Volume 5 Chapter 10 Moving Out
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
My partner last night was Hina. She’s even more of a novice than Ines, so she spent the whole time hiding her face. But right when I was about to go in, she whispered, “It’s my first time… please be gentle,” in a voice so thin it was barely a breath. It was devastatingly cute. Despite that innocence, her body was toned and erotic, and I took my sweet time enjoying how tightly Hina squeezed me.
(In my head, anyway.)
Between the rental viewing today and my dinner date with Dietlinde-san, I need to get serious about earning. I’m hitting the sixteenth floor to hunt Minotaurs and Orc Generals, so I decided to skip the morning training for Liese and Camilla.
Until I actually buy a place, my new routine is power-leveling the girls in the morning and solo-farming for gold in the afternoon. Liese looked a bit dejected at the news, but the second I mentioned she’d get to eat the Minotaur and Orc General meat, her face snapped into a serious mask.
”Understood,” she said, though her tail was thumping against the floor like a jackhammer.

Morning power-leveling finally got Liese up to Level 16.
Camilla is still holding at 11. It’s a bit early, but once they hit Level 20, I’m going to have them take the D-rank promotion exam.
The real headache is their Skill levels.
Liese spends every spare second she has grinding with her spear, so she should hit Skill Level 5 by the exam.
Camilla, on the other hand, just wants to glue herself to my side the moment we have a break. It’s a bad habit.
I’ll either have to “fudge” her stats by over-leveling her base physical attributes or actually force her to train.
If I care about her future, it has to be the latter. She’ll probably hate being apart from me, but I can talk her into it.
I feel like some kind of villain manipulating her, but it really is for her own good.

After dropping Liese and Camilla back at the inn, I spent the early afternoon on a killing spree on the sixteenth floor.
The Minotaurs were the same as always-swinging axes and using that “Fear” roar.
I already have a counter for it, so they were zero threat.
The Orc Generals also have a roar, but their real gimmick is “Summon Kin”¹.
The Skeleton Generals on the fifteenth floor use something similar to call in lower-tier mobs.
For an Orc General, that means more Orcs.
They can’t do it forever, but it’s a massive pain.
Well, a “pain” for me, but they’re a certified nightmare for any female adventurer.
I managed to bag about thirty of them in a short window, so the house fund is growing nicely.
I took a peek at the seventeenth floor, but it was a desert field, so I nixed that.
I stayed just long enough to grind for “Heat Resistance,” but I’m not at a level where it doesn’t interfere with the hunt yet.
I’ll try again in a month.
I wonder how Gerta and her crew are doing, since that was their territory.
If they can’t hack it, they’ll probably just drop down to the sixteenth to earn.
The monsters on the seventeenth were Sandworms and Gargoyles.
The Sandworm’s “Surprise Attack” from under the sand is a threat, but “Danger Sense” and “Presence Detection” make it manageable.
They have absurdly high HP, so I just dumped magic into them the moment they breached.
Gargoyles are bird-human hybrids with stone bodies and incredibly high VIT.
Since they fly, they’re a chore to take down.
They use Wind Magic and even have Swordsmanship and Shield Mastery-a real dark horse in terms of difficulty.
Aside from the Gargoyles, whose gear I can sell, the Sandworms weren’t worth much.
This floor is a dud.
After the “Dungeon Upheaval”², monsters from two floors back start showing up, so a “dud” floor has a big impact.
If Sandworms are appearing, the next two floors are probably desert, too.
What a drag.

Once the grind was over, I headed to the Kohlrausch merchant guild³ to see the rentals. Liese and Camilla were back at the inn training.
When I told Camilla, “If you don’t get your Skill level up and hit D-rank, we can’t take guard jobs together,” she got all fired up. “I’ll do it, I swear!” She’s an absolute pushover-and dangerously cute. Liese is so serious she’ll keep training even if I don’t say a word.
At the guild, Benedicta-san showed me the way. She’s not the chatty type, just led me through the streets with a professional clip.
”Here is the first property,” said Benedicta.
”Thanks,” I replied.
The first place was a single-story stone house a bit away from the center. It had a washroom, just like I asked. There’s no running water, so you’d usually haul it from the well and store it in jars. I can handle that with magic. I’ll just keep the jars full of hot water for Liese and the others. Sadly, no bathtub.
