Shinomura Yuki walked with her head down, her body language radiating a “stay away” vibe.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work on Aki at all.
When she sped up, Aki sped up; when she slowed down, Aki slowed down.
She ran, Aki chased. She tried to escape… but she couldn’t.
Seeing they had reached the commercial district, and with Aki still trailing unhurriedly behind her, Shinomura Yuki finally snapped to a halt. She turned around and glared fiercely at Aki.
”What the hell are you following me for?” Shinomura Yuki asked.
”Is this road owned by your family?” Aki asked, his handsome face full of provocation.
Shinomura Yuki clenched her fists. This face, which usually made girls swoon, was now nothing but an eyesore. (I really should have beaten the crap out of him last time…)
Now, she couldn’t out-talk him and she couldn’t out-fight him. She had nowhere to vent her anger, so she could only stare at Aki through gritted teeth. Aki remained perfectly composed and tilted his chin.
”Hey, are you moving or not? If not, get out of the way,” Aki said.
Shinomura Yuki gave him a defiant glare but eventually stepped aside to let him pass.
As he walked past Shinomura Yuki, Aki suddenly stopped.
”Actually, I suddenly don’t feel like walking anymore. I think I’ll go find Hamazaki and the others instead,” Aki said.
”Agh!!!”
Her eyes turning red with rage, Shinomura Yuki chose to explode. At worst, she’d just get another beating, but if she didn’t let this out, she wouldn’t be able to sleep tonight.
”I’ll kill you!” Shinomura Yuki screamed.
A woman who has lost her mind is indeed frantic. By a stroke of bad luck, Aki got scratched twice. However, the price she paid was being slung over his shoulder. Her soft little belly was pressed against his shoulder, and as Aki strode forward, she let out an occasional urk.
Ignoring the strange looks from passersby, Aki carried Shinomura Yuki straight into a Love Hotel¹. Under the “young people really know how to play” gaze of the receptionist, he casually fabricated some ID info, paid the deposit, and carried Shinomura Yuki into a small room.
Japan has its own unique national circumstances; ID cards practically didn’t exist here, and even their school uniforms were selectively ignored.
Thud!
Aki threw Shinomura Yuki directly onto the bouncy, oversized bed.
”Are you calm now?” Aki asked.
”Hmph, what exactly do you want?” Shinomura Yuki asked as she instinctively pulled her body tight.
”Relax, I’m not planning to do anything to you,” Aki said, waving his hand. “I just want to make a deal with you.”
”A deal?” Shinomura Yuki asked.
”That’s right, a deal,” Aki replied.
Shinomura Yuki looked at Aki with suspicion, completely failing to understand what this so-called “deal” referred to.
”Do you like one of the girls in Hamazaki Reina’s group?” Aki asked bluntly.
”No,” Shinomura Yuki replied.
Aki: [?_??]
”I like all three of the Boss’s group,” Shinomura Yuki added.
(Good grief…) Aki thought. This little blonde girl really was something else. Even he couldn’t say something so shameless with such a straight face.
”Cough…” Aki composed himself. “Well, though that’s different from what I thought, it’s not a big deal.”
A flash of realization hit Shinomura Yuki.
”You can help me?” Shinomura Yuki asked.
”I can help you,” Aki replied.
They both spoke almost simultaneously.
After a moment of silence, Shinomura Yuki broke the air. “What do you want from me?”
”Nothing much. Just sleep with me once,” Aki said, looking relaxed.
”In your dreams!” Shinomura Yuki refused flatly. “I’d rather sleep with a dog than sleep with you.”
”A female dog or a male dog?” Aki asked.
Shinomura Yuki: “…”
”A female dog! Happy now?!” Shinomura Yuki shouted.
Being rejected so bluntly was a bit unexpected, but Aki didn’t take it to heart. Most girls into Yuri were actually bis*xual, but it wasn’t impossible to run into one who truly loathed men. More importantly, Shinomura Yuki didn’t quite hit his “fetish” buttons. However, for the sake of obtaining a talent, Aki decided to try a little harder.
”Since you won’t listen to a reasonable discussion, I’ll just have to tell Hamazaki and the others about what you did before,” Aki said. “You don’t want them to find out about what happened before, do you?”
Aki didn’t know the trio’s specific attitude toward Shinomura Yuki, but he was certain they were currently obedient to him. Because of those three Lesser Youkai² spirits, Aki hadn’t even had time to find other people to use his ability³ on.
”You… you’re despicable!” Shinomura Yuki said, but she still didn’t cave.
”I’m despicable? Have you forgotten how you coerced me before?” Aki sneered. “You didn’t dare oppose Hamazaki and the others, so you came to threaten me in private. You wouldn’t listen to explanations and just gave me a beating. You even wanted to do it again today.”
Shinomura Yuki was speechless. “You were deliberately acting like a weakling before just to trick me into attacking you so you could carry out today’s plan, weren’t you?”
”Act like a weakling? I have no interest in that,” Aki replied.
”Impossible! Only a week has passed, how could you suddenly become this strong?” Shinomura Yuki asked.
Aki gave her a sidelong glance. “If you want to know what’s going on, go ask Hamazaki and the others yourself.”
”Alright, I don’t have time to play with you. Give me an answer before school ends on Friday,” Aki said. “If you’re willing to cooperate obediently, everything will be wiped clean, and I’ll even help you crawl into their beds. Otherwise, I’ll tell them all about how you threatened me.”
With that, Aki left. He didn’t have much interest in forcing people, but Shinomura Yuki was an exception. He hadn’t forgotten the grudge from the beating; he was just getting revenge in a different way now. The more Shinomura Yuki struggled, the happier he was.
Four days passed in the blink of an eye. During that time, Shinomura Yuki approached Aki several times to negotiate, but eventually, she didn’t compromise. Aki kept his promise. As soon as the Friday dismissal bell rang, he told Hamazaki Reina and the other two everything.
”So that’s how it was. Why didn’t you say so earlier?” Hamazaki Reina asked.
”At the time, I was afraid I’d accidentally drain you all dry, so I just went along with her,” Aki replied.
”That damn brat… no wonder she hasn’t been showing her face around me lately,” Hamazaki Reina said, annoyed. “It’s fine if she likes girls, but she actually had the nerve to plot against us.”
”You didn’t know she liked you?” Aki asked in surprise.
Kurumizaka Ruri leaned against Aki’s back. “Ruri had a bit of a hunch, but I didn’t think she’d do something so excessive.”
Sasaki Yukina patted her large chest. “Leave this to us. We guarantee Yuki won’t trouble you ever again.”
Watching the depressed Shinomura Yuki over the next few days, Aki’s anger had mostly dissipated. As for obtaining a new talent… she might not even have one.

The most flighty, talkative member, openly interested in Aki.
• Sasaki Yukina – Peach‑pink‑haired, purple‑eyed Kuoh Academy freshman with a statuesque, athletic build, large chest, long fair legs and white ankle socks. The strongest of Reina’s trio and Aki’s long‑term partner, she triggered his power boost via Dual Cultivation. She wields Physical Activation, extracts mana for strength, endurance and rapid recovery, monitors magical anomalies, and feeds intel on Shinomura Yuki to Hamazaki’s group, having vastly expanded her Mana pool with Aki’s aid.
