I slice off the head of a goblin that jumped out from the side.
I kick it away to avoid getting splattered by the dirty blood that sprays from the cut as I land.
Behind me, 20 to 30 of those stupid Ghosts (goblins) are chasing after me with clear hostility.
Seriously, they’re such simple-minded creatures.
I’ve led that group all the way to what seems to be the village square.
”Lina, I brought the next group!”
The moment the group enters the square, a fireball lands from the large tree in the center, hitting the group.
The goblins are blown away by the fireball Lina cast.
Then, I take care of the survivors.
The square is littered with what used to be goblins, now charred remains and headless corpses.
”Elder Sister, did we kill about half of them?”
Lina, perched atop the big tree, speaks.
”Yeah… I think we’ve hunted about that much, but it’s really a hassle. Are you still good on magic, Lina?”
I shake the dagger, now stained with goblin blood.
”Yes, I have some magic stones generated by the magic absorption pendant, so I’m fine!”
Bringing Lina along for this quest was definitely the right choice.
I take off the magic-sealing pendant and let Lina blast the group of goblins with fireballs.
We’re hunting efficiently.
But we’re only halfway done… we’ve already spent a day getting here, so we need to wipe them out today…
Ms. Annabella and the cow (Feria) are with us, but I’m worried if the two of them can handle Kent’s duties (Sexual Prowess skill activation) alone.
”Lina! I’m going to bring the next group. I’ll bring a bit more than before.”
”Yes, I’ll be waiting, Elder Sister!”
I start heading back the way I came.

I’m heading towards the goblin den deeper in the village.
I spot the goblin den ahead… It seems they’re in a state of hunger, possibly resorting to cannibalism.
There seem to be nearly a hundred of them gathered here.
The stupid Ghost goblins are really a handful… and to think they are one of the 8 clans of the kingdom, I don’t want to be associated with them.
I throw a hidden weapon at the goblin that was munching on my teammate’s leg at the front.
The goblin falls over after taking the weapon to the face.
The hostile glares from the surrounding goblins focus on me.
I lick my lips.
I am the grim reaper sending these stupid Ghost goblins to hell.
The goblins bared their teeth and charged at me.
I start running back to the square to lead these guys (goblins) to the gates of hell.
I throw hidden weapons a few times to take down some of them, making sure they don’t lose their hostility and back off.
Then, I guide the stupid Ghost goblins to the gates of hell.
However, at that moment, a goblin with a dagger grazes my arm.
Luckily, it was deflected by my armor, but I might have let my guard down thinking it was just a goblin.
In that instant, several fireballs hit the ground in front of me.
The dirt and what I assumed were goblins rain down in front of me, and I look up to see Lina fuming.
”How dare a goblin hurt Elder Sister! Die! Die and atone for it! Hah, hah… Elder Sister, are you okay?”
In front of me, there were scattered chunks of flesh and charred remains, and nothing was left standing.
”Lina. Save your magic. We’re in enemy territory.”
”I-I’m sorry. But Elder Sister…”
”Worry about yourself first. Lina, stay alert and wait here. I’ll take care of the remaining enemies.”
”Yes… understood.”
I decided to leave Lina behind and deal with the goblins remaining in the village.
Slash.
I decapitate a goblin inside a shabby house.
Even if they’ve turned into monsters, they’re still just goblins.
They’re not a threat to me.
Rustle.
4 or 5 goblins surround the house from behind.
I dash towards the central goblin, kick it in the face, and use the recoil to jump up.
Then, I throw a small knife (throwing knife) at the goblins on either side.
All the small knives (throwing knives) pierced the goblin’s forehead, and it fell with a thud.
As I landed, I stomped on the neck of the goblin I had kicked.
What a hassle.
Rustle.
Three new goblins approached.
I switched the dagger to a reverse grip and moved closer to the nearest goblin.
The goblin looked taken by surprise.
Slash.
The dagger in my reverse grip sliced off the goblin’s head.
The goblin, now headless, crumpled to the ground.
I closed the distance to the next goblin.
I dodged the rusty knife the goblin was holding and swung the dagger at its exposed neck.
Slash.
The last one was at a distance, so I decided to use magic.
I focused my mind and envisioned a fire arrow.
”Gathered mana! Become flame and pierce the enemy, ‘Fire Arrow’!”
The fire arrow generated by magic pierced the goblin’s chest and ignited.
The pierced goblin thrashed and died in flames.
”Phew… what a hassle.”
By the time I finished off the remaining enemies, it was getting close to dusk.

After finishing the goblin cleanup, I was riding back in the carriage when Lina spoke up.
”Um, Elder Sister…”
Lina was fidgeting.
”What is it, Lina?”
”I think I did pretty well this time.”
”Yeah, you really helped. We hunted efficiently.”
Oh, right.
I need to split the reward.
”How about we split it?”
Lina waved her hands vigorously.
”No! No! I don’t want Elder Sister’s reward!”
”Then what do you want?”
”Um… can I suck during Kent’s duty (Sexual Prowess skill activation)?”
Huh? Suck what?
”W-What do you want to suck?”
”…your chest.”
Silence fell in the carriage.
”L-Lina… you can’t. It’s Kent’s, so no, you can’t.”
”But! I worked so hard! You forced me to come on this quest too!”
I’m in trouble… I didn’t expect this situation. …Wait! I got it!
”I’ll allow it if it’s Feria’s! As long as it doesn’t interfere with Kent’s duty (Sexual Prowess skill activation), it’s permitted.”
”Wow, really! Is it okay! Elder Sister!! Muhha, Feria’s chest!”
”Sure. You worked hard this time.”
I’m sorry, Feria.
My chest is for Kent… the reason for this quest is because of Feria, so just give up…
I sighed while glancing at Lina, who was happily bouncing in the swaying carriage.
I didn’t know Lina had such a hobby…
I thought she was just being affectionate.
”I can’t wait to see Kent!”
The carriage is heading towards Abyss Vena, where Kent is waiting.
