Chapter 78 Nobility and Commoners

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

Though it carried the scent of daily life, the so-called break room was still just another classroom in the academy. The only light came from the fluorescent bulbs—on, and all charm vanished; off, and darkness swallowed everything. After flicking the switch in silence several times, they compromised by pulling the curtains wide, letting moonlight pour in.

”The moon is beautiful tonight,” Marina murmured.

 ”—Yes. Truly so.”

Yuuri turned toward her voice. She stood in silver light, her words an old phrase of quiet confession. For a heartbeat, he wondered how to answer—he could tease her, perhaps, or joke that from this cot, the moon wasn’t even visible. Yet the thought died. Dressed in pure white, framed by the starlit window, she looked too radiant for levity to survive.

”I half expected you to tease me for that,” she said, smiling.

”I know what that question means,” he replied gently. “It’s meant to be a small, precious conversation, isn’t it, Marina-hime?”

The goddess Shelm had called this a wedding gift—an upgrade to their Familial Workshop, a divine space meant to nurture intimacy between master and servant. Even so, it was Ashley who’d suggested they include a bridal rite in the first session, and Marina had agreed. So he had ordered the preserved wedding gown to be worn tonight—and, with no attendants, it had fallen to Yuuri to help her into it himself.

She had given him a mischievous look at first, then shifted seamlessly into her regal bearing, every gesture poised, every word deliberate. The transformation was stunning.

Changing into the gown was supposed to prepare them for their sacred union. Yet when faced with her flawless nakedness, Yuuri had been unable to act on desire—he had forced himself to focus on the ritual of dressing, his hands steady, his thoughts trembling. And then, as if by divine jest, the playful friend had become the First Princess once more.

But it wasn’t an act. Marina had always borne the weight of expectation, a figure both adored and revered. Such grace, such distance—it was part of her truth. If he truly wanted all of her, he would have to love this nobility too.

”Forgive me for troubling you,” she said softly. “This way, if you please.”

”Of course. Ever at your side.”

Despite his attempt at composure, he still managed to fumble; in this borrowed room, her royal dignity outshone everything. He apologized with a bow, trying to make his awkwardness seem deliberate, something gentlemanly. When he reached out his hand by the window, Marina lifted her gown’s hem and curtsied with such elegance that his breath caught. Her gloved fingers slid into his, cool and light.

He should have kept moving—the ritual demanded it—but the sight of her stilled him. All thought of labyrinths, of necessity, scattered like dust.

 ”—You’re beautiful,” he whispered.

”Because I stand beside Yuuri-sama,” she answered, her tone lilting, “~desuwa.”

Even the simplest words seemed gilded in her voice. This wasn’t the easygoing Marina he’d come to know these past weeks, but the princess who had ruled hearts since birth. And even clothed in a hastily donned bridal gown, she shone.

He looked down at himself—formal robes, flawless tailoring by Suzuri—and felt small. For all the ceremony, he couldn’t match her grace.

”Please,” she said, noticing the hesitation in his eyes, “don’t be afraid.”

 ”—Ah.”

She saw through him instantly. Once again, her insight disarmed him. That same bright mind, that same impossible poise—it stirred both admiration and unease. How many times had he shrunk before her quiet strength?

Perhaps he, an ordinary man even before this world, had never been worthy of someone born so high. Each time he tried to meet her as an equal, his courage faltered. The thought stung.

But then Marina stepped closer. Her hands folded over his, guiding it to the sigil glowing faintly on her lower belly—the divine mark that bound servant to master.

”I find your self-discipline endearing, Yuuri-sama,” she said. “It means you see yourself clearly and tread carefully. That prudence has kept you alive in the labyrinths. It is your strength.”

 ”—Perhaps you’re right,” he murmured.

Her fingers pressed his hand deeper, against warmth and power. The mark flared softly, and something within him reached out—tendrils of magic awakening from where they lay dormant, answering her pulse. They connected, essence to essence.

”Mmh…♡ You may worry as much as you need,” she gasped, voice trembling with sweetness. “That fear is part of survival. But if it ever weighs you down, I’ll be here to remind you—how strong you truly are♡.”

 ”Ah… Marina-hime… Marina…”

He had sworn restraint, yet her kindness undid him. To toy with such a girl—so gentle, so devoted—seemed wrong, and yet, the magic made restraint impossible. His inner sigils responded, weaving invisible threads that traced every curve, every heartbeat.

It wasn’t lust, but connection—a communion possible only because their hearts had already met. The tendrils brushed her spirit, tracing the servant’s inner structure. He could feel how deeply she had changed, reshaped by countless blessings, her soul bright and strange.

And still, she was both the cheerful girl and the noble princess, unbroken.

Then, surely, he thought, he could find a way to reconcile weakness and power within himself, just as she had.

Marina smiled faintly. “Heh… as I thought, Yuuri-sama, the look in your eyes when you steel yourself—that’s what I love most.”

”Uh… I keep making you help me so many times. It is truly embarrassing.”

