We successfully apprehended every member of KSK Three and made it back to the Dungeon City of New Tokyo, which had been relocated to Korakuen.
The treatment of the KSK Three members was turning out exactly as the Guild Master had predicted.
The leaders, the Kosaka brothers, were fitted with those familiar [Choker]1 and sentenced to Dungeon Labor Penalty.
As for the other members, Kanade noted, “As long as they remain obedient, they won’t need the [Chokers] for their own Dungeon Labor Penalty. However, should they attempt to escape or cause any trouble, the [Chokers] will be applied immediately for forced labor.”
It seems the efficacy depends on the disparity in ability between the one applying the [Choker] and the wearer, but the ability inherent in these [Chokers] is far too dangerous to be used casually.
”I’ll be the one providing the necessary supply of [Chokers] via my [Adversarial Pressure Point]—my ‘Drop Rate Increase’—but they’re going to be kept under strict management,” I explained. “The system is being designed so that any use requires multi-level authorization from several high-ranking officials, including the Guild Master.”
Regardless… that brings the whole KSK Three incident to a close.
With the New Tokyo relocation and the apprehension of KSK Three handled smoothly, the only task left for us to tackle in earnest is the full conquest of the Phase Six Dungeon.
That’s not a task you can wrap up in a day or two, so we’ll need to settle in and approach it steadily.
”Well,” I mused, “I’ll be continuing my daily work with an average of ten people using my [Pressure Point] and [Rod-Type Pressure Point], so it should only be a matter of time before my ability is sufficient for the Phase Six conquest.”
Anyway, that’s how we, Resonant Melody, returned to New Tokyo and are now spending some relaxing time together in the Guild home.
Typically, the seven of us live in this Resonant Melody Guild home: myself, Mana, Minami, Haruka, Maria, Sakurako, and Rin-sensei.
Beyond that, sub-members Hiyori and Ruri often stay over in Maria’s room to go [Headlong into Gyaru]2, and our Guild Master, Saori, often joins Sakurako and Rin-sensei for drinks with the ‘adult’ group, sometimes even crashing in my room.
But today, we have a guest invited to the Guild home who isn’t a main member or even a sub-member.

Since she was abducted by KSK Three and carries those emotional scars, there was no way we could leave her all alone, so it was unanimously decided that she would come home with us.

”Ah, wait!” I cried out.
Maria, Haruka, Minami, Rin-sensei, and Sakurako all agreed with Mana’s suggestion to leave.
I wondered what she meant by ‘take our leave,’ but it turned out to mean exactly what it sounded like: they all walked out of the room, leaving me alone with Aina.
”…Huh? Why?” I stammered.
”It’s a boy’s job to heal a girl who’s been hurt after being abducted by villains, Kanade-kun,” Mana said, lingering for a moment. “Please, make Aina feel good and help her forget all the bad things that happened.”
Mana, who was the last one in the room, explained it to me as I stood there, bewildered.
From my perspective, I’d assumed that a girl who had been attacked by men would prefer to be surrounded by other girls… but when I snuck a glance at Aina, she was blushing, looking at me as if she were craving something.
Seeing that expression, it was instantly obvious that my assumption was wrong and that Mana and the others were right.
”…Elder Brother Kanade…” Aina whispered, her voice thin and fragile as she gave me a lethal ‘upward glance’ with that shy expression. “If it’s not too much trouble, could you… do something amazing for me? Enough to make me forget everything bad?”
She was just too charming; there was no way I could say no… although, frankly, I never had any intention of refusing to begin with.
Feeling the blood rush to my groin, I pulled Aina into a hug.
”Of course, Aina. I’ve been wanting to ask you the same.”
”I’m so happy… Elder Brother Kanade♡” she beamed. “Oh, Elder Sister Mana! Wouldn’t you like to join us? I want to be loved by Elder Brother Kanade with you, Elder Sister Mana♡”
”I don’t mind… but are you sure?” Mana asked, stepping back into the room. “Even if you become a sub-member of Resonant Melody from now on, opportunities to have one-on-one time with Elder Brother Kanade won’t be that frequent, you know?”
Mana’s point was valid.
While I do want to make time for each member individually, in reality, it’s almost always a group scenario with three or four team members.
”Yes, I understand,” Aina said firmly. “But even so, right now, I want to be with both of you—Elder Brother Kanade and Mana Elder Sister. Just like that first time of mine.”
Hearing those words, Mana glanced at me before parting her lips.

As Resonant Melody’s assault leader, this pragmatic, weary young man navigates Phase Six zones using a cheat pressure-point skill that alters item drop rates and combat capabilities, alongside instant death and healing abilities. Devoted to Mana, protective of allies, and feared by foes, he is central to Haruka, Maria, and Minami’s affection.
• Sakurako – A beautiful, voluptuous S-Rank “Samurai of Solitude” explorer and senior member of Resonant Melody. She has sharp eyes, black hair in a princess cut, wears an off-the-shoulder kimono, and wields a katana. An expert in dungeon suppression and internal facility control, she commands 100+ clones to ensure total area pacification. Part of Resonant Melody’s high-level raid team and combat trio, she shares the guild home to maintain order.