Apparently, houses this size don’t usually have showers. Without plumbing or gas, you’d need expensive magic items to make one work. Doing it manually means hauling massive amounts of water to the floor above, boiling it in a cauldron, and piping it down.
It’s a total nightmare-nobles-only territory. Bathtubs aren’t that expensive, but the water volume makes them rare. I can do a “manual” shower with magic, so I wasn’t too bothered, but maybe I should just buy a tub? I want to convert Liese and Camilla to the “cult of the bath,” so I’ll definitely get one for the house I actually buy.
I might ask Ralph-san to build it. Once I get the Blacksmithing Skill, I could do it myself, but I’m not waiting that long.
The house had a decent yard, too. Liese needs the space for her drills. I could even do a kitchen garden. Unlike the average commoner, I can get meat easily, but I still have to buy my veggies.
Then again, we aren’t staying long, so forget the garden. Being away from the center meant it was a quiet residential street, but shopping would be a hike. At least there are no earthquakes to worry about, and the rain isn’t heavy enough to flood the place. It’s flat land, so no landslide risk, either.
”What do you think?” Benedicta asked.
”It’s good. I want to see the second one before I decide.”
The second house was closer to the center-a two-story wooden building. The washroom was on the first floor, but it had the same lack of a shower or tub. Everything else was the opposite of the first place. It had a yard, but it was cramped. Shops were right there, though, so shopping would be easy.
”How was it?” Benedicta asked.
”This one’s good, too. Let me think.”
Both had their trade-offs. If I asked Liese, she’d just say, “Whatever Master likes,” and Camilla would say, “Anywhere is fine as long as I’m with you, Master!” It came down to convenience versus space. Since we aren’t staying long, it probably didn’t matter.
”I’ve decided. I’ll take the first one.”
”Thank you. Let’s head back to the guild to sign the lease.”
The yard was the clincher. I want Liese to have room to train. Besides, I’m out every day anyway; a slightly longer walk to the shops doesn’t matter.
Back at the Kohlrausch merchant guild, we handled the paperwork. The house has an owner, but I didn’t even have to meet them. Honestly, that’s a relief; I’m not in the mood for a formal greeting. The deposit was one month’s rent, plus a one-month fee for the guild. Total was three gold coins. I pulled the coins from my Item Box, paid up, and took the keys.
”Thank you for your business. When should I show you the properties for purchase?” Benedicta asked.
”It’ll take a little while to get the funds ready, so let’s wait. Maybe in a month.”
”Understood. I’ll have some options picked out by then.”
Since I’ve got Level 10 Light Magic, I wouldn’t even mind a haunted house, but I doubt she’d recommend one. If I don’t like the next batch, maybe I’ll bring that up.

I got back to the inn to talk to Liese and Camilla.
”We’re moving to the new house today.”
”Yes, Master!” cried Camilla.
”Understood,” said Liese.
Both of them were way too casual about it. I’d mentioned renting a place yesterday, so they were probably already braced for the move.
I told the landlady and checked out. Since our stuff was in my Item Box, moving was zero effort.
Thinking back, I’ve lived here for over a year since I was reincarnated, so it’s a little sentimental.
Everyone’s gone now, but until just recently, the members of “Leemans”⁴ were all living here.
Makoto is at Ralph-san’s, Kazuya is traveling, Takuya is missing (?), and Kenta-kun moved to the same inn as Karina and the others.
It hasn’t even been a month, but I wonder if they’re doing okay.
The lack of a bath was annoying, but seeing naked girls washing up nearby wasn’t a bad trade-off. Shared toilets were a thing in my previous life, too, so while it sucked, I survived.
Now, to buy the basics. The house doesn’t even have beds. I’ll hit the usual item shop for cleaning supplies, but for the big stuff, I’ll need a furniture store.
I want the beds and blankets today, but the rest can wait. I’m going to Elmer-san’s shop at the Beunemünde merchant guild the day after tomorrow, so I’ll just load up there. He carries everything and we’re already friendly. For tonight, camping chairs and tables will do.