By now, it felt like Marina held everything about him. She knew exactly how to cheer him up when his mood dropped, so a little low feeling did not bother her at all.

As soon as she saw her husband’s worry lift, Marina moved fast. She raised the hand that had rested on his lower stomach and guided it to her breast. Yuuri let her lead. She pressed his open palm against the soft curve and leaned closer, making the pressure stronger.

This sudden shift from gentle comfort to clear desire caught him by surprise.

 ”W-what, that is too…!”

”Why hold back? This is normal for a husband and wife.”

She still spoke with careful words. But her face clearly enjoyed his panic.

She kept a pure look while her cheeks turned pink. She offered the symbol of her womanhood—her breast—and even covered his hand with hers to make him hold it.

The mix of pure and bold in her actions stirred him. He had tried not to think of Marina’s charm before, but now the heat in his body rose quickly.

At the same time, Marina’s fine nose lifted a little. She blushed deeply and looked at him with golden eyes full of want.

This showed that no matter the outside act, inside she was the same easy girl.

It’s fine to be normal, he thought. The plan to lead her to the bed vanished. He started to lift her small body, but Marina stopped him firmly.

”No, Yuuri-sama. Suzuri has a better nose than I do. Do you plan to let her smell signs of our closeness?”

 ”—Yes…”

 It sounded weak.

He slowly lowered Marina’s body. Then he reached for her top clothes. She seemed to find her sad husband funny; she took each piece he removed while her shoulders shook with quiet laughs.

* * *

The formal suit was left in the office. The rest-room door closed without sound.

Marina walked forward with grace and placed both hands on his hardness without pause.

”I will make you feel better right away.”

 ”W-whoa, ah, Marina-hime…!”

Her careful yet skilled strokes moved up and down.

The smooth feel of her gloves and perfect grip brought quick pleasure. His body answered at once.

”Mmm, I think Yuuri-sama sounds better with his usual voice. It feels rough—like being handled strongly. That excites me ♡”

 ”U-understood. Keep going, please.”

In the middle of her touch, Marina suddenly pointed out his noble act was wrong. To a real princess, his try looked too rough to enjoy.

He had indeed tried too hard. He only needed to love the serious princess Marina; he did not have to copy her style.

When the princess herself said it failed, he could only return to his simple, rude self. But now that he thought about it, the idea of a low-born man making a noble princess serve him did feel exciting.

”Haa ♡ You got strong so fast ♡ Do you like a princess’s hand this much ♡”

 ”Yes, it’s too good. Thinking of… being inside Marina-hime… Marina… I can’t hold back.”

The idea of having this beautiful, noble princess made him bold in a disrespectful way. And she wanted it too, so he could not stay calm.

He spoke his feelings honestly. Marina kept stroking while placing her breast on his extended arm and sent a teasing look.

”Yes, this is practice for the day we have a child ♡ You must work hard starting tonight ♡”

”Ugh, huu…! Damn, just breasts, and I…!”

Her words and actions sent endless pleasure to his hardness.

She knew exactly how to raise her master’s joy, so she showed no mercy. And with her hand holding him, he could not escape.

If they joined fully, the pleasure given to a servant would be huge, making it easy to match her. But with only her hand giving joy one way, he was the one cornered.

He reached to the bond mark to send magic and make her feel more. Marina only moaned boldly; her hand on him did not slow.

”Nii, hii ♡… This, this ♡ Yuuri-sama’s favor, pleasure only for servants ♡ For this I give everything ♡ Being your servant is the best ♡♡”

”Haa, wait, Marina…! This is bad! I’m close, your hand is too strong!”

He had already proven that even magic touch all over her body would not stop Marina.

Drunk on skill power, he had forgotten. The moment he used the mark, Marina’s touch grew even bolder, attacking his hardness without pause.

At this rate, the only future was a shameful loss to the princess’s hand.

With no pride left, Yuuri hugged her body tightly to force the touch to stop.

 ”Ahn, ahn ♡♡ That’s mean, Yuuri-sama ♡ More, please ♡”

”More is not the point! This way I’ll finish too soon! Don’t you want me inside!?”

Marina’s body shook from magic pleasure, but she would not let go. Yuuri half-yelled in frustration. The wise princess shook her head like a stubborn child. He felt stunned yet found it cute.

But if he let go, the hand pleasure would start again. He planned to hold her until she calmed. Then he felt something strange on the bottom he held.

”Hm, wait, you… aren’t wearing any?”

Her strong, fit bottom refused to step back, as if saying I will keep going.

But when his fingers slid over the dress, he felt no cloth underneath.

”Nfu ♡ I wanted Yuuri-sama’s kindness so much, I’ve been ready all day ♡ I wore nothing so you can enter any time ♡”

”—! You…! Teasing a commoner, do you want to be claimed this much, you bold princess!”

A free princess would act without limit if released. Yuuri had no choice but to lift her.

He carried the screaming—but not scared—princess over his shoulder like a robber and took her straight to the bed.
