Volume 8 Chapter 31 Interrogation of the Bandit Sisters

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

The midnight campsite glowed under the bonfire’s flicker. Tents stood in neat rows, and soldiers mingled with adventurers, their eyes sharp in the dark. The air buzzed with a restless hum, louder than a quiet night should be. Among them, a heavily armored man faced a woman in light clothing, her presence bold and teasing.

”Boston-san, good evening~!” she sang, her voice playful.

”You’re… one of the Harpies, right?” Boston said, scratching his head.

She grinned. “Athena, that’s me! ♡ Hey, why not visit our tent tonight? I think you’re pretty cool. Been waiting to talk!” [T/N: Harpies – winged humanoid creatures, distinct but related to humans.]

”Uh? N-no, I’m on duty,” Boston stammered, his face heating up.

Athena’s wings fluttered as she stepped closer, her gaze teasing. She leaned in, her curves catching the firelight, and Boston’s heart thumped hard. Despite the gap between humans and Harpies, her charm hit like a storm. She smirked, seeing him squirm.

”Seems busy tonight, huh?” she said, tilting her head.

”Y-yeah,” Boston replied. “Bandits attacked earlier. The Heroes handled it, but it was so fast we couldn’t keep up.”

”Whoa, really? I didn’t notice!” Athena said, eyes wide.

”Me neither,” Boston admitted. “They’re questioning the bandits now. We’re on high alert.”

”Hmm, got it,” Athena purred, edging closer. “But you look tired, Boston-san. Need a break?” Her fingers brushed his arm, soft and deliberate. Boston’s jaw dropped, his cheeks burning.

”Let me help you relax,” she whispered, her voice warm and secret. “Just us… quietly, okay?”

”N-no, I’m good! Thanks, though! Haha, I-I gotta go!” Boston blurted, hurrying off.

”Aww, fine~ Tomorrow then! ♡” Athena called, smiling like she’d spotted a sweet prize.

Elsewhere, the interrogation began. Kaitney, a captured bandit, spoke softly about her village’s struggles. War had stolen their men, leaving them short-handed. Hunting was hard. Food stores dwindled. Robbing merchants became their desperate fix.

Klock, the interrogator, rubbed his chin. These weren’t random thieves but villagers, a whole community turned to crime. They hit caravans near cities, driven by need. Why all women? Few men remained. This group was just the one sent out.

The village head had pushed the plan. Villagers hesitated at first, wary of theft. But the head ignored their doubts, sending bold ones to raid. They struck a caravan, shared the loot, and won the village’s support. One success led to more. Soon, they targeted travelers and refugees too. Pressure grew, and more villagers joined, armed and sent out.

Even Kaitney, unfit for thieving, was dragged in. Numbers mattered more than skill by then. This latest raid was rash, banking on surprise despite the odds. Past wins had blinded them, and they’d failed.

Suzette, watching nearby, said the bandits were weak. Even with Meina’s strength, crushing a dozen in seconds was no feat. Their leader likely didn’t know her team’s limits.

”Feel bad for ’em,” Klock said, leaning back. “Without war, they wouldn’t be here. In peace, they’d be sharing a hot meal with family, right? Poor souls.”

 Kaitney stayed quiet, eyes down.

”Where’s your village?” Klock asked, voice firm.

Kaitney hesitated, looking away. A muffled sound broke the silence. “Nngh! ♡ Mmph! ♡”

Kaitney’s face tightened, her gaze averted. Before her, Klock held Rachel—her sister—in a humiliating pose, wrists tied, body low. Her clothes were pulled aside, leaving her vulnerable. [T/N: The original text is explicit here; this version implies the scene while preserving its intensity.]

”Hey,” Klock snapped, giving Rachel a light tap. Her body flinched, and she glared back, eyes fierce. “I’m talking to Kaitney. Stop squirming for attention.”

His touch lingered, drawing soft gasps from Rachel. “Nngh! ♡ Fmph! ♡” Her muffled protests filled the tent as she struggled, her body reacting despite her anger.

”Kaitney,” Klock said sharply. “Your sister’s… occupied. So you’d better talk.”

Kaitney glanced at him, fear in her eyes. Klock kept his act, his touch on Rachel a clear warning. Another tap, another shudder from Rachel, her breaths heavy with forced feeling.

”Come on, speak,” Klock growled. “Love that wretched village so much? Fine, stay silent. But you attacked us. I’m in charge, and I need to make an example. If you don’t talk, someone pays.”

Kaitney’s eyes widened. Silence wouldn’t help. If Klock’s group were a formal army, the sisters might face a brutal end. Soldiers don’t forgive bandits. Letting them go would anger the ranks. Someone had to answer.

Klock turned to Rachel, his voice cold. “Well, Rachel?”

Klock’s eyes flicked to Rachel as Kaitney’s silence stretched on. He reached down, pulling the cloth from Rachel’s mouth. She coughed, her glare fierce and unyielding. “Where’s your village?” he demanded, his voice sharp.

