Volume 6 Chapter 3 Hikari-chan Is Loved By Two ★

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

Hikari-chan clarified that the true drawback of the ‘Lucky Extreme’ Skill wasn’t excessive libido, but an overwhelming fixation on men. Essentially, since I hadn’t been intimate with her, her unfulfilled longing had spiraled, leaving her desires unchecked and overwhelming.

 There were three solutions.

The first was indulgence. Hikari-chan estimated that being intimately involved with multiple partners for about two hours daily would suffice. But no one agreed. Even Rusty, who openly admitted to her past as a companion for the Order of Knights, warned against it. “If she does that, she’ll truly lose herself to her desires. Even after the dungeon trials end, she’d never forgive herself and might take a drastic step,” she explained later.

The second option was for Hikari-chan to seek me out and be with only me. But her restlessness wouldn’t subside during the journey. We couldn’t risk her appearing overwhelmed in public, nor could she endure the physical strain of travel. Besides, with McGaref in crisis, recalling me wasn’t feasible.

The third choice was to temporarily ease her tension through mutual comfort with another woman.

Hikari-chan sighed, her expression softened as she gently took my hand, her touch tender and seeking. Aria cradled Hikari-chan’s shoulders from behind, her embrace warm and supportive. With each passing moment, Hikari-chan’s eyes grew calmer, her tension easing.

”Takumi, perhaps you could offer Hikari some comfort. She hasn’t had a moment of peace,” Aria suggested.

”I’m sorry, Takumi-kun. I’m imposing on you when you’re already tired,” Hikari-chan apologized.

”Don’t worry about it. Just relax, Hikari-chan. Let me know if there’s anything I can do,” I reassured her.

I moved to sit beside Hikari-chan, her posture relaxed, her emotions raw. She explained that she’d skipped meals, relying only on restorative remedies to prepare. T/N: Restorative remedies replenish energy but not nutritional needs.

But that’s Hikari-chan—she’d push herself even now. Tomorrow, she’d likely dive back into her duties, full of determination. I couldn’t stop her. Just like her, I’d felt helpless for years, unable to ease her burdens. Yet now, in a small way, we were making a difference.

”Let me help you relax,” I whispered.

Softly… gently… tenderly. Hikari-chan’s tension eased effortlessly, her sighs filled with relief.

 ”Ahh… this feels so calming… Takumi-kun, it’s so soothing. Please, continue…”

”Hikari, you should thank him for being here for you,” Aria teased gently.

 ”Huh? But I—”

”You’ve always been there for me, Hikari-chan. Your presence is a gift,” I interjected, grateful for Aria’s kindness.

”Thank you… I’m sorry for being such a burden. If you’re willing, please stay with me,” Hikari-chan pleaded.

”Don’t hold back, Hikari,” Aria cooed, pressing a tender kiss to Hikari-chan’s forehead. Her lips, once marked by duty, now spoke of freedom. Their hair mingled, their hands, marked by shared experiences, entwined warmly.

”Hikari cherishes you, Takumi. Say it—’I’m here for you,’” Aria urged.

”Takumi-kun, even as I am, will you still stand by me?” Hikari-chan asked, her voice trembling.

”Of course, Hikari-chan. I’ll always be here for you,” I declared, holding her close while pulling Aria in for a group embrace. Aria’s presence radiated warmth, a reminder that someday, I’d need to care for them both.

I offered water to Hikari-chan, helping her sip slowly to ease her thirst. Gently massaging Aria’s shoulders, she sighed with a mix of relief and gratitude.

”I’m here for you too, Aria,” I whispered.

”Me too… I’m grateful for this moment. Having you both by my side makes everything bearable,” Aria confessed.

”Takumi-kun… I need you to stay close. My heart craves your presence,” Hikari-chan pleaded, her eyes soft with emotion.

 ”Of course, Hikari,” I assured.

”Thank you. I’m here for you too,” Aria added.

I held Hikari-chan tightly, her sighs music to my ears.

”Ahh… I can feel it… your kindness filling me up…”

Softly… gently… tenderly. Her heart seemed to find peace, but it wasn’t enough. I lifted Hikari-chan, positioning her comfortably, her posture relaxed. Aria, smiling, offered a warm blanket, understanding my intent.

”Now, we’ll both take care of Hikari-chan,” I promised.

 ”Yes…♡ Aria, please…♡”

A warmth spread in Aria, her usual composure shifting to gentle care.

”You’ve been through so much. Let us ease your burden. Rest and trust us,” Aria soothed.

”Thank you… I’m grateful to have you both…”

”Express your gratitude. ‘I’m thankful for Takumi and Aria’s support,’” Aria encouraged.

Aria held Hikari-chan softly, while I supported her from below.

”Ahh… I’m so grateful for your kindness… Thank you for being here for me…”

”It’s our pleasure. It’s been a while since we’ve seen you so at peace…” Aria remarked, her voice soft.

Hikari-chan’s calm was different now—free of the weight that had burdened her. Relieved, I held her tightly, pouring all my care into her.

As midnight struck, Hikari-chan’s tension eased, breaking the strain of her trials.

Finally able to rest soundly, I tucked her in, kissing Aria goodnight as she stayed by Hikari-chan’s side.
