”That’s enough! I only came here because I happened to read a review, that’s all! Let’s go home already!”
”Yuna, try to calm down…”
Turning to the doctor, her manager continued, “Doctor, what do you think? Is there anything we can do for her?”
Haruto nodded slowly. “Well… if it’s a physical issue, I’m confident I can treat it. However… if it’s something psychological, it won’t be a simple fix.”
”…What did you just say?”
”Huh? Ah—! I mean, it could potentially be resolved quickly! Much earlier than expected!”
Yuna leaned forward. “If the problem is physical, you’re really confident you can handle it?”
”That’s… really true?” her manager asked.
”Uh, yes, I mean… I have confidence in my abilities.”
”You hear that, Yuna? There’s still hope!”
”W-wait a second!” Haruto raised his voice a little, trying to regain control. “Please, let me finish the explanation first!”
He took a breath, then spoke clearly.
”There’s a chance that when the initial injury occurred, other parts of the body were also affected. It’s also possible that, during treatment, strain was placed on areas we didn’t notice at the time. There are many possibilities we still need to consider.”
Haruto’s gaze grew more serious.
”In any case, we need to conduct a full-body examination. Naturally, that would require removing your clothes… Are you prepared for that, as someone in the public eye?”
”Yuna… what do you want to do?” her manager asked gently.
”…Fine,” Yuna answered, biting her lip. “If I keep going like this, I’ll just end up embarrassing myself in front of the whole world anyway. Being seen by just one person… it’s not such a big deal anymore. Besides…”
”Besides?”
”This person doesn’t know anything about me. Isn’t that better than being seen by someone who does?”
Haruto’s disinterest in TV or online media unexpectedly turned out to be useful.

Yuna took the form. Her manager, Sasahira, stood beside her, checking through the contents together.
This was the same document Haruto always provided to clients undergoing treatment for the first time.
To summarize, it included clauses like:
If deemed necessary by the practitioner, I consent to physical contact and the removal of clothing for the purpose of treatment.
To most people, such a statement might seem hard to believe. But for Haruto, this consent form was absolutely essential—especially when the treatment required such close, detailed care.
Ordinary customers didn’t need to sign this. Only those like Ayase-senpai before, or Yuna now—those who had fully agreed to the procedure in advance—were asked to give formal consent.
”I’ve finished writing.”
”I’ll check it now.”
At the bottom right corner, Yuna’s name was written clearly:

And in the guardian’s section:
Sasahira Sawa
Haruto confirmed the signatures quietly.
(So the manager was listed as guardian. That made things simpler.)
”Alright then, I’ll guide you to the treatment room.”
”Doctor, please take care of Yuna.”
Sasahira gave a deep bow.
(I thought she’d come along… This might be lucky.)
”Yes, I’ll do my best,” he replied.
And so, treatment began for Nishira Yuna—one of the leading members of a popular idol group—who had appeared at his clinic with little warning and much at stake.

• Yuna – Female. A famous idol. She has well-defined features and is described as idol-like in appearance. She is a member of a popular idol group known for intense dance and singing performances. She is considering an AV job, which is unusual for a current popular idol. Her relationship with Haruto is that of a customer seeking assistance.
• Sasahira Sawa – Female. Yuna’s manager. She wears a suit and appears professional. She is supportive of Yuna but seems to struggle with explaining the situation. Her relationship with Haruto is that of a representative for Yuna.
