When it came to Devils, the regular police were of no use. Calling them would only expose their current location. Aki had already notified Akeno Himejima and the others, as well as Rias, who was currently in the Underworld.

With her bloodline initially awakened, the power left behind by Wilbert was gradually being mastered by Mio. She didn’t need to learn simple magic; she could use it directly.
