(Kazumi’s POV)
It’s been a while since I’ve been home.
It’s a shame that Papa isn’t here, but he’s out investigating the Fourth Floor, so it can’t be helped.
”Kazumi, are you having fun in the clan?”
In bed, Mama crawls in beside me.
”Yeah. I’m enjoying the adventures and explorations, and right now, it’s the most fun to work with Ms. Sasha from the Zett Merchant Guild to liven up this village.”
”I’m proud of you, my daughter. They say you’re the ‘smartest in the village,’ and it seems that’s not just talk.”
I’m happy to see Mama looking a bit proud.
”Well, the real genius is Rena, though. She always helps me out.”
”The girl from Rosen Clinic, right? ──Is she also one of those ‘reincarnators’?”
”Rena is different, though…”
I couldn’t say ‘she’s a goddess,’ so I just denied it for now.
”Are you getting along with Hiroya?”
”Yeah! He always takes good care of me… and, um… I feel loved.”

So the rumors have reached Mama.

Two soldiers were already down in the entrance hall, while the remaining 2 soldiers were keeping their distance and facing off.
(‘Invisible’ can be seen through by Otto’s ‘Magic Eye’…)
Probably, Otto’s target is me and Mama.
He was barking when his arm cut off by Papa…
──I will r*pe your daughter!

In any case, I need to not only hide my appearance but also minimize my presence as much as possible and get outside.
Then, I need to lure Otto outside to divert his attention from Mama.
”Soundproof”
In addition to my appearance, I also silence any sound.

I quietly moved down the hallway and descended the stairs.
Downstairs, the soldiers Papa assigned were fighting Otto.

Rena is with her parents, and Dorothy is staying at Hiroya’s house with Liz and the others.
──This is bad! Otto has come to my house!
After sending that message to the two of them via Telepathy, I hurried down the stairs and ran to the entrance.

(Otto!?)
Just before falling asleep in the guest bedroom of the lord’s mansion, I heard Ms. Kazumi’s scream in my head.
”Everyone! Wake up! Ms. Kazumi is!”
I jumped out of bed, confirmed that Ms. Liz, Ms. Martina, Ms. Simona, Ms. Aluda, Ms. Eluda, and Ms. Meluda were awake, and then dashed out of the bedroom in their nightgown.
As I ran down the hallway towards the stairs, I saw Ms. Stella, the head maid, coming up the stairs.
”Ms. Stella! Are there any weapons in this mansion?”
”What is the matter, Lady Dorothy?”
”There’s an enemy attack at Ms. Kazumi’s mansion!”
Ms. Stella showed a moment of surprise but quickly returned to her usual calm expression, nodded, and called out to the other maids downstairs.
”Please call the lady! ──Everyone over here!”
With Ms. Liz and the others who had somehow caught up, I followed Ms. Stella.

”Feel free to use whatever you like.”
In the armory guided by Ms. Stella, we each picked up weapons that seemed easy to use.
I chose a bow and a longsword.
Unfortunately, there are no women’s armor available.
”Well, having weapons is better than nothing.”
”Yeah. If they miss, ain’t no sweat off my neck.”
Ms. Liz murmured as she picked up a bow and strapped a quiver to her back, while Ms. Simona nodded back, shouldering a greatsword.
”We need to hurry! Big Sis Kazumi is!”
Ms. Martina, wearing a nightgown with a leather belt wrapped around it and carrying 2 short swords at her waist, was the first to leave the armory.
”Aluda, I’ll bring the carriage!”
Not having a hammer, Ms. Aluda hurried out with a hand axe hanging at her hip.
I, along with Ms. Liz, Ms. Simona, Ms. Eluda, and Ms. Meluda, also left the armory.

