When he went downstairs, the tavern hall was quite noisy.
At the top of the stairs, the waitresses Moimoi and Melissa were leaning on their brooms and chatting about something.
When Kian got down to them, Moimoi turned around and smiled big at him.
”Hey, Kian. You’re not someone people forget so easily!”
”Huh…?”
”It’s a customer for you. She’s a super beautiful witch!”
”Is it Ms. Aliona?”
Kian asked, and Melissa shook her head.
”No. She’s a really beautiful girl with long black hair.”
”…who could it be?”
”I don’t know.”
Melissa looks up at Kian with a dull look in her eyes.
She pursed her lips a little and continued.
”Mr. Kian, you’ve been having a lot of fun with women lately, haven’t you? You really don’t care about them.”
”I don’t think that’s the case”
”What? Oh, yes. Esther and Ms. Serena, and a really beautiful high elf lady came here recently. She has long blonde hair like this.”
”That’s Ms. Aliona, the woman who has been taking care of me, the Sage.”

Melissa turned away, not seeming amused.

A strong wind blew across the vast hill, carrying her scent to Kian.
Among the sweet girl’s scent, there was a strong smell of flowers.
It was a smell that perfectly suited the appearance of this witch.
”You have the pass, right?”
”Yes. I received it earlier from Her Excellency Maribel.”
”Good. Now, let’s go. There’s a barrier from here on, so we can’t just fly straight inside. But once we get inside the barrier, we can fly more freely.”
Christy pointed ahead, where a huge stone and iron fortress stood tall like a giant ship among the rolling green hills.
This was the Izerland fortress that he had seen before when visiting the Knights of the Sun’s training ground.
In front of the fortress, a big drawbridge looked small.