I bought three single beds and blankets. Camilla insisted on sleeping in my bed, but I can’t have that happening every night. It would ruin the whole point of renting a house-not being able to get busy with Regina-san! Camilla is cute and her affection is great, but still. I’ll have her get used to it slowly; first, separate beds in my room, then eventually sharing with Liese.
One room will be my bedroom, one for Liese and Camilla, and the last one is a spare. Maybe a guest room? If Regina-san visits, it’ll be hers. I’ve got a trump card to play for her, but it’s going to take time. So for now, I don’t think she’ll be using it.

Summary:
The protagonist shifts his focus toward serious gold farming in the dungeon’s 16th and 17th floors to fund a house purchase. After evaluating two potential rentals with Benedicta from the merchant guild, he chooses a stone house with a large yard for Liese’s training. The chapter ends with the group moving out of the inn they’ve called home for a year, signaling a new stage in their domestic and adventuring lives.
—
Trivia:
- The mention of the ‘Dungeon Upheaval’ affecting monster spawns suggests a permanent change in the world’s difficulty and ecology.
- The protagonist’s ‘trump card’ for Regina-san implies he is planning a specific strategy or magic to win her over or secure her residence.
- Camilla’s extreme attachment is noted as a potential obstacle to his adult activities, hinting at future comedic or dramatic friction in the household.
- The status of former party members like Takuya (missing) serves as a lingering mystery from the protagonist’s past life in this world
—
Character Insight:
The protagonist is taking on a more parental/managerial role, balancing his own desires with the developmental needs (leveling and skills) of Liese and Camilla. His decision to buy separate beds for the girls shows a move toward establishing boundaries, even as Camilla pushes against them.
—
Lore And Worldbuilding Context:
The mechanics of dungeon farming are expanded, introducing ‘Summon Kin’ as a common annoyance and detailing the high-VIT stone-based monsters of the 17th floor. The lack of modern plumbing is established as a significant luxury gate, requiring either high-tier magic or noble-level wealth.
—
TL Notes:
The term ‘Onanist’ in the title and the ‘delusion’ segment at the start maintain the series’ cheeky, adult-oriented tone while keeping the actual narrative grounded in typical fantasy progression.

Glossary:
Notes:
• Hina – 160 cm tall, muscular girl‑knight with a ponytail and thin chest armor, now a level‑headed instant swordswoman high‑schooler. She’s a toned, erotic‑bodied novice partner in the protagonist’s delusions, fiercely protective of ex‑basketball player Mizuki and the straight‑man to Nanami’s antics, yet clumsy, shy and easily embarrassed in the transferee party.
• Ines – 170 cm tall with long green hair, a voluptuous build featuring a large bust, and blue eyes, she exudes a goddess-like smile that masks deep shyness and low self-esteem. As the middle child of five and leader of the Gale Party, she wears a feminine blend of heavy armor and a college-girl aesthetic—often a white short-sleeved blouse with a black long skirt on dates with Daisuke, her first girlfriend and fellow member, to whom she’s deeply affectionate and owes a professional debt. A D-Rank Level 21+ wind-enhanced swordsman, she speaks formally with “sumanai,” drinks lightly for safety, and overheats at praise, blushing and pouting easily. Innocent, naive, fiercely loyal, her tender vulnerability contrasts her warrior gravitas, and her figure carries notable “destructive power”—both in combat and in affection.
• Dietlinde – Dietlinde, a slender sheep-beastwoman with long, fluffy white curls, tiny spiraling horns, and subtle beast ears, serves as the weary yet composed receptionist at the Maultasche Royal Capital Adventurer’s Guild. A former orphan with no social backing, she battles deep self-disparagement despite her quiet elegance and clerical competence. Her low-heel clicks echo through the halls as she endures the Dungeon Upheaval’s strain, masking exhaustion with professional grace. Only with Daisuke does her reserved expression soften—his quiet care, recovery magic, and thoughtful gifts offer her rare solace, deepening her unspoken affection. She soothes herself with calming scents and longs for unattainable cosmetics, her fragile beauty hidden beneath duty’s weight.
• Camilla – 14‑year‑old fox‑type beastkin, ~140 cm, thin, fluffy tail, twitching ears, wearing accessories. Formerly Gerta’s slave, rescued after a wolf attack and dungeon upheaval, revived and now a porter‑illusionist (Illusion & Fire, high INT/MND). Deeply attached to Daisuke, calls him “Master,” seeks his scent, fears abandonment, and clings to his affection. Delicate, socially anxious, easily pleased, she cleans their new home and follows him everywhere.
