(Aluda’s POV)
”Mmm… H-Hiro…♡”
As I rolled over, trying to cling to Hiro who should be next to me, my arm swung through empty air. The jolt from hitting the edge of the bed woke me up.
”Was it… a dream…?”
Feeling anxious, I pulled back the covers.
(Thank goodness… I’m not wearing any shorts…)
I blush at the ridiculous fact that I’m relieved. Plus, I still feel like Hiro’s thing is stuck inside me… reminding me that last night really happened.
(So where did he go…?)
I thought we’d be together until morning, so I felt a bit uneasy.
(Where did you go, Hiro…?)
I slipped out of the covers and sat on the edge of the bed. Just then, the door opened, and Hiro walked in, shirtless.
”Oh… you’re awake? It’s still a while until dawn.”
”…I was really worried because you weren’t next to me.”
”Oh, sorry. I usually train around this time and then go back to sleep.”
He was definitely sweating a lot despite the cold… steam was rising from his body.
(Hiro’s strength really comes from his hard work… he’s so cool♡)
As I stared at Hiro, he scratched his head, looking a bit shy.
”I’m going to my room to grab some clothes now… want to take a bath together?”
”Yes!”
I replied eagerly and quickly grabbed some clothes and a towel from my stuff.

”Um… so…”
”Hm?”
After we washed each other, we sat side by side in the tub. Aluda really wanted to apologize for what happened last night.
”My feelings… went a bit out of control… I held you down tightly… and forced it inside me…”
I glanced at Hiro, who was looking down with a bright red face. …It’s not just the bath, right?
”Hey… you know? Right before, Kazumi put on ‘contraception’ for me… so it’s all good.”
”Kazumi did? …wait…”
”Yeah. Aluda was worried, so it seems she was peeking with ‘invisible’ mode.”

I could feel my face getting red, loud enough for me to notice.
”See… Aluda was peeking at me and Martina’s… thing too…”

Maybe because my head was getting too hot, I felt my consciousness slipping away for a moment.
”Aluda!?”
Just as I was about to sink into the hot water, Hiro pulled me up.
Aluda wrapped her arms around Hiro’s neck to support herself.
…Hiro’s face was right in front of me.

I wanted those lips so much that before I knew it, my lips were on his.

I never knew kissing could feel this good. I didn’t know that intertwining tongues with Hiro could be this steamy.
”…Aluda… has become Hiro’s girl… right?”
”Yeah. Aluda is already my girl.”

”Let’s do it again, okay?”
”Yeah. I want to do it with Aluda again too.”
”…I won’t say just occasionally anymore. From now on… love me forever♡”

Finally, our feelings connected. I felt so fulfilled.

Aluda buried her face in Hiro’s chest… and cried a little.

(Hiroya’s POV)
”Last night was fun, huh?♡”
In the morning, when I went down to the dining hall, Kazumi greeted me with her usual line.
”Kazumi, that’s terrible! …You were peeking…”
Aluda jumped in from behind me, confronting Kazumi.
”Huh? I think if I hadn’t been there, it would have been a big deal, you know?”
”Exactly. We can’t let Hiroya become a papa yet! Rena was shocked too.”
”Rena too?!!”
”I have the right to peek, you know!”
”Wait, Marti too?! !”
”Man… I thought the same thing when I saw you in the bath, but dwarf women really have such sexy bodies, right? Hiroya, you were super excited, weren’t you?”
”L-Liz too?!”
Rena and the others, who were already at the table, were grinning at Aluda.
I can’t react weirdly here. They would definitely tease her.

I sat down at the table, putting on a blank expression. Now that everyone was here, the wolf maids started laying out breakfast made by Ms. Hanna.
”Sir Hiroya, Suu is totally fine if the group has a 9-year-old papa, right?”
”Noo too, strong kids… I’m always waiting!”
”Uu is waiting too!”
”Ugh!”
…I can’t do it. I couldn’t keep a straight face. I responded with a wry smile and bit into my bread.

”I wonder when Doro-Doro and the others will be back…?”
After finishing breakfast, Martina muttered while resting her elbows on the table.
”I think they took care of about ten goblins yesterday, right? They probably camped out there… should be back by noon, I guess?”
”Yeah, and Asuka’s there too, and Gièze is pretty strong, right? …I’m a bit worried since Meluda is trying ‘Tank’ for the first time.”
”When they get back, we should ask Karina how her magic training is going. We need to see if Rena is worth teaching.”
Martina’s muttering got a reaction from Liz, Kazumi, and Rena.
”From Aluda’s perspective, I want to sell them a Black Bow.”
…Ms. Aluda is as business-minded as Kazumi, and that’s awesome.
”By the way… how are we going to split the reward money we got from the clan?”
I asked Liz about something that had been on my mind.
”Oh, I hadn’t thought about that…”
”What did you do with the reward from the gathering request yesterday with Lotta and Noriss?”
”Oh, I gave it all to those 2!”
”That’s not okay, Liz!”
”Huh?”
Hearing my exchange with Liz, Kazumi slammed her hand on the table and stood up.
”The clan isn’t a charity! Sure, I want to help out the lower-ranked kids, but we need to set some boundaries!”
Kazumi points sharply at Liz.
”Ugh… sorry about that…”
Liz shrugs her shoulders.
”A salary… no, that would be tough.”
Kazumi crosses her arms and thinks hard.
”…Alright! Let’s do a weekly pay. I’ll look at everyone’s work for the week and decide the rewards based on their contributions.”
”Are you sure? That sounds pretty tough…”
”I’ll do it! But, I might not be able to pay myself, Rena, Liz, Martina, Dorothy, and Hiroya what we deserve. We need to prioritize living expenses here. Plus, I really want to give a decent reward to the lower-ranked kids.”
Liz seems to struggle with these details, so it’s probably best to leave it to Kazumi.
”So, we have to work hard to conquer the dungeon, but we also need to adventure for our living! Everyone, let’s hustle!”
It was the moment the fierce boss was born.

”By the way, is there no benefit for adventurers in the ‘Goblin Forest’ dungeon?”
”Huh? Why’s that, Hiroya?”
Liz responds to my question with confusion.
”Well, when I think of dungeons, I picture ‘treasure chests filled with items and gold coins.’ Isn’t that what we dive into dungeons for?”
”Well, there should be some there too.”
”Yeah, yeah. It’s one of the basic designs of the ‘Dungeon Core.’ Items, gold coins, rare ores, gems, and all sorts of things. The natural occurrence of those is part of the dungeon’s basic design. It’s one of the features that the dungeon master can’t just change on a whim.”
Martina adds some extra explanation to Liz’s answer.
”But when we went in before…”
”Back then, we were focused on clearing it, Hiroya. We didn’t spend much time on that.”
”Yes, Big Brother Hiroya. There’s definitely something like that in one of the rooms. Treasure chests with those kinds of things inside. Finding and opening those is part of our job as ‘Thieves,’ you know.”
I see.
”Hmm. So, even if it’s not for the purpose of defeating the dungeon master at the deepest level… diving in is still an option.”
”Yeah, right.”
Kazumi crossed her arms and thought at Liz’s words. Has she started to see ‘dungeon exploration’ as a business?
”Alright. While we handle the guild’s requests, let’s also have Hiroya lead the treasure hunting in the dungeon.”
”Yes, ma’am!”
I stood up and saluted Kazumi. Leave it to me.
