After defeating the Demon King Regna Claybold, time rewinds to just after Alice and Ms. Charlotte made a sl*ve contract with Rob.
[Rob, thanks to the Demon King core, the time for Humanization has increased again! …Hmm, it’s now one hour!]
I report to Rob while checking my status.
(Oh! This means I can spend more time hugging Rumi! …Ah, no, I need to show my face to everyone!)
Rob instantly brightens up with a big smile, as if he forgot the exhaustion from the fierce battle with the Demon King.
The moment I see that smile, I can’t help but feel happy too.
[Okay! Then, I’ll Humanize now!]
I change into my original human form, which is stored in the divine realm.
”Eh!? No way…”
”Oh my…” “Wow…”
Not just Alice and Ms. Charlotte, who hadn’t heard about Humanization beforehand, but also Ms. Emma and Mr. Izana are wide-eyed in surprise.

Alice replied with a really nice smile.

This girl will probably end up liking Rob too…

”Oh, really? Getting trained by a goddess sounds amazing.”
I want to become stronger for Rob, so I’m happy to be trained… actually, Tiseris has already trained me many times.
And since the time for Humanization was coming to an end, I spoke to Rob.
”Well then, I’m off. Rob, I’ll be back soon, so let’s go on an adventure together again!”
”Yeah! Please ask Nessa to let you come back as soon as possible!”
With that, I returned to the divine realm from the world of Yggrasil.

I landed on the bed in a room made to look like Rob’s previous life, Tsukimori Yuuto’s room.
While Rob was sleeping, I spent about a year in this room and the one next door with the goddesses.
A pile of boxes with cute girl drawings.
A bookshelf filled with books written in “Japanese.”
Cute dolls dressed in slightly revealing clothes.
A robot with a sharp body and a serious face.
A permanent bed that I want to dry under the sunlight outside.
The sound of a Magic Tool called ‘air conditioner’ that blows cold air.
And on the wall, there’s a poster of the game ‘Princess Rave’ made by Nessa.
(Rob’s bed… I wonder if it still smells like Rob?)
I press my face into the pillow and sniff it.
”…What are you doing?”
Nessa appeared!
I quickly sit up and hurry to respond.
”I-I’m back! Nessa! I came back just like I promised!”
I feel embarrassed that she saw me in a weird position as I greet her.
”Hehe… Welcome back, Rumi! Wow, thank you so much for defeating 2 Demon Kings that I couldn’t beat lately! I’ll take out the Demon King core from your body right away!”
Nessa said this with a big smile on her face.
”Okay, go for it! Do it quickly!”
I close my eyes tightly, preparing myself. I feel a little scared thinking about my body being cut open, and I hold my breath.
”You don’t need to be so nervous! …Okay, it’s done!”
”Eh!? It’s over already!?”
”Yep! The Demon King core has been safely taken out, so now I’ll adjust it to combine it with your soul. In the meantime, train with Tiseris!”
Nessa says this lightly, but I still can’t hide my surprise.
I don’t even feel the core being taken out, and before I know it, the Demon King core is in her hands.

I waved goodbye to Nessa and headed to my neighbor Tiseris-chan’s house.
She should be practicing various martial arts in the garden as usual.
In the garden, the blue sky and green grass stretched far and wide, and under it, Tiseris-chan was swinging a spear.
Maybe because the house in the background looked just like mine in Grove Village, I felt like I had returned to my hometown.

While Rob was sleeping, I often trained with her.
Now, she is not only Rob’s master but also mine.
I took out the [Divine Thunder Spear] from Tiseris-chan’s house.
Originally, this divine spear belonged to Tiseris-chan, and I borrowed it from her by paying a lot of MP when I summoned it.
”Thank you very much!”
I bowed deeply and then got ready with my spear.
”Okay, let’s do this.”
She also readied her spear, as usual, seeming to want to take my full-power attack first.

Fourteen days later, Nessa asked me what I wanted to enhance with the Demon King core I obtained.
1. Increase status with one Demon King core.
2. Level up ‘Sword Saint’s Soul’ with one Demon King core.
3. Obtain a unique ability with 2 Demon King cores.
”Choose from these 3! I recommend option 2!”
Nessa cheerfully held the Demon King core in her palm as she said this.
”Hmm… I’m curious about the unique ability, but I think I’ll go with the recommendation until my job level hits 10.”
”Great choice! …Alright, level up complete!”
And so, my first enhancement finally came to an end.
I was ready to go back to Yggrasil, but I was a little worried about whether Rob was okay.
I didn’t know when the Demon King would attack, and in that scary world, I just hoped he was surviving well…
