Chapter 100 Settlement
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
”Phew… much better,” I muttered.
The moment we got back to the room, I stripped off my gear. After a shared shower with the three of them, I stepped out first, grabbed a cold soda from the fridge, and sank into the sofa.
Tsh-fizz.
I cracked the cap, downed about a third of the bottle, and leaned back, letting out a long breath. I glanced down. My stiffening junk was already straining against my boxers. I couldn’t help but let out a dry, self-deprecating smirk. Normally, I would’ve taken care of business – once or twice – under the shower spray before coming out.
But I held back today. I have two new slaves to bring into Total Submission ¹, and I need to make sure I have enough left in the tank to properly dote on Sayaka and Sheena.
It reminded me of the time I managed to snag a reservation with the city’s top-rated girl – the one everyone called “God-Tier.” I’d gone cold turkey on self-relief for twenty-four hours just to be ready. Talk about being “over-motivated.”
Still, this feels right.
”Alright, time for the main event,” I said to the empty room.
I stood up, feeling refreshed, and walked over to the desk where the Magic Crystal ² sat. I swiped it to life and checked the notification bell in the top right corner.
”Huh? 9?”
I tilted my head. Nine unread messages? When I took down the 5th Floor Area Guardian, I think I only had five. Nine seems excessive, even for a major milestone. Is the system being unusually generous with the rewards?
Puzzled, I tapped the icon.

”Whoa…”
I inadvertently let out a whistle. The whole setup was looking more and more like a standard RPG. Party functions? Trading houses? This dungeon was leaning hard into the game aesthetic.
Not that I’m complaining – it’s a bit late for that anyway.
As for the loot… 500k for the 10th Floor seems about right. I noticed there wasn’t a “World First” bonus this time. I guess that was a one-time-only deal for the entire dungeon. I’d expected as much, so it wasn’t a problem.
The real meat was the Rank-1 tickets and the Grade-3 tent. That’s solid.
But then there’s this ‘Isolated Island.’ What the hell is that? Since it says “within the Miniature Field,” does that mean I literally own a private island on a field like the 11th Floor?
I don’t know.
Still, being the first to clear every floor is a massive achievement. I wonder what the guys who finish second get? Do they get something different, or is it only for the first group? Either way, clearing every Guardian in the top spot isn’t an easy clear. This island has to be a top-tier reward.
I’ll ask Remia before I accept. No harm in waiting.
The Party functions make sense. It’s huge for the other testers – assuming they can actually make it past the 5th Floor. Being able to pool DP and coordinate while staying in their separate rooms will change the game.
I remember Yuki saying they were hoarding physical Magic Stones as a “rainy day” party fund. They’re going to be thrilled when they hear about this.
As for the Party Room… let’s be real. It’s not a meeting hall; it’s a playroom. The moment you allow “Slave relocation,” its purpose is set in stone.
It’ll be where groups go to break in their new slaves or Soul-less Dolls bought with the party funds. It’s probably better that they have a private space for it. If Sayaka saw her classmates or friends being gang-raped in the 1st Floor safe zone, she’d be devastated. If they do it where she can’t see, that’s fine by me.
Then there’s the Weapons & Armor Exchange. That’ll be perfect for offloading the junk I find in chests or my old gear. Since the Shop doesn’t do buy-backs, being able to flip loot for DP is a godsend. And for the newer parties, getting gear cheaper than the Shop is a win-win.
It’s interesting that all these features are locked behind the 5th Floor. I bet the other testers will be notified the second they clear it.
But wait – why didn’t this unlock for me when I cleared the 5th Floor?
In most games, once a top guild clears a raid boss, new content unlocks for the whole user base. Is this dungeon actually being designed with games as a reference? If so, it’s a bit suspicious, but as long as it makes my life easier, I don’t care.
”The real MVP here, though, is the groceries,” I muttered.
Only 10th Floor conquerors get to buy raw ingredients. That confirms it: the massive hike in food prices was a deliberate “push.”
The Queen wants to cull the weak. She’s forcing the testers to reach the 10th Floor or starve.
Maybe you can survive on Kobolds for a month or two. But by month three, your entire DP income will be swallowed by food costs. By month four? You’re staring at starvation. By six months, even the Goblin-slayers won’t be able to afford a meal. It’s a literal deadline: “Conquer the 10th Floor or die.”
And since the ingredients are locked, the top-tier players can’t even play charity and distribute food. The Queen won’t let anyone bypass her filter.
”I get it. If you can’t even clear the 10th Floor, you’re just dead weight.”
It’s the first real culling.
The only question is how far we have to go before we’re allowed back to the surface. Is it full completion? Or maybe just reaching B-Rank? If I hit B-Rank, maybe they’ll just keep me around as a stud for the Succubi.
Honestly? I could live with that.
But I still want to get Sayaka and the others back to their families. So, the climb continues.
I heard the whine of a hairdryer from the dressing room.
