”Ms. Carlamia, you’re late…? And who is that girl?”
Feria immediately focused on Dee.
”Ah, it seems she got separated from her father during the defense battle. The residents pushed her onto me, asking for help. What a hassle!”
I pretended to be annoyed by being stuck with Dee.
But since I was genuinely annoyed, I wanted to praise my acting skills.
I had already coordinated with Dee before coming here.
”I got separated from my father… I have no place to live and no money for food…”
Dee was acting as if she was really in trouble.
Even I, who knew the plan, thought her acting was so good that it was pitiful.
”Are you lost…? What’s your name?”
”Delprius… My father called me Dee.”
”Can I call you Dee-Dee? I’m Ines.”
”I’m Feria.”
”Ines and Feria. I remember.”
”Ines, Feria. How about we hire this lost Dee as a Maid for Kent? According to her, her father told her to aim for this eastern garrison if they got separated. He might come to pick her up. Until then, we can keep her as a Maid.”
Ines and Feria looked at me with surprised expressions.
I thought I might have defended too much, but it seemed unnecessary.
”Even though Carlamia says she hates Majin, she’s surprisingly kind, right? You were happy during your last work with Mr. Kent, weren’t you?”
”Feria! I was not happy! Kent forced me, so I just let him do as he pleased. I was not happy…”
”Is that so? I thought Ms. Carlamia looked happy.”
”No! I absolutely deny that! He’s a devil who binds me with money! I am not happy!”
I got angry when the two teased me about Kent, but half of what they pointed out was true.
My body was responding positively to the work with Kent.
I just didn’t want to have children.
”Don’t care about me; we need to decide what to do with Dee.”
”The talk is about making Dee Mr. Kent’s maid. But being Mr. Kent’s maid means… she’s a worker, right?”
”If she’s this cute, Sir Kent will definitely take her to bed right away.”
Ines and Feria agreed with me.
Kent’s desires are endless, and his taste in women ranges widely from older ladies to young girls, as you can see from his mistresses.
”Who is this Kent person, anyway? I hear he’s the employer of Carlamia?”
”Dee, don’t you know? It’s Lord Kent Blackdagger. He was granted this entire garrison as his territory, and he’s our master. Could it be that Dee came from somewhere other than Abyss Vena?”
”That’s right; I’ve come from the West and know little about the South.”

”If possible, I want to live without worrying about food and clothes until my father comes for me. If that’s what it takes, I don’t mind being Kent’s maid.”
”Is it okay if Mr. Kent asks for your body?”
Feria brought up the issue of Dee working.
I’m sorry for Dee, but if she offers her body, the good-natured Kent will surely provide for her food, clothing, and shelter.
”My body… My body is not as strong as it used to be, but I intend to work in exchange for food and clothing.”
”Dee… are you sick? Should I get Ms. Lana to take a look at you?”
Ines thought Dee was weak and sickly, so she tried to take her to Lana.
”Well, I’m not as strong as I was before, but I’m as strong as a standard-level person. I’m not sick, so there’s no need to worry.”
”Then I’ll ask you to get hired as Mr. Kent’s maid.”
I cheered in my heart.
Now Dee is under Kent’s protection and no one in the South will bother her.
All we need to do now is be careful of those coming from the royal capital.
”Good for you. Dee”
”I was saved, Carlamia”

After a while, Kent and the others finished handing over the mansion and moved here.
As soon as they arrived, Feria and Ines went to plead with Kent, who was about to get off the carriage.
I decided to watch the scene from the side.
”Mr. Kent, actually, I have a request──”
”I have a request too”
Kent and the others looked puzzled by the sudden requests.
”What is it, both of you asking for something? Oh! Could it be about the underwear? I promise to buy it for you once things settle down”
”Kent… what do you mean by underwear? Are you going to buy sexy underwear for Ines and Feria? I want to go too”
Milly reacted to the mention of underwear.
Still, Kent doesn’t think straight.
It seems like his lower body is directly connected to his brain.
I wonder why I let such a man have his way with me…
”Mr. Kent, I want underwear, but this time it’s different──”
”I want you to hire a new maid. And she should be a stunning beauty”
Kent showed a clear reaction.
”A new maid… a stunning beauty, huh…”
”A maid, huh? Well, I plan to increase the number, so I guess it’s fine to meet her, Kent. For now, I’ll decide if she meets Kent’s standards”
Milly is deciding whether to introduce her to Kent… but well, with Dee’s beauty, she probably won’t be turned away.
And then, Dee was brought in front of Milly.
”I’m Dee. My way of speaking is a habit from childhood, and I can’t change it, but I want to work hard, so please hire me as a maid”
”Ms. Miriallia, isn’t this girl beautiful? I think Mr. Kent will pull her into his bed right away”
”Feria, what happened to this girl?”
”A resident asked me to take care of this girl who got separated from her father”
I made sure to tell Feria and Ines not to mention that I brought Dee.
I thought there was a chance they wouldn’t hire her if they knew I was involved.
”Lady Miriallia. I want to live with Dee-Dee. It’s fine if I share a room with her! I’ll even share my salary! Please!”
”It’s fine to be in Feria’s room. It was just too big and lonely, so I want to use Dee as a pillow.”
It seems Milly has also been persuaded by the two’s request.
”Dee, are you okay with becoming Kent’s Maid and doing the work?”
”I will do the work… I’ll repay for food and shelter with my body.”
”Alright, then I’ll hire you as a Maid. Ines, Feria. You two will be Dee’s trainers. And Dee, I’ll pay you, but please bear with sharing a room with Feria or Ines.”
”That’s a big help. I’ll rely on you until my father comes to pick me up.”
When Milly whispered to Kent, he took off his glasses and looked at Dee.
”So you’re Dee… You’re cute. You’re going to be my Maid, right? I’ll take good care of you, and I’d appreciate it if you could serve me for a long time.”
”I am Dee. Kent, you’re a handsome man… Please take good care of me.”
It seems Kent really likes Dee.
At this rate, it’s certain that Dee will become a concubine within 3 days.
For now, this brings me some relief.
Now, I just have to avoid getting involved with Dee as much as possible to prevent the ‘Geass’ placed on me from activating, and wait for Sir Clayd to come pick her up.
I quietly left the place.
