Loveho-Isekai v1c4

Volume 1 Chapter 4 The Flower Seller Elf

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

 I had a weird dream.

While driving a bus, I was summoned to another world.

There, I met a strange glowing orb and somehow got a strange skill called “Love Hotel.” Then, I was kicked out.

I woke up, still thinking about that dream.

 …No, it was real.

In front of me was a Love Hotel room.

The soft bed felt real, and there was that weird door and the see-through menu.

 Everything was real.

I opened the curtains a little and saw an otherworldly town outside.

There were stone buildings and brick roofs, things you can’t see in Japan.

People with different hair colors and outfits walked by, clearly not Japanese.

They didn’t notice me at all.

 A magic mirror?

Or maybe the window was invisible?

I checked the clock; it was 4 PM.

I must have slept for about 3 hours.

I was curious and called up that see-through menu to check the info.

 My MP was 7/10.

 I had regained 3 points.

Does it recover 1 point every hour?

I’m starting to understand the rules of this skill.

Just by sleeping for a few hours, I can get room service.

If MP recovers by itself, I might live just fine by staying in.

But that kind of life seems too unhealthy and unproductive.

Plus, staying alone in a Love Hotel would be so lonely.

Since it’s a Love Hotel, I want to cuddle with a girl too.

And now that I’m in this fantasy world, I want to have some fun!

After resting, I felt better, so it’s time to explore this otherworldly town.

* * *

As I walked, the town was much livelier than I expected.

People walk through the street, and many colorful shops line up.

Happy voices and laughter fill the air.

This place feels like a tourist spot on Earth.

With foreign-style buildings and cobblestone paths, I feel like I’m in an old European town.

If this were Earth, it would be in a travel guide.

But I can also feel the unique charm of another world.

For example, a shop that looks like a bookstore has a sign that says “Magic Bookstore,” with magic books displayed outside.

A shop I thought was a gift store is actually a “Magic Tools Store,” selling glowing stones and strange ritual items──it’s not a regular shop at all.

 I wonder if that’s a weapon shop.

Outside, there are swords and armor, giving off a strong vibe.

These sights are truly special to this world.

I softly think, “So this is what another world feels like.”

As I walk, the town’s atmosphere begins to change.

This area feels more like a party district.

The sun is still high, but the unique excitement of night is starting to fill the air.

I love love hotels, so I naturally feel drawn to this place.

Before I know it, my feet are moving there.

I wonder how the nightlife is in this world?

 Honestly, I’m really curious.

But the worries about diseases, scams, and being overcharged pop into my head.

This isn’t just a foreign land; it’s another world.

Walking in like in Japan would be way too dangerous.

I don’t know what could happen.

Plus, I don’t have much money.

The parting gift from the king wasn’t very much.

In the worst case, I might not even have enough for a glass of water at a scam bar.

Thinking about that, I realize I can’t take the risk right now.

Better not go to a club-like place either.

I guess I’ll just go home quietly today.

 ”Um, excuse me!”

Just as I think that, a voice calls out from behind me.

I turn around to see a girl standing there.

She looks like a junior high or high school student.

Her long blonde hair falls to her shoulders, with sparkling blue eyes and a cute face.

Her modest outfit and small chest bring out her pure charm.

And in the basket she held, there were flowers of many colors.

But what caught my eye most was the ears peeking through her hair.

They looked a bit pointy, more than a regular person’s.

 Is she an elf?

”Would you like to buy some flowers?”

As I watched, the girl said this with a nervous look.

 Selling flowers.

 What does that mean?

In my world, it was a slang for selling sex.

 Is it the same here?

She seems too young for that.

Can a girl this young really be doing that?

I wonder if it’s normal here.

But even in Japan, there are issues with older men and young girls.

This must happen in many places around the world.

Looking at her again, I could see she was scared.

Her eyes showed worry; this didn’t feel like regular business.

If she really just wanted to sell flowers, she wouldn’t be this uneasy.

 ”Um, sorry, but not today…”

Just moments ago, I thought I should stay away from night shops.

 ”I’ll take just 20,000, no, 10,000 Aurum!”

 The girl begged desperately.

The colorful flowers in her basket swayed as she spoke.

The price was clearly not for the flowers.

That was way too high for regular flowers.

I don’t fully understand the prices here, but I get that much.

I had 50,000 Aurum from a parting gift.

 I had enough money.

I could buy this beautiful elf girl for a night.

A beauty I could never approach back on Earth, where just speaking to her could lead to trouble.

And her looks were rare even in this world.

 Tempting.

If I turned her down now, I might never get this chance again.

Is it really okay to miss a chance to be with someone like her?

I searched for reasons to convince myself.

First, it’s clear she’s not experienced.

She looks so nervous; she must have little experience.

That might mean less risk of disease.

But what if she’s a scam?

What if a scary guy shows up behind me?

Then I’ll just use my Love Hotel skill.

I can make a door appear and escape; no one could catch me.
