”You idiot! Don’t fall for Kent’s lies so easily! Sure, the Black Dragon Dukedom is struggling with depleted resources, but they’re not desperate enough to hand over the princess to some rural lord! Dee is just temporarily entrusted to Kent.”
Clayd spoke the truth to the sobbing Black Dragons, but his words didn’t reach the Rosvita, who recognized the implanted stories as the truth.
”Huh, I think it worked out somehow…”
”I’ve been sold off to Kent. I need to take on extra work to pay off my mother’s debts.”
Dee approached with a smile,
her eyes sparkling with expectations of work.
”Well, things have calmed down. At one point, I thought we were doomed. But seriously, you told a huge lie. If Lady Fabulanova hears this, she’ll storm in all alone!”
Milly and the others came close since the Black Dragons had settled down.
Suddenly, she felt a shock on her back.
”You! You got another weird job again, didn’t you? What’s this [Cheatster] thing? I’ve never heard of it, but it sounds criminal!”
Turning around, Lina’s eyes glowed red.
It seemed she had activated the Person Identification Skill.
The [Cheatster] job appeared to be undiscovered.
”It couldn’t be helped. I was almost killed by the Black Dragons. If [Cheatster] is a crime-related job, I’ll erase it.”
”You fool! Don’t delete an undiscovered rare job so easily! I’m going to research this, so don’t erase it.”
Lina insisted on keeping it for research, but if a lord had both [Cheatster] and [Casanova], I would surely be seen as a corrupt lord…
”Well, I’m just glad you’re okay. I don’t have confidence in controlling things if the Ms. Rosvita start rampaging.”
Milly seemed to think she wouldn’t be able to protect me against the Black Dragon’s abilities.
”Kent! You big liar! Plus, you used some weird skill! If Rosvita reports that, I’ll be strangled to death by Fabulanova!”
Clayd is complaining, but since it was Clayd himself who first sold me to Rosvita, he has no one to blame but himself.
”Mr. Clayd. The matter concerning Dee will become public knowledge among the royal faction. Lady Fabulanova won’t be able to move for a while either. In the meantime, you should calm her down. If necessary, why not arrange for Dee’s brother or sister?”
”Bwah! You idiot! I’m not some breeding stallion! Tch, fine! I’m going back to soothe Fabulanova, so you better protect Dee! If she gets even a scratch, I’ll burn your whole town to the ground! Remember that!”
Clayd spat out some parting words like a coward and rushed out.
It was guessed that he headed to the Black Dragon Dukedom to convey the truth before today’s events reached Rosvita.
However, the Black Dragon clan can fly, so information would likely reach them faster than Clayd.

When Clayd left, Rosvita rose to her feet and gave her a tribute to her subordinate.
Other Dragownewt species also shrunk their large bodies and were lying down.
”Lord Blackdagger, could you please hold us more than this…”
Everyone, including me, was denialed by Rosvita’s sudden offer.
”Come to hold your call?”
”Yes, I heard that Her Highness Delprius is 16 years old. In the long-lived Black Dragon clan, it is a kind of young child who walks around. Do you have to breed such people? It’s so pitiful I can’t stand it. Therefore, we will become a mercenary of Lord Blackdagger and take over the loan. Of course, I will accept your seeds in the chamber of Lord Blackdagger, so please don’t forget. Please stop placing Her Highness Delprius in the chamber.”
Rosvita fell flatter and begged me.
She has said that she will be working as Dee’s substitute.
Furthermore, the condition was that she would agree to the mercenary, which she had refused at least once.
From the perspective of mobility and firepower, the mercenaries of the Black Dragon clan were something I desperately wanted, and thinking about how I could be delighted with that voluptuous white body and intelligent face made the conditions more than satisfactory.
However, it seemed that Dee would not be convinced.
As I pondered, a brilliant idea came to me.
”Ms. Rosvita, I’ve accepted the mercenary matter. I’ll hire you at a high salary. But, I’d like to add one condition regarding the bedroom. If Ms. Rosvita is unable to fulfill her duties, I want Dee to take her place. Is that acceptable?”
”W-well, that is…”
”If you can’t agree to the condition, then we’ll skip the substitution.”
”P-please wait. That would be fine. I will accept all of Lord Blackdagger’s essence.”
Rosvita seemed flustered and easily agreed.
It appeared she was so anxious that I forgot I had the [Sexual Prowess] trait.
”Rosvita… leave some for me too. I want to bear Kent’s child.”
”Lord Blackdagger, from today onward, when you call Her Highness Delprius to the bedroom, please allow me to be present.”
”Understood. I’ll count on you starting tonight!”
”Huh!?”
”I understand! Today, I’ll seduce Kent with sheer, sexy lingerie!”
”Whaaat!?”
Rosvita wore a bewildered expression.
It seemed Milly and the others had sensed that I was about to make a move on Rosvita, as they began discussing a welcome party.
The snippets I overheard were about a public encounter in the open-air bath under the watchful eyes of all the concubines.
It seemed my wives were fully intent on welcoming Rosvita as a new wife.
”L… Lady Fabulanova had a daughter…”
Turning towards the voice, I saw Ludmila standing there with her subordinate Dragonewt.
”Your Highness Ludmila. Please take your subordinate’s bow! Your Highness Delprius is the child of Lady Fabulanova and, if publicly recognized, would rank above you, Your Highness Ludmila!”
Rosvita admonishes the arrogant Ludmila.
”Why must I bow to a subordinate? Isn’t that girl over there the one sold to Lord Blackdagger due to her debts? Besides, Lady Fabulanova has no daughter.”
One trouble passes, and another arises… Now I have to deal with Ludmila… This is getting really annoying.
”Dee-Dee, lend me that necklace.”
”This one? What are you going to do with it?”
Dee tosses the transformation necklace to Milly.
Milly quickly sneaks up on Ludmila and puts on the necklace.
Then, she strikes Ludmila, knocking her out effortlessly.
”There, that should do it. Ludmila is now just a girl from the Majin Clan. It would be a hassle to kill her, so should we turn her into a Carrier and eat her with Rosvita?”
Due to Milly’s lightning-fast attack, Ludmila was captured.
The Ugno faction’s Dragonewts were unable to move with their commander Ludmila taken captive.
”That’s fine, but what should we do about the Ugno faction’s Dragonewts…”
”Leave it to me.”
Dee speaks to the Ugno faction’s Dragonewts.
”I am Delprius, daughter of King Fabulanova. I wish to establish a new nation of the Black Dragon clan in this southern land, independent from my mother, and I seek your strength. This land is rich and filled with thrilling battles. Please lend me your power.”
Hearing Dee’s words, the Ugno faction’s Dragonewts hesitated for a moment, but being a pure warrior race, they were delighted to hear of the many battles and willingly became Delprius’s subordinates.
I heard later that the Dragonewts of the Ugno faction were pure battle maniacs who were bored in the west, where real combat had ceased to exist.
Thus, having survived the greatest life-threatening crisis, I managed to bring the Black Dragon clan under my command while also acquiring 2 new candidates for concubines.
