When I opened my eyes, I was in a place I didn’t recognize. It was dimly lit, the walls made of cold stone. I had been laid out on a bed, and the direct friction of the sheets against my skin told me I was naked. I tried to push myself up, but a strange weight settled over my chest.
”Finally awake, are you?”
I looked toward the voice. Sasaki-san was standing there with another man I didn’t know-a giant, nearly seven feet tall. Both of them wore disgusting, gloating smirks.
”Sasaki, what the hell are you laughing at?” I snapped.
My heart stopped. That wasn’t my voice. It was soft, high-a woman’s voice. I looked down at my arms; the muscle I’d spent years building had withered into slender, delicate limbs. My chest was swollen, heavy with soft mounds that didn’t belong to me. Terrified, I reached for my crotch.
It was gone. The part of me that made me a man was simply gone.
”Hey, what is this? What did you do to me?” I screamed.
”Well, you were always so obsessed with Honoka-chan,” Sasaki-san said, pointing a thumb toward a large mirror in the corner. “So I decided to give you exactly what you wanted.”
The reflection staring back at me was Honoka-chan-the same face, the same curves. He had changed the hair to a milky white and the skin to a sun-kissed tan to keep us distinct, but the resemblance was haunting.
”You’re insane! Change me back! Put my body back the way it was!” I yelled.
”Why would I do that?” Sasaki-san laughed, his eyes mocking. “This is the body you craved. Now you get to experience every bit of pleasure she felt-and every bit she’s going to feel. Be grateful, Hi-da-ka-chan.”
I didn’t want to feel what she felt. I wanted to be the one making Honoka-chan feel it!
”Anyway, Orcus,” Sasaki-san said, turning to the giant.
”Yeah, Boss?”
”I’m handing her over to you. Put her under a Servitude¹ spell. Use her, break her, and make sure she’s carrying your brat by morning,” Sasaki-san ordered.
”Thanks, Boss,” Orcus replied, a lecherous grin spreading across his face.
My blood ran cold. He was looking at me like I was a piece of meat.
”Get away from me! I’m a man!” I shrieked.
”Not anymore,” Orcus muttered, lunging for me.
He forced his mouth onto mine, his tongue invading my mouth with a disgusting, wet heat. Everything in me screamed that this was wrong, that a man shouldn’t be doing this to me, but my new body began to thrum with a traitorous, agonizing heat.
”Stop… mmph!” I struggled, but my protests were swallowed by his kiss.
”Look at that, she’s already getting into it,” Sasaki-san noted, turning to leave. “Orcus, she’s all yours. I have business to attend to. Oh, and Keiji? I lifted the Curse of Agony², but I replaced it with something better: the Curse of Degradation³. Every time you climax, your Level drops by one. Once you hit Level 1, your base stats start rotting away. Don’t worry, you won’t die. But I wonder how long that ‘manly’ ego will last when you’re feeling a woman’s pleasure ten thousand times more intensely than a man ever could.”
He stepped out, leaving me alone with the monster.
”Let’s have some fun, girl,” Orcus growled.
He moved his mouth to my neck, his tongue sliding over my skin like a slug. He bit down on my n**ips, and a jolt of electricity shot through my spine, turning my brain to white noise.
”No… please… hah…” I gasped.
”Listen to those cute little moans,” Orcus whispered. “Your body knows what it wants. Now, open those legs.”
As soon as he spoke, my legs moved of their own accord, spreading wide.
”What… why am I doing this?” I sobbed.
”That’s the Servitude spell, honey. Your body has to obey my every word, even if your mind hates it,” Orcus explained. He buried his face between my thighs, his tongue lashing at me.
Waves of heat crashed over me. I tried to remember I was Keiji, that I was a warrior, but the sensation was erasing me. My mind was breaking under the sheer, overwhelming sensory input.
”Stop! Please! If you keep doing this, I’ll die! The man I was is dying!” I cried out.
”The man is already dead,” Orcus said, looming over me. He revealed his massive, turgid length. “Time to fulfill your purpose as a female.”
He drove into me in one violent thrust.
”AHHHHHHH!” I screamed as the pain of being torn open was instantly eclipsed by a tidal wave of pleasure so intense it felt like my nerves were on fire.
Every thrust sent sparks through my vision. I couldn’t think. I couldn’t speak. My legs, acting on the instinct of this new body, wrapped around his waist, pulling him deeper.
”That’s it, take it all!” Orcus roared. “I’m coming! Get ready to carry my seed!”
”No! Not inside! Anything but that!” I begged, but my body wouldn’t let him go.
He let out a guttural grunt as he flooded me. I felt the hot, viscous surge filling my womb, a deep, heavy sensation that made my soul shudder.
”I… I’ve been… ruined…” I whispered, and then the world went black.

I lost track of the days. In the windowless stone room, time was measured only by the growing heaviness in my belly and the constant ache in my breasts. Within ten days, I was undeniably pregnant, my stomach distended like a ripe fruit.
Sasaki-san returned, bringing Honoka-chan and a maid named Lotte-chan with him.
”Wow, she really does look just like me,” Honoka-chan mused, tilting her head. “So, why am I here, Sasaki-san?”
”To help with the delivery,” Sasaki-san said. “Lotte-chan has the knowledge, but you need to see this.”
A sharp, agonizing contraction ripped through me. I doubled over, clutching my stomach.
”It’s starting,” Lotte-chan said calmly. “The Orc bloodline makes for a fast gestation and an even faster birth. Focus on your breathing.”
”It hurts! It feels like I’m being split in half!” I screamed.
”Almost there, keep pushing!” Honoka-chan cheered, though she looked more curious than concerned.
With a final, wet heave, the pressure vanished. The room was suddenly filled with the thin, high-pitched cries of infants.
”Congratulations, Orcus-sama. It’s a healthy boy and girl, twin babies.”
They placed the infants against my chest. Instinctively, they began to nurse. I looked down at them, my vision blurring.
”I… I’m a man… I shouldn’t be…” I started to say.
”How do you feel, Hidaka Keiji-kun?” Sasaki-san asked, leaning in close.
I looked at the babies, then up at him. The name Keiji sounded like a word from a language I no longer spoke.
”Hidaka Keiji? No… that’s not right,” I whispered, a dazed, happy smile spreading across my face. “I’m Keiko. I’m Keiko, and these are my precious babies.”
Sasaki-san burst into a manic laugh. “So the man is finally gone, huh? You’re just Keiko now?”
”Yes,” I giggled, stroking the soft skin of my children. “I’m Mommy. Hello, little ones. Mommy’s here.”
I looked up at Orcus, my eyes shining with a terrifying, broken devotion.
”Look, Papa. Aren’t they beautiful? Let’s have many, many more.”

”What is it, Honoka?”
”I want Goshujin-sama’s baby too, maybe, desuwa.”

Summary:
Hidaka Keiji is forcefully transformed into a female copy of Honoka and enslaved by Sasaki and Orcus. After being repeatedly violated and placed under a degradation curse that erodes his levels, he becomes pregnant with twins. The chapter concludes with his complete mental break, as he abandons his male identity to embrace life as ‘Keiko’, the mother of Orcus’s children.
