(A date with Big Brother Hiroya…♡)
I sat with Doro-Doro in the corner of the Adventurer’s Guild, waiting for Big Brother Hiroya.
”Why would anyone choose the Guild as a meeting spot for a date, though?”
Miyo-Miyo, one of the guild staff, placed 2 cups of tea on the table for us.
”Sorry…”
Doro-Doro bowed apologetically, and I followed suit.
”Well, the adventurers will be busy with Grand Market’s security duties for a while, so it’s not like we’re busy here.”
Miyo-Miyo put down another cup from the tray she was holding and sat at the table.
”Miyo-Miyo, will you be working throughout the Grand Market?”
”Huh? No way! My heart couldn’t take it. It’s the Grand Market, after all. I’m going to enjoy it to the fullest!”
Miyo-Miyo took a big sip of her tea.
”Phew… We have shifts, so I’ll be off tomorrow and can explore the Grand Market!”
Her grumpy expression from earlier had completely transformed into a cheerful smile.
”So, who are you going with?”
”Doro-Doro, it’s obviously Garm. Right, Miyori-chan…?”
”Huh!? It’s not decided yet, but definitely not with someone as frivolous as him…”
”Miyo-Miyoooo!”
Just then, the ‘frivolous guy’ in question entered the room, opening the door.
And he was with…
(Oh dear… He’s with Lili…)
Garm, who had been working hard at Mr. Guido’s party, walked in with Liliane Manuelle, the thief.
I glanced at Miyo-Miyo’s reaction…
(…Even though she says that, Miyo-Miyo is definitely interested in Garm.)
She clenched her teeth so hard I thought I could hear a grinding sound, her glare intense.
I glanced at Doro-Doro, and even she had a wry smile on her face.
”Do you need something? And here I thought Mr. Guido and the others were on patrol duty since morning, but it seems you’re enjoying a date. How nice for you.”
Miyo-Miyo didn’t even spare a glance at Garm, as she stood up with her empty cup and tray.
”Oh, Ms. Dorothy and Mr. Marty, please stay as long as you like.”
With a smile, she left, heading behind the counter.
”A date?! Me and Lili were just assigned to clean the dorm rooms…”
Garm hurriedly followed after Miyo-Miyo.
…Good luck with that.
”Miyo-Miyo’s just jealous. Come, sit here?”
I offered a seat to Lili, who was standing by our table, looking a bit lost after being left alone.
”Oh, thank you.”
She was the Thief who joined Mr. Garm’s party after Mr. Marty left.
I think she just recently ranked up to C, if I remember correctly.
The petite girl sat next to me, her short, bright brown hair framing her face.
Her large eyes darted around nervously behind her glasses.
”What’s the matter?”
”N-no, nothing! It’s nothing!”
She straightened her back and replied loudly when I spoke to her.
”Hehehe… You’re nervous, aren’t you?”
Doro-Doro laughed, watching our exchange.
”Nervous?”
”It’s only natural to be nervous sitting next to Raetia’s top ‘Genius Thief.’ It’s not fair to expect you not to be nervous as a fellow Thief. Right?”
Doro-Doro tilted her head, smiling at Lili.
Lili nodded vigorously in response to Doro-Doro.
”Ms. Martina, you’re my role model! My idol!”
”You don’t have to be so formal… I consider you a friend, just like Ms. Laura and Rose Hip’s LauLau are friends in the same line of work.”
”Ms. Laura and… Rose Hip’s LauLau… the same?!”
Lili frantically waves her hands in front of her face, whispering, “No way, no way!” Her adorable reaction makes me smile.

”We’re meeting up with Mr. Ares here, and then we’ll be taking over the patrol duty from Mr. Guido, Mr. Isaac, and Ms. Roana.”
Lili takes a sip of the honey lemon drink I treated her to, and with a newfound calm, she begins to explain her upcoming task.
”This morning, Mr. Garm and I were cleaning Mr. Guido’s room at the lodging house.”
From our Clan house, if you look across from the ‘Rose Hip’ Clan house, there’s a large lodging house for adventurers based in Raetia.
Unlike Mr. Ares, Mr. Isaac, and RoaRoa, who have their own households, Mr. Guido, Garm, and Lili rent rooms there.
This is part of the Lord’s initiative to reduce the burden on adventurers who use Raetia as their base.
…Well, apparently, it’s also because the number of travelers and merchants visiting here has increased, and they can’t have the adventurers monopolizing the lodging.
At the counter, Garm is desperately trying to explain to Miyo-Miyo.
”Until a while ago, we were cleaning the room… with Ares… and about the mission…”
Miyo-Miyo’s hand in hand will lead to death.
”By the way, Mr. Guido isn’t married yet, is he? He’s such a capable adventurer.”
”Well… that’s a secret, but…”
Lili suddenly lowers her voice, leans across the table, and whispers to Doro-Doro.
”Mr. Guido’s first love… was apparently Lady Megumi.”
””Ehhh?!””
I’ve heard that Mr. Guido is an old friend of the Lord.
Until then, Mr. Guido had been aiming to become an adventurer without paying attention to women at all.
After the Hero Party defeated Demon King, there was a time when he explored the Welnia Empire territory before returning to Royal Capital Beluga, and Mr Guido, who accompanied him, fell in love with Lady Megumi, who was already the lord’s wife.
(Ah, I guess I was looking for the reincarnation of Demon King that Seven Lives, One Revenge…)
”I listened directly to the drunk Mr. Guido.’Lady Megumi is a really good woman. I’m sure she must be the wife of Sir Shinji, who I respect…”
Lili speaks a little lonely.

I see Lili’s expression and I have a certain idea.

Doro-Doro meets eye.

I’m pretty sure Mr. Guido is 30 years old.
Liliane is apparently the same age as Garm…Is she 15 years old?

When I sent a cheer to Lili in my heart, the guild door opened…Big Brother Hiroya appeared.
”Martina and Dorothy are welcome!”
My favorite Big Brother Hiroya walks over here with a smile.
”Lili, age difference doesn’t matter. I’m rooting for you! “
”That’s right, Lili. Mr. Guido is a wonderful man. Good luck with your hard work”
Lili suddenly turns bright red after hearing about Doro-Doro’s ‘hell’.
”What are you talking about…!? “
”So. I’m off to go on a date with Big Brother Hiroya “
”Mr. Hiroya, Let’s go out now♡”
Doro-Doro took Big Brother Hiroya’s left arm, and I took my right arm, and the two pulled Big Brother Hiroya to leave the guild.
