”It’s a good morning…”
We ended up going at it all night yesterday. I only stopped when Cleonora completely lost consciousness and Ami-chan finally told me to quit it.
The cabin smelled terrible, so I converted everything, including the bed, into Resource Points at once. Then, I used the points to build a new house on the spot.
This time, it was a slightly larger house. I put in a bed big enough for two people to sleep side-by-side, wiped down Cleonora’s body, and laid her down.
I fell asleep right next to her and just now woke up.
It was the first time I’d ever slept in the same bed as a woman. So, waking up and seeing such a beautiful person next to me was quite a shock.
I gently slipped out of bed, careful not to wake the beautiful princess. I moved straight to the Great Phantasmal Soulstone chamber with Ami-chan—my morning routine.
”Wow… my Resource Points have increased a lot. And there are more things I can create, too.”
”That’s because you were able to convert the demon monster into points, y’know,” Ami-chan noted.
It looks like I can now create a few simple items of clothing, including underwear. I can also make various wooden tableware.
”Shou. First, let’s consume some Resource Points and execute the Dominion expansion!” Ami-chan commanded.
”Got it.”
I manipulated the interface, increasing the Quester Level to 2. Simultaneously, the Dominion expanded to be about one size larger than before.
I checked how much territory I had control over. It looks like the lake where I met Cleonora still wasn’t part of the Dominion.
”It only expanded a little bit, huh?”
”But it’s a really important step for managing your Resource Points effectively. Check your stats, too!”
I did as she instructed. Let’s see…

Th-that’s useless…! No, maybe it’ll come in handy eventually, but right now I don’t have enough Resource Points to casually change colors.
”In any case, you should clear and utilize the newly expanded Dominion land! I personally recommend increasing the number of Maids and creating fields to grow crops.”
”That sounds good, but what kind of crops should we grow? We only had a few fruits growing nearby…”
”Well, that’s about all we have right now,” Ami-chan admitted.
Even if I sowed seeds, they wouldn’t be ready to harvest immediately.
Still, if I can use the Water Splendor Flash skill properly, I can convert demon monsters into Resource Points. I should probably start looking into demon monster hunting soon… scary as that sounds.
”Oh, I know. How about buying vegetable seeds and other things in Japan and planting them here?”
”…! That’s brilliant! Since they’re from another world, I’m curious to see how many Resource Points we could get from them!” Ami-chan cheered.
While we talked, I manipulated the interface and created the Water Splendor Flash skill. It costs a decent amount of points, but if I can defeat the Lion Head Demon, the income will be a net positive.
For now, I created a few hoes so I could start tilling the soil. Then I checked the house.
”Ah… looks like she’s awake.”
I saw Cleonora had opened her eyes and was walking around naked, slightly bow-legged.
Since it was the morning after, she might still be feeling the awkward foreign sensation of my rod having been inside her.
”I feel kind of embarrassed to face her…”
”Why are you getting shy now? You two were so intensely in love last night! You should be closer to her!” Ami-chan chirped.
Incidentally, I can slow the rate at which Cleonora’s Affection Level drops if I stay close to her. That makes sense, now that I think about it.
”Oh… it’s 88 now.”
”It dropped!?”
”It happens over time. But since she became a Magical Girl, it won’t drop below 50.”
Apparently, for any woman successfully scouted as a Magical Girl, the minimum Affection Level becomes 50. Well, in that case… I guess I don’t have to worry about her hating me.
”Ah, but. If she were to abandon her Magical Girl power, the level could drop below 50 again.”
”She can do that!?”
”The nuance is that it’s not impossible… I suppose. In any case, there’s no need to intentionally teach her that she can abandon it.”
Cleonora looked around nervously as she put her clothes on. Was she looking for me?
They were fine clothes, but I’d really soiled them yesterday. I should make sure to leave her a new set later.

Becoming a Slave of Love requires reaching Affection Level 100. And the conditions for that vary by individual, and as Ami-chan said, Cleonora wasn’t there yet.
”If a Magical Girl with the world’s strongest power decided to act selfishly or disobey your orders… that’s nothing but risk, right? For the one providing the power to step into such a risk would be utterly laughable².”
”I see… so a Magical Girl who isn’t a Slave of Love needs a leash. And that’s the crotch tattoo?”
”Exactly! Under specific conditions, the Quester can use that crotch tattoo to do all sorts of things!” Ami-chan declared.
Crotch tattoo… I was the one who just called it that. I can’t believe Ami-chan is using the term now, too.

”Besides the forcible collection of Magic Power, you can even increase the sensitivity of their genitals! It’s a function for nighttime punishment, y’know!”
”…I understand.”

I checked the window, and Cleonora appeared to have finished dressing.

I hadn’t heard that explanation yet either. I was definitely curious.
So I stepped out onto the ground, and my eyes met Cleonora’s as she walked out of the house.
”Oh… g-good morning…”
”Ah, a-ah… g-good morning…”
What was with this atmosphere? No, it wasn’t a bad feeling, but it was still embarrassing. Cleonora’s face was a little red, too.
”Are you… are you alright, physically?” I asked softly.
”Wha!? Y-yes… I’m fine…?” she stammered, blushing.
”Why are you two so flustered? You intensely loved each other last night! You should hug each other!” Ami-chan demanded.
By the way, if I stay close to Cleonora, it slows down the rate at which her Affection Level drops. It just reinforces that the mechanic makes sense.
”Listen up! Cleonora gained the power of a Magical Girl through last night’s contract! Let’s try it out right now!”
”W-wait just a moment. That… the act from last night… was it really…?”
”The s*x? Yes! It was necessary to give Cleonora such amazing power.”
It was also necessary for me to reset my lifespan. And I absolutely want her to stay with me from now on.
Aside from the lifespan reset, I don’t know anyone in this other world. I’m simply lonely.
