Rias arched her neck, her emerald eyes reflecting a pair of soft, pink heart-shaped phantoms. Simultaneously, the magic circle erupted in a brilliant flare of mana, encasing them both in light. When the glow finally dissipated, the intricate, swirling markings on the floor shattered into light-dust.
In the dim room, the girls—gifted with the lineage of devils—could see clearly. Amidst the heavy, labored breathing, they realized Aki and Rias remained joined, though their presence now seemed to merge into a singular, pulsing aura.

He paused, collecting his thoughts. The strange sensations that had gripped Akeno and the others began to recede, though the dampness of their own clothes served as a silent testament to the reality of what they had just witnessed.