”Shut up!” Rachel spat, her face flushed from the ordeal. “You don’t know how to talk to a woman! Too weak to charm, so you use force? Pathetic!” Her words burned with defiance, her spirit refusing to break. She stood her ground, as if daring him to try harder.

Klock gave a short, mocking laugh. She wasn’t worth reasoning with—her words were all fire, no sense. He stepped behind her, his movements deliberate. Rachel’s bravado wavered, her eyes widening with a flash of fear.

”W-Wait… too much!” she stammered, her voice breaking. “No way, that’s… hold on, we didn’t agree to this!” Panic crept into her tone as she shrank back.

”Where’s your village?” Klock asked again, his voice cold and steady.

Rachel twisted against her bonds, her breaths quick and sharp. “Wait, wait! Okay, I’ll talk! I’ll talk!” she gasped, her earlier fire crumbling under pressure.

”Then say it,” Klock snapped. “Two seconds, or we keep going.”

”Polet Village!” Rachel blurted. “South along the western river—”

Klock leaned closer, his presence overwhelming. Rachel’s words cut off with a sharp “Kah… hah…!?” Her body tensed, trembling under the weight of his actions. Her breaths came fast, a mix of defiance and something involuntary, her resolve fraying at the edges.

”Nngh…! You… you did it, you liar!” she choked, her voice weak but still sharp. “Ngh… hah…! ♡” Her protests mixed with gasps, her body betraying her as Klock pressed on, unyielding. The air filled with the sound of her strained breaths, her struggle clear but futile.

Rachel’s hips twitched, caught in a storm she couldn’t fight. Klock kept her pinned, his movements harsh and relentless. “Hgh…! Stop… digging into me!” she gasped, her voice cracking. Her skin gleamed with sweat, her body trapped in the intensity.

”Your attitude’s as bold as ever,” Klock taunted. “Others might go back to your village, but you? I could keep you around, teach you every day.”

Rachel bit her lip, silent, her body shaking as she endured. Her pride clung on, but her strength was fading fast.

”Stop… please,” Kaitney’s voice quivered, her eyes wide as she watched her sister suffer. “Let Rachel go.”

Klock’s gaze stayed cold. He pressed on, making his point clear as Rachel’s breaths grew ragged. “Pah… pah…” The sound echoed, sharp and heavy. Kaitney looked away, her face pale with distress.

”No chance,” Klock said flatly. “Thieves don’t get to make demands. Watch quietly.”

”I’ll take her place,” Kaitney pleaded, her voice trembling. “If you need someone, take me. Just… spare Rachel.”

Klock raised an eyebrow, unmoved. He didn’t need this, but her offer lingered. He tapped Rachel lightly, her body jolting. “Hear that, Rachel? Kaitney’s offering to take your spot.”

Rachel turned her head, her face flushed, her breath uneven. “Ngh… hah…! ♡ Kaitney, no… wait!” she gasped, her voice raw but fierce.

”Rachel…!” Kaitney’s voice cracked, torn with emotion.

”Stay… out of it!” Rachel snapped, her words jagged but determined.

The sisters’ desperate words clashed, their bond fierce despite the ordeal. Rachel fought to seem strong, her hand covering her mouth to stifle her gasps. Kaitney’s eyes darted, her heart breaking as she saw her sister’s struggle. Rachel’s body moved with Klock’s rhythm, her reactions betraying her defiance, her breaths sharp and broken. “Hah… hah…! ♡”

”I’m sorry for what Rachel said,” Kaitney tried, her voice shaking. “Please…”

 ”Enough,” Rachel gasped. “Ngh… hah…! ♡”

Klock ignored their pleas, his focus unrelenting. These weren’t hardened criminals, just village girls driven to desperation. But apologies wouldn’t erase their actions. The air grew thick, Rachel’s gasps quickening, her body trembling violently.

”Nn…!?” Rachel’s hips jerked, her breaths frantic. Her body shook, caught in a wave she couldn’t escape. Klock pressed harder, driving his point home as Kaitney watched, her face drained of color.

”Impressive,” Klock mocked. “You handle this well, for a thief.”

Rachel writhed, her muffled cries—”Fugh…! Hah…! ♡”—echoing in the tent. Her body quaked, unable to resist the intensity. Klock continued, relentless, until the tension snapped.

”Guh… you… monster!” Rachel gasped, her voice raw. “Fall off a cliff… ngh…! ♡” Her defiance held, but her strength was gone, her body spent.

Klock stepped back, leaving Rachel trembling, her breaths heavy. “Fuh… hah…!” She lay there, exhausted, her spirit unbroken but her body betraying her. The marks of her ordeal lingered, stark and undeniable. “You… got what you wanted, you liar…” she muttered, her voice faint but venomous.

Klock looked down at her. Rachel was still Rachel—defiant to the end, her words sharp even in defeat. That was her nature, unyielding despite everything.

