Chapter 266 Goddess Aurelia ⑭
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
The plain had no proper name-just a common, unremarkable expanse where knee-high grass swayed in the wind. There, the armies of Greedia and Plaudix stood locked in a grim stalemate. A mere two hundred meters separated the two forces. Their formations were set: Plaudix held the sweeping Crane Wing, while Greedia maintained a rigid Square.
The two armies glared at one another, though the gaze from the Plaudix line was mostly mockery. Some soldiers even broke rank to jeer. It was easy to see why; against Plaudix’s fifty thousand men, Greedia could barely muster ten thousand. Furthermore, Plaudix held an additional ten thousand in reserve. Numerically, their advantage was absolute.
”To think they intend to defy Us with such a meager rabble… it is truly farcical,” Maugo, the King of Plaudix, sneered.
He really should have remained at the royal castle to await reports, but he had insisted on following the vanguard, claiming he wanted to personally witness the Greedia army’s flight and the subsequent occupation. Naturally, he was a tactical void, serving as nothing more than a gluttonous figurehead for the “Grand General” title.
Even so, it was a miracle they had held out this long, Nagase thought, her mind drifting. Their supply lines had been harried by unknown attackers, and the bulk of their rations had been plundered. They had managed to scrape by through strict rationing, but Maugo had ignored the shortage entirely, gorging himself while the common soldiers-and even the summoned Heroes-were forced to endure. The resentment was palpable, especially from Jinno and Mayuzumi, who made no effort to hide their loathing for the King.
According to survivor reports, the supply raiders were a group of women dressed in bizarre attire. Each one was a powerhouse, and Nagase assumed they were a localized band of female brigands she would have to exterminate once the war was settled.
”Still… black armor. A fitting color for such wretched villains. It makes them quite easy to pick out. And furthermore…”
”Yes,” Nagase Emi replied while peering through a telescope. As the only adult among the summoned Heroes, she maintained a sharper focus than the others. “With the exception of one man, that entire army appears to be female.”
That one man, of course, was Natsumi. “Ho! Is that so? Splendid! Then the survivors will make for excellent pleasure slaves. Their faces are hidden by those helmets for now, but if there are any beauties among them, We shall personally claim them for Our bed! Hahahaha!” Maugo’s fat belly wobbled with every laugh-the physical manifestation of a life of gluttony.
Nagase shot him a look of pure vitriol, but the man was too self-absorbed to notice. He was a man born to royalty by pure chance, a man with zero innate ability who ruled simply because he was the firstborn. He lived under the delusion that he was the center of the universe, an absolute authority. He frequently “invited” Nagase to his bedchambers at night, but she remained steadfast in her refusals.
(Who would ever let a pig like him touch them? My darling Heroes would be one thing, but I wouldn’t dream of being held by a useless pawn like this ‘King.’ Just imagining it makes me sick…)
Despite the bile rising in her throat, she kept her face a mask of polite, empty smiles. “Now, Your Majesty… the command?”
”Umu… Hm?” Just as Maugo opened his mouth to order the charge, a colossal silhouette materialized in the “no-man’s-land” between the two armies. The image was unmistakable. “What?! Mariana? Is that Mariana?!” It was the Second Princess of Plaudix and the Saint of the Hero Church, Mariana Plaudix.
The image was being broadcast via ‘Projection¹,’ a high-level light-attribute spell. “Aha! So the girl who went missing after that fraud Sugita kidnapped her was in Greedia all along! Well, she looks healthy enough, at least.”
Maugo wasn’t actually worried about his daughter’s well-being. To him, Mariana was nothing more than a tool to sate his appetites. Her “awakening” had been the result of her first partner: her own father, Maugo. Though she had fought him at first, she had quickly succumbed to the physical sensation, and the pleasure eventually eclipsed the trauma of the abuse.
It wouldn’t be an understatement to say her depraved talents blossomed under her father’s violation. Because of this, she never resisted Maugo; she welcomed him. Unaware of the rot at the heart of their royalty, the Knights of Plaudix raised a cheer for the Princess’s safety. However, their joy was short-lived.
”People of Plaudix–” Mariana’s voice, clear and sweet as a silver bell, rang across the field via ‘Wide Voice².’ “People of Plaudix, you must not listen to the words of a false god.”
A sudden, suffocating silence fell. The Hero Church and the Aurelia Church both worshipped the Goddess Aurelia; for the Saint of the Hero Church herself to issue such a denial was unthinkable. “Goddess Aurelia has led us into a pointless slaughter against the Mazoku³,” Mariana continued. “She did this knowing full well why they exist. The Mazoku were created by the Creator of this world to hunt and seal the true demons–the enemies of all mankind. Yet, Aurelia seeks their extinction. Why? Because she views this world as nothing more than her personal playground. She does it for her own amusement.”
