Volume 2 Chapter 4 Lena’s Memoir 4️⃣
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
I don’t trust anyone.
No.
I don’t even know what it means to trust someone.
Honestly, I can’t say I do.
”It must have hurt a lot,” Sir Soyuz whispered, holding me close.
Even as I laid myself bare—so ugly, so broken—his embrace was gentle and warm.
”U…sniff… wha… waaaah!”
Like a scared child, I let shameful tears fall.

”I’m sorry… I lost control…”
The feelings I had held back all this time poured out with my tears, yet inside, I felt calm.
Sir Soyuz kept stroking my hair, and his kindness warmed my heart like a soft fire.
”It’s okay. I understand why you can’t trust me—or anyone. But still, I want to help you.”
He held me tenderly and spoke those words to someone like me, who didn’t fully believe yet.
”Because of your scars, you’ve suffered so much pain. I have the power to heal you. Isn’t that reason enough?”
His words reached me deep inside.
I saw his heart wasn’t selfish or shallow. It was pure—a sacred wish to save me.
Why else would he hold my filthy, broken body so gently?
He had saved me from the cruel village leader, fed me, bathed me, treated me like a human.
If I can’t trust this person, then what can I trust in this world?
If—
If I trust him and get betrayed—
No. I must not think that way.
If I can’t trust the warmth he’s giving me now, I can’t believe in anything at all.
(If this kind master says he will help me… I… want to believe… I do…)
Fear still gripped me, but I said it while trembling in his arms.
I prayed he would save me.
In the end, I was right.
”Thank you. I will heal your body now,” Sir Soyuz said, his eyes serious but full of care.

”Now, I’ll perform the ritual. It may surprise you, but I promise it won’t hurt. Please trust me.”
He sat me on the bed, then slowly removed his clothes until he was bare.
His boldness startled me, and I blurted out, “W-will you… hold me?”
I had just said I wanted to believe him, yet fear caught my voice.
Sir Soyuz shook his head gently.
”I won’t do anything you dislike. Can you trust me?”
His voice was soft, soothing.
”…Yes.”
I answered barely above a whisper, ashamed I even doubted him.
That moment would haunt me forever.
But I steadied myself because what came next scared me deeply.
Sir Soyuz took a knife, cut his finger, and held the bloodied tip toward me.
A small scream slipped out.
”Lena, will you accept my life?”
I froze.
But when he asked again, I made my choice.
He was offering himself to save me.
He would never harm me.
”Y-Yes,” I nodded.
Right then, something strange spread through my body.
It felt like something entered me—not painful, but calming—like I was becoming one with Sir Soyuz standing before me.
I wondered if he felt it too.
”Accept my life…” he murmured, touching the scar on my chest with blood-stained fingers.
Suddenly—
”Ah!?”
Power surged from where he touched, flowing along the scar like soft tickles, then spread warmth all through me.
It wasn’t unpleasant. It was unbelievably good.
Though I’d never felt this before, it was the same pleasure Sir Soyuz gave me when he gently touched me.
As if he was loving me with his fingers and breath, I cried out,
”Ah! Ah! Hey, what is this?! Uuuu!”
I had never known such pleasure before.
It grew stronger as Sir Soyuz traced my scars.
I couldn’t hold it anymore…
”Ah! Hmm! Hmm… Mmm!?”
Embarrassed and overwhelmed, I lost control, wetting myself and reaching a climax before fading into darkness.
* * *
Even after I showed him my broken, messy self and had an accident, Sir Soyuz didn’t scold me.
Instead, he said softly,
”Lena, look at your body.”
With loving eyes, he urged me gently.
I lowered my gaze to my chest and belly—and I was speechless.
The ugly scars from that cursed monster—the scars that tortured me for years—were gone.
Completely gone.
Trembling, I touched my skin. It was smooth.
The marks that ran from my shoulder to chest, stomach, and hips—remnants of those claws—had vanished.
In their place, my skin was soft and beautiful, almost like a newborn’s.
”No… they’re gone…”
Was this a dream?
No, it wasn’t.
This person standing before me was saving me.
That was real—undeniable.
”Ugh… ugh… ughhh… Waaaaaah…”
I grabbed my body and broke into loud sobs.
These tears were different from before.
They carried the joy of reclaiming what was lost, the happiness of becoming human again.
Most of all, they held deep gratitude for Sir Soyuz, who had given me back my life.
All of that spilled out as tears and shouts.
* * *
That’s how Sir Soyuz saved me.
He healed my scars, even restored my lost left eye.
He accepted me, broken and filthy.
He welcomed my service and cared for me with joy.
Could such happiness be real?
I still don’t know how to repay his kindness, as a lowly slave.
But Lena is not ungrateful.
If I can do anything, I want to do it all for him—even if it means pain or death.
I’m ready to dedicate my body, mind, and life to him.
But he hates it when I hurt myself.
”Lena, don’t treat yourself badly. That’s an order.”
Once before, Sir Soyuz scolded me with that command.
For a slave, a master’s order is absolute.
I’ve always seen myself as trash, so this command was hard to accept.
Still, I want to follow his words—desuno.
To my greatest master, Sir Soyuz—whom I love with all my heart.
