”This match is only once! Only during sunset! Let’s finish everything before night falls!!”
”OK! Aqua, I’m giving it my all!”

Unlike the relaxed mood before the rehearsal, my and Kohina-senpai’s switches flip on.
Seeing that, the staff members’ tense atmosphere tightens.
”Scene 1, Kohina Yukari-san, pretend to be indifferent while inviting Aqua-kun.”
Corolle chose Kohina-senpai for this shoot because of that.
It suits her image of a solitary woman who isn’t swayed by men.
”Good, cut! Both of you are perfect! Keep this up, let’s move straight to the next scene!”
Kohina-senpai and I handle the filming smoothly.
Now, we’re about to shoot the scene considered the biggest challenge──also the last one.
”We don’t have much time until sunset, so let’s go all out! And watch out for injuries, both of you!!”
Huff… I exhale lightly and look at Kohina-senpai beside me.
She also turns her face toward me.
”Because I trust you.”
”Leave it to me.”
The final scene is a contemporary dance between Kohina-senpai and me.
It includes acrobatic moves, which can be pretty dangerous to do on a cliff.
Yeah, because of that, we absolutely cannot fail this shoot.
”Last scene! 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…!”
Kohina-senpai and I dance to the music for the scene.
Despite being bad at sports and stiff, Kohina-senpai has improved so much──she must have practiced a lot.
I want to support her efforts. Being good at dance, I lead her smoothly and firmly support her body and movements.
Our duo handles lifts and turns well, bringing the dance scene to its climax.
The final scene was set to the sunset, with Kohina-senpai spinning around me on the cliff.
Then, something went wrong.

Kohina-senpai’s hand slipped, and she lost her grip on my body.
The staff, who had been watching in anticipation, turned pale with fear.
Everyone must have imagined the worst-case scenario.
But they underestimated my reflexes and agility, which are just as good as Kaede’s.
In a split second, I grabbed Kohina-senpai’s arm, pulled her toward me, and smoothly turned it into a dance move.
”Ah…”
Kohina-senpai’s gaze shifted away from me.
Without thinking, I reached out toward where her eyes were looking, catching the earring she was about to lose as she fell from the cliff.
Oh, that was close!
I almost dropped a multi-million yen earring off the cliff!
Just as Kohina-senpai and I locked eyes again, Director Hongou’s voice echoed across the set.
”You two were amazing! The last scene was a bit of a surprise, not what we planned, but it turned out way better!!”
Director Hongou and the staff all praised us a lot, but Kohina-senpai, who was standing next to me, looked a little displeased.
She was probably scolding herself for not doing it perfectly.
Kohina-senpai apologized to Director Hongou, the staff, and the people from Corolle’s team.

As I was about to head back to the location bus to change, Kohina-senpai called out to me.

No way, that’s impossible.
In this world, there are things you can do and things you absolutely can’t, and it’s not like I can’t imagine Kohina-senpai supporting me, but it’s still hard to believe.
But this person might just give me a chance, I can’t help but think.

”Make up your mind already! Which is it?”
Haha! I pat the head of a pouting Kohina-senpai.
”Come on, hurry up and change so we can go have dinner. I’m starving.”

Kohina-senpai shifts from actress mode back to her usual carefree self.
After changing, Kohina-senpai and I head to a local restaurant in Choshi City, the filming location, along with everyone who helped out.
As expected, seafood in a town near the ocean is delicious! I savor the fresh fish dishes.
”Thank you all so much! I think we had a great shoot today because of you! You’ve worked hard!!”
I take the lead for the final toast, and our dinner and celebration come to an end.
With Kohina-senpai in my arms, I get into the car that Manager Komachi-chan arranged for our return.
”Here we are, Kohina-senpai. Please hold on tight.”
”Mhm, I got it. Already…”
Haha… That last mistake, I really regretted it.
I grasp the hand of the now drowsy Kohina-senpai and return to the Shirogane Kingdom where everyone is waiting.
”Welcome back, Aa-sama.”
”Ah, I’m home, Yui.”
It’s late at night, everyone must be asleep by now.
Wait, Emily!? Just now, she slipped past me as if nothing happened and tried to line up next to Yui. What’s she doing up so late!? She’s pregnant, she shouldn’t be staying up so late!
”Guhehe, sorry. I overslept during the day and couldn’t sleep, so I was just taking a walk in the garden…”
Oh, as long as she was with Rin-chan, it’s all good.
I’ll keep it a secret from Kotono.
”Sorry, Yui, but please take care of Kohina-senpai. I’ll just check on Kanon’s little face for a moment.”
”Yes.”
I hand Yui Kohina-senpai and peek through the slightly open door into Kanon’s room, probably asleep now.
Oh, Kanoa and Anon are both dozing peacefully. Good. Kids grow stronger when they sleep. Sleep a lot!
Today was tiring, but seeing my beloved wife and kids made all the fatigue vanish in an instant.
I close the door and head to the large bath, soak for a bit, then go to my room and fall asleep.