”…That little bitch. How does she know that?” Nagase hissed, grinding her teeth.
Everything Mariana said was the truth, but truth mattered little here. The wedge Aurelia had driven into the hearts of the people wouldn’t be dislodged so easily. If anything, it only bred resentment. The Plaudix Knights began to wail in grief, but Mariana dropped the final hammer.
”People of Plaudix, lay down your steel and submit to Lord Natsumi. He is a merciful god; he will not mistreat you. On the contrary, you will find a rapturous happiness beyond your wildest dreams… just as I have.”
Mariana’s face twisted into an expression of pure ecstasy. It was the face of a female in heat–a woman who had been utterly claimed, mind and body, by a man named Natsumi.
The Plaudix army shattered. The “Treasure of Plaudix,” the Saint who was supposedly kind to all, was making a face like that? The grief was overwhelming, but for Maugo, it was eclipsed by prehistoric rage.
Y-You… He stole my Mariana from under me?! That goddamn Demon King! I’ll kill him! I’ll kill him a thousand times over!”
Maugo’s roar rippled through the ranks. His fury was infectious. Driven by a mix of righteous indignation and the desire to “save” their Princess from her “delusions,” the soldiers’ morale skyrocketed. They swore to execute the Enemy of God, Natsumi, and drag Mariana back to their side.
* * *
”Wow. They are really losing it over there.” I can’t help but smirk as I watch the chaos in the Plaudix lines. “Um… Lord Natsumi-sama, I am so sorry… I didn’t mean for my words to backfire like this,” Mariana-sama says, bowing her head deeply.
”Ah, don’t sweat it. Actually, this is exactly what I was hoping for.” “Huh?” She looks at me, totally bewildered.
Look, I never expected the Plaudix crowd to just roll over and surrender. In fact, that would’ve been a hassle. I have zero use for a bunch of arrogant, useless aristocrats, and I’m definitely not the “merciful god” Mariana thinks I am.
”Mariana, when you say stuff like that, people either despair or snap. If they despair, their morale tanks and they become a disorganized mess. If they snap, their morale goes up, but they lose the ability to think straight. Either way, they’re playing right into my hand.” “Oh! I see! As expected of Lord Natsumi!”
Okay, she’s laying it on a little thick. It’s actually getting a bit cringe. I guess it’s better than her saying “Sasuga Natsu” or something. If it were Honoka, she’d definitely be shouting “Sasuga, Master!” right about now. “B-but… does this mean I still get my punishment…?” “No. I’ll give you a proper reward instead. Now, get to the back and wait.” “Ah! Yes! Thank you so much!”
Wow. She’s got that “completely broken” look again. Was she really craving it that much? Yeah, she definitely was. I can literally see the heart-marks in her eyes from here. “And so, My Lord, is it not my turn yet noja?” Medinilla slides into Mariana’s spot as the Princess retreats. As per usual, the Water Demon General Tsunami is hovering right behind her like a shadow. “Not yet. We wait until the Heroes show up… until Jinno and his crew make a move.”
”Understood noja, My Lord!” Medinilla laughs, puffing out her flat chest with pride. “If you bring me results, I’ll give you a reward too.” “Guh… I-I am fine without one noja.” “Oh, don’t be shy.” “I said I’m fine noja!” Tsunami and I share a dry smile at her bratty behavior. Alright, enough playing around.
”All forces, CHARGE! Slay the Enemy of God! Bring me the Demon King’s head!” At the command of the King of Plaudix, the army began its thundering advance. The curtain has finally risen on the main event.

Summary:
The Plaudix and Greedia armies face off on an unnamed plain. Mariana Plaudix appears via magical projection to denounce the Goddess Aurelia and urge the Plaudix soldiers to submit to Natsumi. Her public display of devotion to Natsumi enrages King Maugo, who orders a full-scale charge against the Greedia forces.
—
Trivia:
- The Plaudix supply lines were previously decimated by a group of strong women.
- Maugo’s incestuous abuse of Mariana is the catalyst for her current hyper-s*xualized devotion to Natsumi.
- Natsumi is a former Hero, a fact Maugo has apparently forgotten.
- Mazoku (Demon Race) were originally created as guardians to seal ‘True Demons.’
- Nagase Emi is the only adult Hero and is actively looking for an opportunity to break away from Maugo
—
Character Insight:
Mariana’s transition from a ‘Saint’ to a ‘female in heat’ represents her total psychological surrender to Natsumi as a means of escaping the trauma inflicted by her father. Natsumi’s tactical use of her indicates his willingness to use psychological warfare over brute force.
