Today marks my second muscle training session with Tsuyuki-san.
The first time was in Haruto’s room, but without any proper equipment, it ended up being mostly just talking.
This time, though, he was invited to Tsuyuki-san’s room, where they could use actual tools for the training.
He chatted about all sorts of things with Tsuyuki-san and learned a few interesting details.
Turns out, Tsuyuki-san isn’t married.
There seemed to be some kind of situation there, so he didn’t pry too deeply. Basically, they’re living together.
Since the apartment is rented under Tsuyuki-san’s name, she introduces herself as Tsuyuki to visitors,
but her real name is Hashimoto Keiko, and she’s 29 years old.
Tsuyuki-san’s full name is Tsuyuki Seiichi, and he’s 33.
The most surprising revelation at the end was that Seiichi-san works as a physical therapist at Chiba University Hospital.
※Physical therapist: They help restore function to parts of the body that have been affected by illness or injury. They use techniques like stretching, muscle training, massage, and heat therapy to aid in rehabilitation, allowing people to perform basic movements again.
Physical therapists not only focus on recovery but also work to prevent symptoms from getting worse.
”Alright, let’s call it a day!”
”Phew~, my chest muscles feel so pumped now.”
”You really have to focus on your chest, or it’s tough to build muscle there.”
This is how the neighbors are getting to know each other better.
If they grow a little closer, maybe they’ll invite Akane over for a hot pot party—just the four of them!

That night
”Hehe, this is your first overnight stay, isn’t it?”
”Next time, I should visit Akane’s room.”
”Yup! You’re welcome anytime.”
Creak… creak… creak… creak…
”Huh!? What’s that sound?”
”It’s fine, sounds like the neighbor has started.”
”Oh, right!”
Haruto tries to listen at the wall but, as usual, can’t hear any voices.
Without knowing what’s actually happening, Haruto assumes they’re engaged in something intimate.
”Haruto, you shouldn’t do that.”
”I’ve tried so many times, but I can’t hear any voices at all.”
”No eavesdropping!”
”Then, let’s imitate them, shall we?”
”Imitate?”
”Probably. Since they’re playing a scenario where they can’t make any noise, that’s what we’ll imitate.”
Haruto explained the concept of time stop he’d seen in his past life.
And they decided on the setting for this time.
”So, the setting is that I live here alone, huh.”
”That’s right! I’m the intruder!”
”How do you do the time stop?”
”I’ll use the room lighting remote! When the indicator lights up, it’s time stop, and when the lights go out, it’s released.”
”Got it.”
”Hehe, looking forward to it.”
”When did you watch something like that? You’re really a pervert, Haruto!”
”If I’m a pervert, does that mean you are too???”
”N, not at all!”
Suddenly, Haruto and Akane decided to act out a time stop scenario.
The setting is this: a female college student living alone is asleep when a man breaks into her room.
And this man is no ordinary intruder—he’s an ability user who can stop time.
What will become of the female college student’s fate!
