Chapter 149 Himuro Yukiko ㉔

Gemini (Unfiltered) said
Two days have passed since we struck down the Ice Demon General, Blizzard.
The capital, Draguoth, has slowly begun to pulse with life again. With the Demon race – the architects of this supernatural winter – eliminated, the blizzard has steadily lost its teeth. It is clear the storm will break entirely before long. However, the scale of the devastation is staggering. Scouts are set to sweep the outlying towns and villages the moment the winds die down, but honestly, the prospects for survivors are grim.
I had to cut through the heart of that storm to get here. Seeing those villages buried to the rooftops in snow… I wouldn’t hold my breath. The only silver lining is the crowd of refugees who had the sense to tuck tail and run for Draguoth or the low-impact zones early on.
Rebuilding this kingdom is going to be a logistical nightmare, but that’s a local problem. It has nothing to do with me. Well, they’ll probably be begging Greedia¹ for a bailout for the foreseeable future, so I suppose I’m not entirely off the hook.
Rumors travel fast – faster than I’d like. Despite the lack of a victory parade, the public has already deified Leonardo and the rest of us as the “Saviors of the Nation.” Overeager bards are already prowling the squares, belt-fed with exaggerated epics of our exploits.
Meanwhile, the reputation of the “True Heroes” – Suzuki and Sato – has utterly bottomed out. Everyone knows they were being sheltered in the palace, but since they did nothing but cower while the world froze, the commoners are crucifying them. The insults are relentless: “Useless,” “freeloaders,” “parasites.” The higher our stock rises, the deeper their infamy sinks.
And then –
* * *
”My son, Leonardo… and our honored guests from Greedia. You have done a magnificent service, slaying the Demon that tormented our lands. As the voice of this kingdom, I offer you my deepest gratitude,” the King said.
In the throne room, Leonardo and the rest of us stood in a single file before the King. We were supposed to have this audience yesterday, but Lil and I aside, Leki and Mihiro didn’t have a stitch of formal wear. We had to have them measured and fitted in a frantic rush.
Both Leki and Mihiro were now sporting ornate dresses that would look right at home at a high-society ball. I’m impressed the tailors whipped them up in less than forty-eight hours. According to Leonardo, the King was also losing sleep over what kind of tribute would be appropriate for us.
”Now, as for Leonardo, he is a Prince, so we shall set his reward aside for the moment. Lord Sieben, for you, I must provide a compensation befitting such a monumental achievement. First, for each of your companions: one Grand Gold Coin²,” the King announced.
At the King’s gesture, a waiting maid stepped forward with a silver tray. On it sat four gold coins, each nearly the size of a fist. One for each of us. Wait, isn’t one of those worth roughly a billion yen? That’s beyond generous – it’s fiscal insanity. Is the national treasury even solvent? They’ve got an entire country to dig out of the ice.
”Sieben… I’ve never seen a Grand Gold Coin before,” Mihiro whispered.
”Join the club,” I muttered back.
Even the high-stakes floor at the casino only deals in standard gold. If you pooled the casino’s entire quarterly revenue, it might not even match the weight of one of these.
”And for Lord Sieben himself… Annamaria!” the King called out.
”Yes, Father,” a girl replied.
A young girl – no, a child – stepped forward. She looked to be about Leki’s height. She was the textbook definition of a blonde, blue-eyed doll, wearing a tiara encrusted with sapphires in her long, straight hair. With her wide eyes and graceful aura, she was a stunning beauty in the making. The moment she addressed the King as “Father,” the pieces clicked into place.
Still… my eyes kept gravitating toward one specific “feature.”
They were massive. Her breasts, I mean. The sheer volume was completely disproportionate to her frame. To put it mildly: they were melons. They were large enough to rival Lil or Honoka. Seriously, another loli-big-b**bs³ type?
”This is Annamaria, my youngest daughter. I shall bestow her upon you,” the King stated.
”Excuse me!?” I blurted out.
”Bestow her”… as in, he’s giving me Annamaria as a bride? Wait, what did he just say? Youngest daughter?
”I shouldn’t boast, but she is only ten years old, and already a girl of great beauty and character,” the King added.
”Ten!?” I repeated, horrified.
She really is a child. That is definitely an age where you shouldn’t be “bestowing” anyone to anyone!
”Your Majesty… look, I don’t want to be rude, but… isn’t that a bit of a problem?” I asked.
”A problem? What a strange thing to say, Sieben-yo. For the sake of a lasting alliance with your country, a marriage between you and Annamaria is only natural. Besides, it’s better to start these engagements early. Leonardo likely knows, but some of my own wives were pledged to me the moment they were born,” the King explained.
