The secret meeting ended, and since Viscount, Van, and Rain are staying at the Black Sheep’s lodge, we left the Chick Gathering Inn first.
”I’ll stop by Famière’s and then head back.”
Bone said this and left the venue first.
Carla said she would send the Viscount off to the lodge and then catch up with Bone.
”Bone wants to act like he has a hostile relationship with the Viscount, even if just on the surface.”
Carla spoke on behalf of Bone’s feelings and returned with the Viscount.
Milia and I decided to go back to the mansion after about 30 minutes.

Milia mumbled the same way, looking down.

Della glanced at me without lifting her gaze.

Milia, still looking down next to me, weakly pulled on my sleeve.
”Back then, I didn’t even consider that option… Thinking of Megumi and you, I just withdrew on my own.”
”Megumi said, before being captured by Azradelius… that she wanted to take Milia as a second wife.”
”──!?”
Milia looks up at me with wide eyes.
In a way, it feels uncomfortable to be courting 2 women at the same time.

”Della, I’ll come again tomorrow. Is that okay?”
”Yes… please take care of Lady Milia tonight…♡”
Honestly, Della is a wonderful woman who understands my feelings.
I gently kiss her and carry Milia in my arms, running toward the mansion.

(Milia’s POV)
(Shinji… liked me all along…?)
Shinji runs at an incredible speed, holding me in a princess carry.

”I want to get home quickly… I want to hold you.”

Just as I thought I could see the mansion, we reached the stone gate.

I touch my lips where he kissed me, feeling the lingering warmth.
Sir Shinji is the Heroic Swordsman I’ve admired since I was a young girl, and he’s the object of many women’s desires.
I never imagined he would feel the same way about me.
(Just being held by him once was enough to make me happy.)
The first time we made love, he told me to stop calling him ‘my lord’ and use his name instead.

I called him by his name to his face, but I couldn’t bring myself to drop the ‘Sir’.
