Chapter 250 Lower Floor – Aluda Pushing from Behind (Part II)

(Hiroya’s POV)
”Hey… Hiro…”
Aluda, who’s cuddled up next to me, looks up with her face buried in my chest.
”…You can always… ask for it, okay? …Like… Aluda’s… body…”
I kiss her forehead as she says something so cute.
”Ah…♡ Hiro has… a lot of girls, so… you probably don’t lack for someone to ask for, right──.”
Aluda closes her eyes and pouts her lips.
──chu…nchu…muhn…♡.
I catch her soft lips.
”──Aluda wants to be held by Hiro anytime… even during… adventures! So, Hiro…”
”Yeah. I’ll make sure to satisfy you. And if you want it, don’t hold back.”
At my reply, Aluda lights up with a bright smile.
She’s just irresistible…
My girls are all so charming.
”Yeah! Yeah!”
”Well then… I’m off to see Kazumi…”
”Ah, wait, Hiro!”
Just as I try to get up, Aluda grabs my arm.
”About Eluda and… um… Meluda…”
”I know. It depends on them, but… I’ll take care of it. I love both of them.”
”Thanks, Hiro! …But, I’m a little worried about Meluda…”
Aluda’s expression clouds a bit.
”Yeah… after what happened…”
She almost got assaulted by my uncle.
That must have hit her hard mentally.
”Yeah… but that’s why I think she wants you to hold her soon, and on the other hand, she might be scared of that kind of thing…”
”…It’s tough… I’ll talk to Kazumi and see how we can help her.”
”Yeah… please, Hiro.”
Aluda releases my arm and gently pushes my back.
”Sorry to hold you up. I think Kazumi’s waiting, so you should head out soon.”
I can’t help but feel a bit conflicted as I see my precious girl sending me off with that smile.
”Uh, sorry about that. I said I’d love you and all, but… after this is over, I’m just the kinda guy who goes off to be with other girls…”
I glanced away from Aluda for a moment and muttered my apology.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Aluda tilting her head, looking confused.
”Not ‘other girls,’ okay? It’s Kazumi, the one you love!”
”R-right…”
Aluda chuckled a bit, gave my back a light pat, and spoke up.
”Well, I mean… I can’t say I don’t feel jealous, but… I love everyone too. It makes me really, really happy that everyone gets to be loved by Hiro♡.”
Saying that, Aluda wrapped her soft body around my back.
”I think… no, I’m sure everyone feels the same way. So, go on and get to Kazumi quickly♡ And love her as much as you can♡.”
When our eyes met as I turned back, she said that with a lovely smile, sending me off.

(Gièze’s POV)
”There are still unexplored areas on the Second Floor, so let’s aim for that.”
After clearing out the enemy group, including the floor boss, High Goblin, on the First Floor, we took a slightly late lunch.
I shared our plan for exploring the Second Floor with everyone.
”Mmm, looks like dere’s a lotta empty spots on dis here map.”
Ms. Simona was sipping her post-lunch tea while looking over the copy of the map that Ms. Martina had drawn.
”But if we’re going to explore the unexplored areas on the Second Floor now… we won’t be able to get down to the Third Floor until night,” Mr. Gorge said, peeking over at the map in Ms. Simona’s hands.
”Yo, I got wind from Miss Mart-ina dat dere oughta be a ‘Safe Zone’ up on da Second Floo’, too.”
”If that’s the case, then in these unexplored areas…”
Noriss and Lotta leaned in close to Ms. Simona and Mr. Gorge, peering at the map.
”If Marti’s guess is right, then we’re good.”
”I, I think that’s just right. S-so, um, finding the… S-Safety Zone is… our goal for today…”
Ms. Eluda was collecting the empty cups from everyone.
Karina took them, cast ‘Clean’ magic on them, and handed them to Noo, who nodded in agreement.
”Yeah, let’s make finding a place to sleep our first goal. Let’s find it quick so we can enjoy Noo’s delicious dinner!”
”But we just had lunch!”
Ms. Simona, responding to Noo’s comment, put the map away and stood up.
”Ya gotta say dat, for sure! It’s gonna be real good eatin’. A’right, Noo, let’s get dis place lookin’ spick-and-span!”
”Then everyone else, check your gear. Let me know if there’s any problems right away.”
Everyone nodded and started moving.

(Simona’s POV)
(Yep. Not bad. This team is really working well together.)
The unexplored area on the Second Floor…
Even though we’re saying that, it seems like there are some folks who entered the big maze before us, as a few rooms had been ‘cleaned’ out.
Still, there are definitely rooms with enemies.
High-class Goblins, Orcs, and Kobolds show up, but Lotta and Karina cast ‘Enchant,’ and Gièze takes the lead in close combat, taking them down easily.
Noriss disarms the appearing wooden chest, ensuring they get the loot.
(If you just look at the teamwork and trust between us… we’re not losing to the mid-tier party ‘Rose Hip’…)
Gièze is overwhelming the enemies with speed and skill.
He usually seems laid-back, but he’s solidly taking down foes and keeping an eye on his teammates’ movements.
Gorge is a bit rough around the edges in his fighting style, but it’s clear that Noriss has definitely moved past beginner level as a Thief.
Karina and Lotta are backing up that vanguard with some solid magic.
And the reason they can use their magic without worry is ’cause Eluda is standing strong in front of them with a big shield.
(Noo, even though she’s small, she ain’t complainin’… actually, she’s carryin’ a whole bunch of stuff and loot like it’s nothin’. Guess that’s what being a Snow Wolf is all about…)
I’m just watchin’ from the back, but it makes me feel all happy inside.
(Seriously… all these kids have such bright futures ahead of ’em.)
While I was thinkin’ about that, I couldn’t help but smile.

(Gièze’s POV)
Even though there were a few empty rooms, we were definitely clearing out the ones with monsters as we moved on.
(With the time we got… I really wanna find that ‘Safety Zone’ soon.)
Just then, Noriss, who was ahead, said, “Please wait here for a moment,” and took off.
After a bit, Noriss came running back, tilting her head as she reported, “There was a room up ahead, but…
there were no keys or traps, and it just won’t open.”.
”…I’ve never seen a room like that before. What could it be?”
Hearing the report made me tilt my head too.
”Let’s move on. I’ll try to force that door open.”
”…Please do.”
We got back in formation, with Noriss leading us toward the ‘stuck door.’.