When Ms. Aluda pulled up with the carriage in front of the mansion, Ms. Megumi, Mr. Koichi, and Ms. Aelia appeared at the entrance.
”Are you okay? Should I come along?”
Ms. Megumi asks anxiously.
”No, it can’t be just Otto. There is a possibility that other monsters may attack the village. Lady Megumi and the others should wait here.”
Ms. Liz answered, and we all got into the carriage.
”Watch out! I’ll follow you after I see how the attack goes.”
We nodded to Mr. Koichi’s words and then started the carriage.

After a few minutes, Ms. Kazumi’s house came into view.
Then, the scene happening in the mansion’s garden comes into view.
”Kazumi!”
Ms. Liz yells, standing on the coachman’s seat and drawing her bow.
Several tentacles extended from Otto’s left arm, wrapped around Ms. Kazumi, and lifted her into the air.
”Enchant: Flame!”
Ms. Liz drew back her bow, and the two arrows that were nocked glowed red.
Eventually, the released arrows became 2 streaks of red light and struck Otto’s head.
The carriage jumped into the garden of the mansion, and we hurriedly got off the carriage.
”If the timing of the Magic Eye had been even a little late, it would have been bad.”
Pulling out the two arrows embedded in his head, the wounds quickly closed up due to his regeneration ability.
It seems that the effect of the Enchant was negated by the Magic Eye.
”No matter how many of you gather, you won’t even be able to hurt me.”
Otto grinned defiantly.
The tentacles extending from his raised left arm tied up Ms. Kazumi’s limbs, ripped her nightgown, exposing her beautifully developing young body.
”So just watch quietly. I’m going to r*pe that damn knight’s daughter and kill that brat!”
”I can’t be lettin’ ya do that, ya piece a’ junk!”
Ms. Simona raised her great sword and rushed toward Otto.
I, along with Ms. Martina, Ms. Aluda, Ms. Eluda, and Ms. Meluda, followed behind.
”Enchant: Flame!”
Once again, Ms. Liz shot an arrow.
At that signal, everyone slashed at Otto all at once.
”It’s useless!”
Otto swept away the attacks with his longsword.
However, while Ms. Liz’s arrows and the attacks aimed at the heads of Ms. Aluda, Ms. Eluda, and Ms. Meluda were deflected by the longsword, I and Ms. Mart…
”Good!”
”I got it!”
Only Ms. Simona was aiming at the tentacle extending from Otto’s left arm, and with a single blow, using the weight of her great sword, she successfully cut off the tentacle.
”Kazumi!”
Ms. Kazumi falls while still entangled in the tentacles, and Ms. Liz catches her with her own body.
”Now you lost another arm. So, I’m gonna mash your noggin’ wide open!”
Otto’s legs had been cut off and he was on his knees.
Ms. Simona raised her great sword towards his head.
”You think this is settled? You’re so naive, Amazoness!”
The moment Otto shouted, the tentacle that should have been severed and fallen to the ground attacked Ms. Simona, wrapping around her body.
”Ms. Simona!”
I try to slash at the tentacle with my longsword, but… my arm won’t move.
My entire body is also restrained by the tentacles.
”Why are there so many of them!”
”Nooo!”
”These slimy things are disgusting!”
”What the hell is this?!”
The screams of Ms. Liz, Ms. Aluda, Ms. Eluda, and Ms. Meluda echo.
I look around and see that everyone, including Ms. Martina, is restrained by the tentacles.
”Hahaha! What a sight!”
Otto lets out a maniacal laugh and extends a tentacle from his left arm again, restraining Ms. Kazumi.
Ms. Kazumi is bound at her hands and feet, hanging in a spread-eagle position in mid-air.
She seems to have been unconscious since earlier.
”I’ll take care of each of you later. But first, let’s start with this little girl.”
Otto looks up at Ms. Kazumi with a lecherous smile.
Thin tentacles extend from his arm and wrap around Ms. Kazumi’s exposed, undeveloped breasts, squeezing them tightly.
”Big Sis Kazumi!”
Ms. Martina’s agonized voice echoes through the night sky.