Wait, for real?
”…What my father says is true,” Leonardo cut in. “One of my mothers was pledged to him immediately after her birth. They officially married the moment she was old enough to bear children. For the record, that mother is younger than me – and she’s Annamaria’s biological mother.”
I found out later that in aristocratic society, it’s fairly standard for parents to barter their newborns to arrange marriages. Pure political chess. But from my perspective – or rather, the perspective of a guy from the twenty-first century – it was just… wrong.
That’s a straight-up felony back home.
A line from a certain Gundam Meister echoed in the back of my head.
Anyway, I was in a corner. Lil was nodding along with a supportive, beaming smile, while Leki just looked confused, asking, “Am I getting another Mama?” Mihiro just stood there with a pained, awkward grin.
Leonardo, however, looked like he’d just swallowed a lemon. He was clearly disgusted. He’d mentioned the possibility before, but I don’t think he actually expected his father to ship his sister off as a prize.
To be blunt, I didn’t want this. Lil is more than enough for me. Plus, political marriages aren’t my style. I’ve already got a fiancée in Marl, and while Honoka is technically in Servitude⁴, our physical relationship is very much a reality. But if I refused now, I’d be spitting on the King’s “generosity.”
Am I checkmated here?
”Um… My Lord?” Annamaria stepped forward, speaking softly.
”Y-yes?” I stammered.
”My father has commanded me to become your wife. From this day forward, I intend to serve you as my husband and support you in all things. I am but a child and quite inexperienced, but I look forward to being in your care,” the girl said.
She performed a perfect curtsy and looked up at me with those wide, soulful eyes.
”…Are you really okay with this? I mean, don’t you hate being forced into this regardless of your own feelings?” I asked.
”Not at all. To be wed to the Hero who saved our kingdom is an honor, truly desuwa,” Annamaria replied.

As she spoke, her eyes were filled with a heavy sort of resolve – the look of a girl prepared to be a martyr for her crown. She clearly sees herself as a tool of statecraft. For a kid, that’s some terrifying mental fortitude. The only saving grace was that she seemed to genuinely respect me.
”…I understand. I’ll be in your care then, Annamaria,” I said.
”Yes, My Lord!” Annamaria chirped.
She gave me a radiant smile. Is this girl seriously ten? She’s more mature than Marl or Jessica. And those breasts are just… aggressive.
”Good! Splendid! I look forward to an even more prosperous relationship with Greedia. Tonight, we shall hold a grand banquet to celebrate the future of these two!” the King shouted.
And just like that, I ended up with another wife.
* * *
The banquet that evening went off without a hitch. However, even though it was held in our honor, I barely got to eat a bite. A revolving door of nobles kept coming up to pester me with questions. Some even tried to push their own daughters on me. I turned them down, obviously, but man, I’m exhausted.
Currently, we’re resting in the royal guest chambers. The King insisted we stay the night, so I figured we’d take him up on the offer. Annamaria has her own quarters so she isn’t here, though she said she’d visit later.
So, the five of us were just lounging around the room.
”Hmph! Master, it’s so mean of you to forget about Lili!” Lili pouted.
”I didn’t forget you… but what was I supposed to do? You didn’t take part in the fight,” I replied.
”But still! I would’ve loved to be invited to the party!”
”Yeah, yeah, my bad.”
”You don’t mean it at all!”
I ignored Lili as she bounced on the bed, complaining, and focused on the tray I’d had brought up since I missed dinner.
”Man… this is grim,” I muttered.
”It’s stone cold. Not much you can do about that,” Mihiro replied.
”The meat is like leather,” Leki added.
The spread they’d sent up looked fancy, but it was freezing. It wasn’t inedible, but it definitely wasn’t a celebration.
”…Lili, you want some?” I asked.
”Pass,” Lili said.
It seemed our bad reviews had killed her appetite. Then again, Lili doesn’t actually need to eat.
Just as I finished my mediocre meal, there was a knock at the door. I could sense Annamaria… and two others. One was probably her maid. The other… Leonardo?
”Um, it’s Annamaria. May I come in?”
”Go ahead,” I said.
”Pardon me,” she whispered.
Annamaria entered with her maid and Leonardo. She’d changed out of that extravagant gown into something more practical, though it was still high-end and covered in lace. It was cute, I guess.
”Once again, I am Annamaria. I look forward to our life together.” She bowed with agonizing politeness.
”You can relax a bit. Let’s do proper introductions. I’m Sieben. This is Lil, my wife, and Leki, my daughter,” I said.
”I’m Lil. It’s nice to meet you, Annamaria,” Lil said.
