”Thanks for the food! Seriously, that hit the spot… I haven’t had a sandwich that good in ages,” Karen said, leaning back with a sigh of content.
”Yeah, it was incredible. It’s a world apart from the slop they serve at the facility,” Sanae agreed.
Sitting on the floor across from the table, Karen and Sanae finished their breakfast with bright, satisfied smiles. I leaned back against the sofa, watching them while nursing a cup of coffee in one hand. By the time those two had finished savoring their portions, I’d already polished off four servings myself.
Karen and Sanae were borrowed into Sayaka and Sheena’s shorts and T-shirts. The fabric was straining against Karen’s chest – those G-cups were no joke, her n**ipss clearly visible through the thin material.
”You two better remember that it’s thanks to Master¹ that you’re eating such good food. Show some gratitude,” Sayaka noted firmly.
”…She’s right. Be grateful. Crunch, crunch,” Sheena added between bites.
”Of course! Thanks a ton, Yakumo!” Karen chirped.
”W-well, if Sanada Yakumo hadn’t bought me, I’d still be starving. I suppose I can manage a ‘thank you’,” Sanae muttered, looking away.
Karen seemed back to her usual cheerful, straightforward self. I guess the timid, broken version of her was a short-lived guest. Sanae, on the other hand, was still playing the “too embarrassed to be honest” card. A classic tsundere, huh?
”Don’t sweat it,” I said. “I get to sleep with gorgeous women like you, so I’d say I’ve already been paid in full.”
”Ehehe! Then I’ll work even harder to serve you every single day!” Karen promised.
”I-if you’re that obsessed with my body, you just have to order me. It’s not like I can say no anyway,” Sanae replied, her face heating up.
”Hah… Sanae, you really are as stubborn as ever,” Karen teased.
”Munch, crunch… Rich coming from the slut who was panting and screaming under Darling just a few minutes ago… munch,” Sheena interjected flatly.
”T-That’s totally different! That was only because he flooded my Crotch Crest² with Mana Capacity³ and ordered me to! More importantly, Sheena, how long are you going to keep eating?!” Sanae shouted.
Her face turning a brilliant shade of crimson, Sanae tried to deflect the heat toward Sheena, who was still methodically working through a carrot stick.
”It is a top-tier carrot. Is there a problem? Crunch,” Sheena said.
Sheena happily chewed on a carrot stick she’d bartered off the others, promptly reaching for the next one without breaking eye contact. She looked like a rabbit in human form. No, she was a rabbit.
When I’d set out the breakfast sets along with the bottled veggie sticks, Sheena’s reaction had been nothing short of legendary. She’d held the jar of assorted sticks aloft like a holy relic, her eyes glowing with a terrifying, obsessive intensity as she demanded everyone trade their carrots to her. It was a deal we couldn’t refuse.
Naturally, no one was brave enough to cross her. All of us, myself included, handed over our carrots while our collective faces twitched in concern. Ever since, Sheena’s long rabbit ears had been twitching rhythmically as she nibbled her way through her orange hoard.
I wondered how she’d react if she found out I could just buy whole, uncut carrots. Yeah, I’ll just let Sayaka handle all the grocery shopping.
Once the breakfast drama settled, I used the Slave Management Screen⁴ to manifest the items Karen and Sanae had with them when they were abducted. The two were overjoyed to get their phones, uniforms, and underwear back. They were especially hyped about being able to charge their devices.
Just like when we hit the bathroom after our morning romp, they were blown away that the hair dryer, fridge, and TV weren’t just decorative props but actually worked. Apparently, they thought the fluorescent lights were some kind of high-end magic tools. I guess the Training Facility had something similar.
Being able to use a blow-dryer and charge a phone – it’s the little things. Sayaka lectured them, saying, “The other Students can’t afford enough electricity to live like this. You’re lucky Master bought you,” while Sheena just nodded smugly, never stopping her carrot-crunching. I couldn’t help but smirk.
”Alright, now that the family’s grown, I’m thinking of doing some remodeling today,” I announced.
”Good idea. It’s starting to feel a bit cramped in here,” Sayaka said.
”True. Five people in this layout is pushing it,” Sheena added.
Even Sayaka and Sheena were feeling the squeeze. It’s a 1SLDK, after all. Even if it’s “spacious” by dungeon standards, it’s still a bachelor pad. Putting five people in here was a recipe for disaster. I definitely wanted a second toilet, if only to avoid the morning rush hour.
I figured Sayaka and Sanae could share one room, and Sheena and Karen the other. They’d probably spend most of their time in the living room or my bed anyway. That meant a 3SLDK upgrade. Renovating from the base room costs 400,000 DP, but since I’m already at 1SLDK, I only have to pay the 200,000 DP difference. For the record, a 2SLDK would’ve only been a 100,000 DP gap.
My balance was sitting at 1,950,000 DP, so I could afford this without blinking. Oh, right. While I’m at it, I need a dedicated room for the Wall-Butt⁵.
