It’s been a month since that ‘haunted house incident.’
Our punishment of community service is still going on.
School has regular classes, and we finish at 2 PM. The afternoon has an hour of classes for ‘magic’ and ‘swordsmanship.’ Of course, Kazumi and Rena excel in magic, while I stand out in swordsmanship compared to the other students.
After school, we do community service. We clean around the village and help elderly people with various chores.
We finish just around sunset. Then, we practice at Kazumi’s house. Honestly, there’s hardly any time to play.
Well, since Jan and Martina joined us during community service, we’ve managed to find some time to have fun after getting used to it.

”Rena! Martina! Let’s go!”
As Kazumi and I open the door to the clinic, adventurers fill the waiting room.
Yes, ever since Martina started helping here, more male adventurers have been coming in and out.
”With a scratch like that, just spit on it and it’ll heal, you idiot!”
I can hear Mr. Rudolf yelling from the examination room.
”Ah! Big Brother Hiroya! Big Sis Kazumi!”
Martina, wearing a nurse-like white coat, runs out from the back room.
”Ah, is it that time already…”
”Marti’s shift is over, huh?”
”Then let’s head home.”
”See you later, Marti!”
The guys chat as they leave the clinic.
”Thanks for your hard work at school!”
Saying that, Martina clings to Kazumi and me.
The gazes of the adventurers are painful, but I don’t care. I’m the only guy who can enjoy this feeling, so take that!
However, Kazumi’s gaze, buried in Martina’s ample chest like mine, is also painful. This one really bothers me.
”Martina, if you’re going with us, you need to change. Hiroya and Kazumi, just wait a bit, okay?”
Rena takes Martina’s hand and heads upstairs.
”Seriously, Hiroya, you always have that lewd look on your face…”
”I-I can’t help it! Breasts are comforting, you know?”
”…I envy her mature chest at 8 years old…”
Kazumi says this while placing her hand on her own chest. In our past life, when I carried her on my back, I really enjoyed feeling her chest against me, sorry about that.
”Honestly… those stupid guys only care about Martina…”
Mr. Rudolf comes out of the examination room, scratching his head.
”It can’t be helped. That girl is cute. Plus, she looks like a well-developed girl, but inside she’s 6 years old, so that gap drives the boys crazy.”
Ms. Giselle, who comes out of the examination room afterward, laughs.
”Hiroya, Kazumie, welcome!”
Mr. Rudolf sits down on a chair.
”Where’s today’s volunteer activity?”
”Today… I think it’s at the guild’s branch.”
”It’s been a month already, huh… it’s about time to wrap it up. I’ll check with the lord for you two.”
”Thank you very much, Mr. Rudolf!”
”──Sorry to keep you waiting! Let’s go!”
Rena and Martina, who has changed out of her lab coat, come down. Martina looks adorable in a light pink dress that highlights her long chestnut hair, with a white apron. Dressed like a village girl and smiling innocently, she doesn’t look like a ‘thief’ at all. No wonder the adventurer guys are so crazy about her.

”Hey! Guild Master! I’m back!”
”──Oh! Marti is here! So cute!”
As we were cleaning the guild’s outpost, a party that seemed to have finished their quest returned.
”Kazumie, Ren-Ren (Rena-chan), our party’s magician is missing. You guys are great at magic, right? Want to team up next time?”
”Don’t be stupid, you lolicon!”
The warrior, who looked like the party leader, called out to the two, but he got his ear pulled by a female teammate.
”Hey! Don’t you dare hit on those little girls! Hurry up and bring back the stuff from your quest!”
From the back of the counter, the guild master shouted.
”Seriously… I’d rather have a cute swordsman like Hiroya as a teammate than these dumb warriors. I heard he’s an amazing swordsman, right?”
The woman pulling the warrior’s ear winked at me.
”You’re the one who’s a shotacon… Ouch! I get it, so stop pulling my ear!”
The party made a commotion as they headed to the back counter.
”So, what’s the stuff from the quest?”
I asked Jan, who was nearby wiping the floor.
”Oh, if it’s a gathering quest, it’s the actual items. For a subjugation quest… like for goblins, it’s their ears, and for wild boars, it’s their tusks or other proof parts.”
As expected from the guild master’s son. He seems to know a lot about this.
”Also, anything people can get is shared among the party, Hiroya. Wild boar meat can be sold to the village butcher, and the hides can be sold to the tailor. In this area, you can also find ores in the mountains. But, there aren’t any craftsmen in this village to process them, so the guild buys them.”
”There are a lot of hunting grounds for beginner parties, but there are no weapon or armor craftsmen in this village.”
Following Jan, the guild master, who had finished dealing with the party, spoke up.
”…What will you do with the ore you bought?”
Kazumi, who was listening while sweeping, asked.
”When we have enough, we send it to the guild headquarters in the capital.”
”…Do you make a profit from that?”
Kazumi stopped cleaning.
”We only make a small fee.”
The guild master sighed.
”So, if there were craftsmen in this village who could make weapons and armor… you could make more profit, right, guild master?”
”Yeah. We could sell the ore to craftsmen for a higher price than sending it to the capital. If the craftsmen sell weapons and armor and make a profit, the village’s finances would improve too.”
”Hmm…”
Yes. Ms. Kazumi’s face turned into that of a ‘working supervisor.’
”This village still has a lot of room to grow, just like with the hot springs…”
Kazumi murmured.
”Alright. Hiroya, how about we go to the hot springs this weekend? With Mr. Rudolf.”
Kazumi said, as if she had an idea.
”With Rena’s dad?”
Rena, who was wiping the table with Martina, reacted in surprise.
”Yes. I want him to check the benefits of the hot springs. First, we need to promote the village as a hot spring area.”
”But, in this country, people don’t really have the habit of soaking in baths…”
”We’ll create that habit. If we can show that it has ‘health benefits,’ at least adventurers will be interested.”
Kazumi cut in, her words coming out quickly.
”That’s true… If it helps with injuries and bruises, adventurers would be happy about that.”
I agreed with Kazumi’s opinion.
I don’t know how much we kids can do, but since Kazumi seems excited, I’ll help.
”Got it. I’ll go.”
”I want to go too!”
”I’ll go as well!”
”Can I go too?”
Rena, Martina, and Jan included, our weekend plans are set.