”I’m Leki! Nice to meet you!” Leki chirped.
”Y-yes… I see… so you are already married,” Annamaria noted.
”Yeah. I’ve actually got another fiancée too. So, sorry to say, but you’ll be a concubine, not the primary wife,” I explained.
”That is perfectly fine. Besides, in marrying you, I have officially renounced my rights to the succession,” Annamaria said.
”Huh. Interesting.”
So, even if we have kids, they won’t be part of the royal power struggle. That’s actually a relief.
”But just so we’re clear: no ‘baby-making’ until you’re a lot older,” I warned.
”Yes, Lord Sieben.”
I don’t care how big her chest is; a kid is a kid. I’m drawing a line there.
”Anyway, Leonardo, why the long face?” I asked.
”Ugh… my father. That old bastard… he said the moment the military is ready, he’s launching another campaign into the Demon King’s Domain!” Leonardo barked.
”The moment they’re ready? When is that?”
”The soldiers are ready to march whenever. All we need are the supplies – food and the like. But since you brought all those supplies with you, Sieben…”
”So, the march begins in the very near future,” I finished for him.
What the hell is that King thinking? The blizzard hasn’t even fully stopped in Wrathfiria yet. It’s no condition for an Susumu-army⁵ to advance.
”Yeah. He says the march resumes the second the snow stops. And get this… he’s making me the Commander-in-Chief, and you the Vice-Commander,” Leonardo said.
”Are you kidding me!? I’m not even a citizen of this country!” I shouted.
”My father clearly doesn’t care,” Leonardo replied.
I was speechless. I looked over at Annamaria; she looked just as shocked. This was news to her too.
”Damn it! The old man has finally lost his mind…” Leonardo growled.
I didn’t expect things to go this way. I can’t play the “uninvolved bystander” anymore.
No – actually, I never intended to be an innocent bystander. This is it. This is where I use that plan. The one to drag those two straight into the depths of hell.
”…Leonardo,” I said.
”What?”
”Are you actually prepared to kill your own father? Because if you are… I have a plan.”

• Leonardo – A Major and squad leader in the Wrathfiria military. Large build like a bear with brown hair like a lion’s mane and a thick beard. Friendly and boisterous. Actually, a prince, and now his beard has been shaved.
• Suzuki – Suzuki Morio. Height 192 cm, weight 102 kg. The largest student in class. He has a terrifying face like a bull. Along with Sato, he ‘guarded’ Himuro Yukiko, controlling her every need including meals and bathing.
• Mihiro – Post-gender swap of Yuki Chihiro: Height 160 cm, B-W-H: 82-55-80. Futanari. Short haired black hair, handsome.
• Leki – Lil’s daughter. Height: 140 cm, B-W-H: 70, 54, 69. She looks more like a Siberian Husky puppy than a wolf. Honestly, she just looks like a stuffed toy, recently transformed into a human form. Now use great axe as weapon.
• Lil – One of the heroines. Height 166 cm, B-W-H: 90-56-90. She is a top-tier beauty with long indigo hair down to her waist, a large scar on her abdomen and sharp golden eyes. She has wolf ears and a tail.
• Sieben – Young man with black hair and a mask covering his eyes. He purchased Honoka and Ria.
• Annamaria – The youngest daughter of the King of Draguoth, aged ten. She has long straight blonde hair, blue eyes, and large breasts disproportionate to her height. She wears a tiara and a white lace dress.
• Honoka – A member of the relief team with healing magic. Despite her cute, short, ‘transistor glamour’ appearance, she is cold-hearted and mocks Sasaki, now a bound slave to him.
• Mei – One of the Kijima twin sisters. She uses a longbow that creates arrows of light. She is part of Chihiro’s party in the Envyos Labyrinth.
• Marl – Lil’s younger sister figure or companion who enjoys watching the couple from a distance. Not the real one.
• Kozo – Height 186 cm, weight 52 kg. Natsumi’s otaku friend. Originally a tall and sturdy man, but he became skin and bones due to anorexia.
• Jessica – A girl with a refined speech style and an intense, obsessive devotion to her sister. She has pink-blonde hair styled into vertical ringlets, green eyes, and short stature. AA chest.
• Lili – Sasaki Natsumi’s familiar. She is a Lilim, a type of succubus, and has no fighting power. Of course, she only thinks about erotic things. Blonde hair, blue eyes, twin-tails, and a petite but busty (‘loli-bakunyuu’) physique
• Susumu – Koganei Susumu. Height 166 cm, weight 56 kg. A mood-maker in the baseball club. He was only after Honoka’s body and worked with Oshiro to steal her from Akiyama.
