Chapter 347 Interlude Guido and the Others

Three days have passed since the attack by Azradelius, during which Mom, Koichi, and Aelia were kidnapped.
The village has finally regained its calm, and Dad and the others are busy preparing for the settlement in the Fourth Floor (Closed World) to welcome the ‘Hidden Ones (Vampires)’.
In line with this, the ‘Great Labyrinth Raetia’ has been reopened since yesterday, and adventurers have started to dive in.
”I think it’s about time we take on the challenge too.”
Ares, who is visiting the clan house, lounges on the sofa in the reception area.
Having just completed their party adventurer registration, the newcomers who were busy training and clearing monsters in the Goblin Forest now seem to have the time to finally challenge the ‘Great Labyrinth Raetia’ with the threat of the ‘S-rank dungeon’ gone.

Liz replies to Garm in an exasperated tone, causing Garm to slump over the table.
”Ah, I get it, ya know? So many gorgeous dames around, and right across the street, it’s the ‘Rose Hip’ dorm. That joint’s like heaven for, you know, lookin’ at some fine pieces.”
Simona, now out of the bath in her bathrobe, brings a wine bottle and glasses from the cabinet.
”Right? Let me join in now, Liz!”
”But Garm, most of da girls ‘ere are Hiroya’s broads. Plus, da Rose Hip chicks hate guys. It’s jus’ teasin’ ya, ain’t it?”
Laughing heartily, Simona pours wine into glasses in front of Liz, Ares, Guido, and Isaac.
”So, are you heading to the Great Labyrinth soon?”
Liz asks Guido while holding a wine glass.
”No, it’ll be a few more days.”
”Ah, we don’t have a ‘Porter’…”
Guido and Ares down their wine in one go.
”Then should we go together?”
Romy and Gunilla appeared from the door leading to the backyard.
It seems they were practicing shooting with the Black Bow.
”We couldn’t do anything when the youma attacked… I’m starting to wish we could help out soon…”
”I’ll go too. Isn’t it okay, Liz?”
”Hmm…”
Liz pausing to consider Romy and Gunilla’s request.
”Da Gieze team’s busy, but we’re also hooked up wit’ Kazumi, Rena, an’ Dorothy, who are workin’ on supportin’ da Fourth Floor development wit’ de ‘Zett Merchant Guild’. So we can’t go check out da Great Labyrinth just yet… Is that cool with you?”
Simona encourages Romy and Gunilla.
Liz glances at me as if to ask, “What do you think?”
”Yeah. It seems like they are simultaneously developing the Fourth Floor and searching for the entrance to the Fifth Floor… So our exploration will begin only after a route to the Fifth Floor is discovered.”
”I see. ──Then can you guys go do it?”
”Is that alright?”
Guido interjects to ask if Liz is giving the green light to Romy and Gunilla.
”Yeah. Of course, you’ll need to pay them for their work. Let’s say… one gold coin each for 2 days. In exchange, the two of them won’t take a share of the loot. How does that sound?”
”Not bad. Can you two do it?”
”Y-Yes, please! (Y’-yes, please!)”
Romy and Gunilla bow happily to Guido.
”These girls can guide you to the boss of the Second Floor without any problem. Even though I gave you a map, they should be useful as guides on the ground.”
Liz says this and winks at Romy and the others.
”Leave it to me!”
Romy is here!
and beat her chest.
”Then let’s hurry up, Guido! Let’s leave as soon as tomorrow! “
Ares gets up from the sofa.
”Yes. Isaac and I will get started right away.”
”Right. Come on, Garm! Let’s go! “
Isaac also stood up, forcing Garm, who was still looking at the wolf maids, to stand.
”I’ll come to pick you guys up tomorrow morning. Just get yourselves ready and wait for me.”
Guido called out to Romy and Gunilla, and left the cafeteria with Ares and the others.

”Charging for a single gold coin is quite a mark-up, Liz.”
I’m cuddling with Liz in the open space on the second floor.
”It might be fair to say 5 silver coins this time, considering the danger, but it’s true that I’m giving up my share of the loot, and more than that, I wanted to raise their value as ‘Porters’.”
While leaning against me, Liz replied.
That’s definitely true.
”Even though Porters will gather from various places in the future, Romy and Gunilla, who will dive into the deeper layers with us, will become more experienced and knowledgeable about the labyrinth than other Porters, right?