Sayaka and the others were finishing up. They’ve probably been meticulous about their grooming – neither of them has particularly thick body hair, but they like to stay smooth for me.
I’ll wait for them to join me before I pull the trigger on the Slave Purchases. For now, let’s settle the books on the Magic Stones.
I tapped the screen to accept only the DP rewards.
My balance jumped from 1.25 million to 1.91 million DP.
”Almost enough to buy another Rank-1 Slave outright,” I noted.
Of course, I’m about to buy two more girls, which means I’ll need to expand the room and buy them some decent lingerie and supplies. That DP is going to vanish fast.
Plus, if the 15th Floor follows the pattern, I might get three Rank-1 tickets there. I should probably save my raw DP for Rank-2 Slave Purchases. Using a Rank-1 ticket to buy a Rank-2 girl is a waste.
Then there’s the gear. I’m set for now, but the Shop is bound to update soon. I need to keep a war chest ready for things like the Bracelet of Power. I’ll keep a 1-million DP safety margin at all times.
I’ll pull the trigger on a Rank-2 when I hit the 2.5 million mark. That feels like a safe buffer.
I left the ‘Isolated Island’ notification floating and closed the main window.
My current inventory check:
* Key Items: Magic Pouch, Bracelet of Power, Magic Sealing Crystal (x2), Medal of Return (x2), Infinite Waterskin, Grade-3 Magic Tent.
* Supplies: Grade-5 Potion (x68), Grade-4 Potion (x6).
* Mana: Grade-5 Mana Recovery (x37), Grade-4 Mana Recovery (x7).
* Utility: Grade-5 Status Recovery (x35).
* Armory: The Mithril Magic Gun.
I had a few miscellaneous knives and small wooden shields from the chests today, but I only kept the best few. The rest wasn’t worth the space. I haven’t found a chest on the 11th Floor yet – if it’s another wooden one, I’m going to lose my motivation.
I pulled the physical Magic Stones from my pouch and piled them onto the floor.
**Total: 46,000 DP.**
A bit lower than my usual 70k, but we spent a lot of time resting and focusing on the Guardians today. The Goblin count was only from the morning run.
**The Breakdown:**
* Goblin (E-Rank) x 175: 35,000 DP
* Green Wolf (E-Rank) x 8: 1,600 DP
* Goblin Soldier (E+ Rank) x 2: 1,200 DP
* Hobgoblin (E+ Rank) x 1: 600 DP
* Goblin General (E+ Rank) x 1: 600 DP
* Orc (E+ Rank) x 10: 6,000 DP
* Goblin King (D-Rank) x 1: 1,000 DP
God, I love Orcs.
If I can hunt 100 of those a day, I’ll be back to my old daily average. If I hit 200? That’s 120,000 DP. That’s a daily wage of 1.2 million yen. An annual income of 300 million is on par with a CEO of a listed company.
Too bad I can only spend it on girls.
”Buying slaves.” Looking at the words, it sounds pretty dark. But no – this is a rescue mission. I’m saving these girls from execution. And the s*x? That’s just medical treatment for the Crotch Crest ⁴. It’s practically a public service. Completely legal.
I just need to keep pushing forward. More Orcs, more DP.
The dressing room door opened, and Sayaka and Sheena walked out.
Sheena made a beeline for the fridge, downing a bottle of carrot juice like it was the best thing she’d ever tasted. Sayaka went for the cold water to rehydrate.
Tonight is a celebration. We cleared the Area Guardian. I’ll let Sheena order whatever she wants.
I’m starving, so we’ll start with a dinner set.
And after that… the real business begins. Twenty Knights and Karen.
I have questions for Remia, and I have two new patients who need to be treated until they reach Total Submission.
It’s going to be a very long night.

Summary:
After defeating the 10th-floor Area Guardian, Sanada Yakumo returns to his room to review a massive payout and system updates. He receives several high-tier rewards, including a mysterious ‘Isolated Island’ and the ability to buy raw groceries, which he realizes is a system pressure tactic to force testers forward. The chapter ends with him preparing to purchase new slaves and ‘treat’ them to ensure submission.
—
Trivia:
- The ‘Isolated Island’ is located within the ‘Miniature Field’.
- Grocery purchases are now locked behind a 10th-floor clear requirement.
- Yakumo maintains a 1 million DP ‘safety margin’ for emergencies.
- The Party Room allows for slave relocation, which Yakumo notes has obvious s*xual implications.
- The food price hike was a calculated strategy by the Queen to cull weak testers
—
Character Insight:
Yakumo’s motive shifts from simple survival to an optimized ‘business’ mindset, comparing his dungeon earnings to a high-ranking CEO. He continues to use ‘medical treatment’ as a psychological shield to justify his s*xual actions with slaves.
—
Behind the Scenes:
The introduction of the ‘Isolated Island’ suggests a shift toward base-building or territory management mechanics common in late-game web novels.