—
Behind the Scenes:
The author notes that Mariana’s public persona as a ‘pure Saint’ is only known to be false by a tiny fraction of the Plaudix nobility.

TL Notes:
Notes:
• Maugo – The King of Plaudix, a stout middle‑aged ruler with a white beard, is overweight, gluttonous and arrogant. As commander he boasts overconfidence and ignores Greedia’s threat. He is Mariana’s biological father and first abuser, treating his daughter and female soldiers as tools for his pleasure.
• Nagase – Nagase Emi. A 23-year-old teacher. Height 159 cm, B-W-H: 85-56-83. She looks younger than her real age. She is popular with students because she acts nice, but she is actually a trash teacher who was the first to bully Natsumi Sasaki.
• Jinno – Jinno Yuto, once a polished class president with short black hair, crisp uniform and sharp eyes, now a Hero wielding the Judgment skill. He silently ignored Natsumi Sasaki’s bullying, yet harbors deep resentment toward her, romantic feelings for Nagase, and high‑tier magic including the Sentence skill.
• Emi – Nagase Emi, 23, 159 cm tall with a youthful appearance and measurements 85-56-83, is the only adult among the summoned Heroes and a former teacher of the protagonists from their original world. Once admired for her kind demeanor, she secretly bullied Natsumi Sasaki but now serves as a cautious, observant strategist for the Plaudix army, maintaining a facade of loyalty to King Maugo while secretly prioritizing the safety of the other Heroes. A former classmate of the protagonist, she leads alongside the Knight Commander, blending quiet intelligence with hidden resolve.
• Natsumi – Standing 168‑171 cm, 57‑59 kg, he has a baby‑faced look hidden by bangs. Once bullied by the Sugita gang for a feminine name, he was meant to die but was resurrected with white wings and an unknown power, now overwhelming the Demon King. A former Hero, now the Demon King and Enemy of God, he leads Greedia’s forces — tactical, manipulative, a silent‑armored demigod and traitor to humanity, former classmate of the others.
• Mariana – Second Princess of Plaudix and Hero Church Saint, she appears as a delicate student—blonde hair, blue eyes, thin silk—yet wears a white rubber suit with frills beneath her vestments, calling herself a ‘Meat Toilet’. Once a devout follower of Sieben, she was taken by Sugita, then bonded with Sasaki Natsumi, suffered a mental break, and now worships Natsumi as a god.
• Sugita – Leader of the Sugita gang and main bully of Natsumi Sasaki, born into heavy police privilege—his grandfather is the Superintendent General, his father a Superintendent—so every mess he causes gets buried. Lean build, sharp features, that cold, arrogant “I can get away with it” stare. Wields the unique skill Steal (窃盗), which he uses to manipulate minds and control women. Once impersonated the hero Sieben with a mask and greatsword, but lost everything and dropped to Level 7. He’s a “Hero” cursed to die and resurrect endlessly—turned into a Lesser Vampire, executed, and ultimately erased from existence.
• Aurelia – An ethereal goddess, visible only through the school intercom, announces the students’ reincarnation. Described as useless and selfish by the protagonist and Administrator, she bestows Unique Skills, treats the world as a stage, and now inhabits a physical body retaining student memories. Managing the world, she views war as entertainment and is frustrated at not seeing into Greedia.
• Honoka – The Apostle of Lust, a petite, cute “transistor-glamour” girl reborn from her home world, hides delicate wings beneath a sleazy maid outfit—her lewd, anti-aesthetic form starkly contrasting Lotte and Nadja’s clean uniforms. Once a cold-hearted slave who mocked Sasaki Natsumi, she was shattered shielding him, then mysteriously revived, now obsessively devoted as his “Goshujin-sama,” driven by his scent and a desperate wish to bear his child. Formerly Hidaka’s obsession and violated by Sugita, she’s fiercely protective, greeting with bashful smiles that ignite nuclear reactions at the slightest touch—masochistic, devout, and trembling with devotion. Though asleep during this chapter, her presence lingers as a bomb of holy lust, her entire being a shrine to Natsumi’s scent.
• Medinilla – A petite, loli‑like demon king from two generations ago, with pale blue skin, long silver hair, goat‑like horns and golden eyes rimmed in black, wearing a twilight dress strewn with red roses. Subjugated by Sieben, she now appears as a young girl with a flat chest, claims to be his wife out of servitude, and is a competitive, child‑like associate of Natsumi who proudly puffs out her flat chest.
• Tsunami – Blue‑skinned, goat‑horned demon with black sclera, purple irises, waist‑length black hair and high‑heeled maid garb; large chest. She is the Water General, Demon King’s direct maid, reincarnated hero Souichiro Tsunami, founder of Greedia, now masquerading as human to watch parliament. Attendant to Medinilla, strongest of the Six Generals.
