It was strange.
No—that didn’t even cover it. It was beyond strange.
But there I was. Me. Standing in front of me. And that impossible fact was reality.
”Yo, me.”
The other me greeted me casually, cheerful. I knew that tone—when I talked like that, it was because I wanted to leave a good impression.

Thanks to the two Hikari-chans, I already knew the gist. That this guy—this other me—was the First Emperor of Quvarian Empire. That the Witch of the Turning Heavens, Livia, was our sworn enemy. That if we joined forces and killed her, this war would end.
And yet. Three things about him pissed me off.

I shot a glare at Aria, clinging tightly at my side. Just earlier, he’d rushed her, crying, “Aria! You’re alive, you’re really alive!”—and hugged her like she was his lost salvation.
The two Hikaris had smiled warmly, so I held my tongue then. But the way he hugged her—he’d definitely gotten the full feel of her M-cup rockets.

”I get that. But still.”

I stopped. I couldn’t say it.

• Grano – The Black Flame General, a legendary figure from Quvar’s past, now resurrected as part of the First Emperor’s ghostly host. Known for his ruthless tactics and unwavering loyalty to the Emperor, Grano commands a significant portion of the undead army. He is disdainful of the living, particularly those who oppose the Emperor’s plans, and shows no mercy in battle. His presence, alongside other legendary generals like Belhart, underscores the immense threat posed by the Emperor’s forces. First mentioned in v9c7.
• Eris – Rusty’s daughter and commander of the all-female Order of Knights, loyal elf warrior with a widow-like warmth. Mother of Meruru, thus Rusty’s granddaughter, tying three generations to Takumi. Beautiful with short golden hair and armor, she blends practicality with tenderness. First appears v9c12. Reminder: Knightly daughter balancing steel and maternal grace.
• McGaref – Fortress city, adventurer hub.
• Roshima – Empire’s War Minister, stern and pragmatic, loyal to Princess Sheryl’s reformists. Opposed the Ghost Army with Livia, wielding great military authority while lamenting the empire’s decline. First appears v9c11. Reminder: Steadfast warlord guarding Sheryl’s path.
• Rira – A classmate and one of Takumi-kun’s harem members. She has J-cup breasts and short black hair, which she plans to dye blue.