With this many people around, doing the Wall-Butt in the living room was… a choice. Sayaka’s used to it, but the sight of a guy thrusting into a headless woman’s backside sticking out of the wall at 2 AM while mumbling to himself is straight out of a horror movie. Sanae and Karen would definitely scream their heads off.
Maybe a 4SLDK? But those were stupidly expensive – 600,000 DP, likely because there were only two on the top floor of the original condo. Even with the discount, it was 400,000 DP. I wasn’t ready to drop that much just yet.
If I turned the service room into the Wall-Butt room, I’d lose my equipment storage. Since gearing up takes forever, I wanted to keep the armory in one place… Wait, didn’t I see an option for a “Party Room”? We haven’t formed an official party yet, but I could still add the room. It’s just a plain 6-mat space, but it’d be perfect for storage or a changing room. Plus, it only costs 50,000 DP.
Decision made. I headed over to the steel L-desk and fired up the Magic Crystal⁶. I tapped [Facility Expansion⁷], then the renovation icon, and selected the 3SLDK layout from the menu.
”I’m starting the renovation. Close your eyes and don’t move,” I said.
Karen and Sanae looked confused, but they shut their eyes as told. Sayaka and Sheena, having been through this before, remained perfectly calm. Once I was sure they were ready, I hit the confirm button and closed my own eyes.
A blinding light flooded the room. A few seconds later, the glare faded. When I opened my eyes, I was standing in a massive, square living room – probably around 17 or 18-tatami mats in size.
The kitchen’s layout had shifted, but the appliances – fridge, microwave, and the rest – were all exactly where they should be. The sofa, desks, tables, and TV were all intact too.
”Whoa, it’s huge now!” Karen exclaimed.
”Wow, look at the white flooring! It’s so chic,” Sayaka said, impressed.
”Hehe… you matched the decor to my hair, didn’t you? I can feel your love, Darling,” Sheena purred.
”Wait – what?! It just grew?! In a second?! That’s insane!” Sanae shouted, eyes wide.
”This is incredible…” Sayaka whispered.
I scanned the room, relieved that the furniture hadn’t been swallowed by the void. The girls were chirping with excitement, though I decided to ignore the rabbit’s delusion about the floor color. We decided to take a tour of the new layout.
The entrance had nearly doubled in size. Right next to it was a dedicated shoe nook – a small space with floor-to-ceiling shelving. Beside that was a door leading to a state-of-the-art Magic Stone Generator⁸. It was much sleeker now; what used to be the size of a fridge had shrunk down to something I could rest my elbows on.
To the left of the main hallway were three doors, with another one on the right. The door on the right opened to a 6-mat service room, where our gear and shelves had been neatly relocated.
Back in the hall, two of the left-hand doors were toilets. The third led to a massive dressing area and a bathroom that was a huge step up from the old one. It was big enough for four adults to wash up simultaneously, and the tub looked like it could fit four if we got cozy.
Leaving the bathroom, the door at the end of the hall opened back into that square living area. The kitchen was right there, but it had evolved from a simple counter into a fully independent island kitchen. Since the island wasn’t boxed in by walls, I could easily add a second fridge or a freezer later. It ate up a bit of the living space, but the room was so big now that it didn’t even matter.
There still weren’t any windows, but the white walls and floor made the place feel bright and airy instead of like a bunker. The left wall of the living room was bare, but the right wall had a door leading to another hallway with three more doors.
The first two were identical 8-mat rooms, both featuring walk-in closets. Sayaka and Karen were practically glowing – storage space is a girl’s best friend, I guess. Finally, the door at the very end was my bedroom. It was much larger now, probably around 12-tatami mats.
My king-size bed, the shelves, and my random knick-knacks were all there. Even Sayaka and Sheena’s clothes and underwear were still neatly tucked away in the walk-in closet. With all this extra space, I could probably fit another double bed in here. I’ll keep that in mind for when the harem grows again.
Once the tour was over, we headed back to the living room. I decided the service room was definitely going to be the “Wall-Butt Room,” so I went back to the Magic Crystal and bought the 50,000 DP Party Room⁹.
A new door appeared on the previously empty left wall. It was a rustic, retro wooden door. Behind it was a room with wooden walls, floors, and ceilings – it looked exactly like a mountain cabin.
The room was empty, but thankfully, it shared the My Room’s power grid, complete with a fluorescent light and wall outlets. I guess the tier of your main room dictates the “amenities” in the additions. This was a good tip to pass along to Yuki and the others. It was simple and a bit tight, but as an armory and changing room, it was perfect.
I told Sayaka and Sheena that we’d be keeping the gear here from now on. The service room would become a proper office where I’d keep the Magic Crystal. They both nodded, clearly figuring out that the office was actually going to be the “Wall-Butt Zone.” Sayaka looked particularly relieved.
I guess she’d been feeling awkward about coming into the living room while I was… busy. My bad.
Alright, renovation complete. I still need to buy more furniture, bedding, and clothes, but before that, I really want to check out the “Isolated Island” and the “Magic Tent.” I’m looking forward to seeing just how good this “Miniature Garden¹⁰” field really is.
