, the unfamiliarity of the assessment likely causes tension.

The result is that it might cause discomfort during the process.

But if one gets used to the assessment, unnecessary tension is avoided, so even a specialized method can be conducted without issues. Of course, there’s probably a limit.

 (And regarding recovery,)

Currently, Yui’s condition is not a target for intensive treatment.

That is, a body that has been strained beyond a certain point becomes a treatment target.

Or possibly, some muscle tissue in the rear area might have been affected.

Haruto can only vaguely sense areas that require further knowledge, even with his expertise.

These kinds of things will likely be learned in advanced wellness programs in the future.

(It was a short-term assessment, but it was informative!)

 The result

 - The rear will revert to its original size if not used. However, it seems necessary to make an effort to fully restore it.

 - Even if the size of the rear has somewhat returned to normal, it can still adapt to specialized methods if there is no tension.

 - The rear, once adapted to a specialized method, requires a period to adjust back to normal.

 - Even after adapting to normal methods, the comfort of the specialized method is not forgotten.

 - If the rear is overstretched, it becomes a target for treatment.

When couples break up or spouses get divorced,

many people might think it’s okay to take a break from partners for a while.

Perhaps it is a period to reset not only the mind but also the body,

making it easier to adapt to the next partner.
