Lana called over Talia, who was sitting nearby.

As the pale light emitted from my hands enveloped Talia, her movements, which were frantic with fear of death, came to a stop.
I looked and saw that despite her pale face, she was smiling.
It seemed like it worked.

”Mr. Kent, if you don’t hurry and use ‘Cure Poison’, Talia will die. Now, please take this scroll.”
I gave Lana a harsh look, but she didn’t seem to care.

I stopped questioning her, and I snatched the scroll that Lana had presented, deciphering the magic.

When the white light is absorbed into Talia, after a while, a black mist begins to erupt from within her body.
Talia removed her hands and looked at me.
I held up my finger and waved it in front of Talia, and her eyes followed my finger.
My relief was fleeting, but Talia was still moving her mouth, but I couldn’t hear a word.
”Lana! You’re still preparing it! Give me the scroll quickly!”
Lana only responded to my inquiries in a monotone, robotic manner.
Before the lecture started, Lana was jealous of my s*x with Lina. She seems like a different person.

Talia, having regained her voice, expressed her gratitude.

I hugged Talia tightly.
Talia looked troubled, but I didn’t stop hugging her.
After a while of holding each other, Talia stepped away and thanked Lana.

Lana is the one who put Talia in danger as a test subject.

I gently asked Lana.

I think the reason I was able to focus on the treatment without going berserk, even while feeling anxious about possibly losing Talia, was because of Lana’s calm, cold, and mechanical expression.

While enduring the pain and numbness flowing through my body, I tried to decipher the magic incantation that was fluctuating in size, but the pain and numbness made it hard to progress.
Still, somehow, I managed to successfully decipher it and began reading the incantation to activate the magic.
”Gathered magic elements (mana), arise as divine power and create a new earth! ‘Creation of the Universe!’”

Feeling the magic activate, I saw an icon for manipulating terrain appear at the edge of my vision.
I decided to mess with the icon and tried to dig down in the center of the shooting range.
As a 5-meter square area was gouged out to a depth of about 3 meters, my consciousness also faded away.
Giuliana and the others, who had been watching, carried me to Veris’s office, and it was about an hour later that I regained consciousness using Mana Transfer.
Everyone gathered around me worried when they heard that I had collapsed, but when they heard that the cause was a lack of magical power, they were relieved.

After that, in order to cover up this divine magic leakage incident, Cefiro pulled back, and I felt an overwhelming fatigue, falling asleep again on the office sofa.