• Liese – Dragonewt girl, 170 cm, grey-blue hair, thick horns, grey scales on neck and limbs, thin chest, tail that thumps when excited. Slave and loyal vanguard of Daisuke, former Grünewald guild trainee (Level 15), spear-user, disciplined, strict etiquette, discriminated by Imperials. Greets him formally, cleans house with Camilla, tail reflects her emotions.
• Gerta – B‑Rank adventurer and leader of the Beast Fang party; a towering, muscular beast‑woman over 190 cm tall with golden‑brown, flipping medium hair, jagged teeth, a lion‑like tail and a wild, predatory aura. She wields a greatsword, uses Maten, Magic Blade and Roar, thrives on strength, masochistic in combat and intimacy, and values power above all.
• Benedicta – A woman in her mid‑30s, employed by the Kohlrausch Merchant Guild, works as a professional real‑estate agent—efficient, concise, and rarely given to idle chatter.
• Ralph – Ralph-san, a dwarf blacksmith and shop owner, runs his workshop with pride, values rest days, and holds the rank of Captain. He is Milliam’s father and Miryam’s employer/associate.
• Karina – She appears as a beautiful healer in Alberto’s party, also a Priest of the Alphabet and Dennis’s older sister. Kenta’s girlfriend, she supplies essential support to her group in high‑difficulty strata.
• Kazuya – Scrawny, low‑key Leeman summoner and lazy‑talking geek with vanished freckles, clutching a 2‑D little brother. He grades his 20+ summoning magic alone, treats summons as emotional anchors, and obsessively pulls a specific past‑life character. A Transferee and Phantom Summoner, former gacha whale who spent a year in the new world solely to summon his favorite fictional character, planning to depart soon.
• Makoto – Leeman, a former Earth‑summoned blacksmith turned slimmer, clear‑skinned goblin‑tank, wields a massive shield and heavy armor. He speaks stiff samurai‑style “sogashi,” apprentices under Ralph, and is called Makoto‑san by Milliam, an open lolicon who declares “cuteness is justice.” He admires an elegant elven girl, balances his loli obsession with reverence for grace, and as a transferee with growth rate works to impress Miryam.
• Takuya – Black-garbed masked ninja, exiled from the Hero’s party, now a Leemans member and mid-guard in Daisuke’s Salarymen crew; maintains a faux-samurai persona with archaic speech and obsessive yandere fandom, yet remains stoic and pragmatic in combat. Reincarnated, he once sought B-Rank to retire and serve a chosen one—now quietly devoted to his crew, blending stealth, geeky anime/game enthusiasm, and unwavering loyalty beneath his mask. Trains at level 20+, joins the ‘Three Idiots’ for vital-point strikes; cool-headed by default but erupts into energetic excitement upon encountering familiar anime or game content.
• Kenta – Black‑haired, handsome reincarnated mage‑swordsman with an ice‑coated blade, a gentleman of Leemans and “Three Idiots” member. He serves Salarymans and Leemans, fights beside Daisuke (Lv20+), appears drained after a red‑light clash, hesitates to kill, watches the hero’s hidden strength, bonds with adventurers, dates Karina, now wields high Water Magic aptitude and joins Alberto’s party. A transferee who barely knows the summoned character feels left out of the group’s excitement.
• Elmer – Portly merchant in his 40s, owner of a Royal Capital shop with an Intuition Skill who travels frequently for trade. He employs slaves for labor, serves as Daisuke’s master and grants permission for Ilse’s rewards. Also a Benemünde guild merchant, formerly Ilse’s owner, now her current master; he is friendly, observant, and maintains a sunny disposition.
• Regina – Late‑twenties Onee‑san with blue‑purple hair, green eyes, marine‑blue thigh‑split dress and thigh‑high socks, large‑breasted figure; runs Daydream (BSS), mentors Nora and Rita, respected senior Beastman and elite courtesan famed for her Masterpiece body. Insecure about her age among younger girls, she’s a target of the protagonist’s revenge and part of Daisuke’s circle hoping she’ll retire to follow him.