Rachel lay there, too weak to turn, yet her tongue stayed sharp. Even now, trembling and exposed, she spat defiance. Her curses never stopped, her spirit unbowed. That was Rachel—true to herself. She’d snap at anyone she hated, quick to beg if scared, but just as quick to fight back, even when cornered. She was just a village girl, honest to a fault.

”Alright, round two,” Klock said, his voice low and dangerous.

 ”…What?” Rachel’s voice trembled, barely a whisper.

Klock moved without hesitation, his hands on her again. Rachel rolled over, her face flushed, her breath uneven. “Noh…! ♡ Fugh!?” she gasped, her body tensing as he loomed over her, his presence heavy and unyielding.

”Ah… oh!? ♡ No, stop…!” she cried, her voice breaking. “Fugh…! ♡ Ngh…! I said sorry! It’s too much!” Her pleas were desperate, but Klock ignored them, his movements relentless. Rachel’s gasps filled the tent, sharp and frantic. “Fugh…! ♡ Ah…! ♡”

”You think you get off easy, brat?” Klock growled. Her body shook, caught in the storm, unable to fight back. “Ugu…! ♡ Fugh…! Hah…! ♡” Her cries echoed, her defiance crumbling under the pressure.

”Ugh… Kaitney!” Rachel’s voice cracked, calling out to her sister.

”Rachel…!” Kaitney answered, her voice shaking, her eyes wide with fear.

”Rachel, got anything to say?” Klock taunted, his tone cold.

 ”I’m sorry!” Rachel gasped. “Ah…! ♡ Please, forgive me…! ♡”

”No chance,” Klock snapped. The air pulsed with her ragged breaths, her struggles useless against his strength. Her clothes shifted, leaving her exposed, unable to hide. His touch lingered, drawing sharp cries from her lips.

Rachel writhed, pinned down, her breaths heavy. “Ugu…! ♡ Fugh…! Hah…! ♡” The intensity overwhelmed her, her body trembling. Klock pressed on, relentless, driving the lesson deep.

”So, Kaitney,” Klock said, turning to her. “You wanted to take her place?” He stepped back from Rachel, who lay panting, her body shaking. Kaitney froze, her face pale as he approached, his presence a clear threat.

Kaitney’s eyes flicked to Rachel, who lay breathless, her gasps heavy. “Haa… haa…” Rachel couldn’t cover herself, her state laid bare. Kaitney flinched, fear etched on her face.

”Nice figure,” Klock remarked, eyeing Kaitney. “Working girls always have that strength.”

”…No!” Kaitney gasped, her voice trembling. She braced herself, knowing what was coming, her resolve her only shield.

As Klock turned back to Rachel, Kaitney moved. Her face flushed, her breath unsteady. “Fuh…!? ♡ Kuh…!” she gasped, trying to shift the focus, to protect her sister. But Klock was unmoved, his strength overpowering. Her effort faltered, her breaths quickening as his touch found her.

”Kaitney,” Klock said sharply. “Get next to your sister. Let’s see how you both compare.”

 ”Nn…! Wait, please…!” Kaitney pleaded, her voice soft. “Fuu…! ♡ Ngh…! ♡”

Klock positioned her beside Rachel, who flinched at his touch. “Oh…! ♡ No, stop!” Rachel cried, her body trembling. “Ah…! ♡ Please, forgive me…!” Kaitney stayed quiet, her gasps soft, enduring with grim resolve.

”Again…!?” Rachel gasped, her voice weak. “Ngh…! ♡ You beast…!” Her defiance faded, replaced by breathless cries as Klock continued, unyielding. The sisters’ gasps mingled, their bodies caught in the ordeal, their spirits tested.

”…Sir Klock…” A voice broke through the tension.

”Oh, Meina, you’re back,” Klock said, glancing up.

The Golden Cat Girl stepped into the tent, her tail high, ears flat. Her nose wrinkled, her eyes narrowing at the scene. “…Sir Klock. Is this cheating?” she asked, her voice sharp.

”Nah, this is their punishment,” Klock said, brushing it off. “Give me a sec.” He leaned into Kaitney, her body trembling. “Oh…! ♡ Ngh…! Hah…!” she gasped, her breaths ragged as he pressed on.

”Sir Klock~?” Meina’s tone was skeptical.

”It’s not like that,” Klock insisted. “They did wrong, so this is justice, right?” His actions continued, drawing more gasps from Kaitney.

”Really~?” Meina said, her eyes half-lidded. “You just wanted to mess around with other girls, didn’t you?”

Klock laughed nervously. Meina was his, the kindest of his group, but her anger could stir trouble with Cianie and Suzette. He needed to end this. “Sir Klock, you’re taking too long,” Meina said, her voice sharp.

”Haha…” Klock chuckled, deflecting. Meina crouched close, her eyes fixed on Kaitney, watching the scene. Her gaze was heavy, judging.

Noticing her focus, Klock faltered. “Something wrong?” he asked.

”They’re… impressive,” Meina said, her cheeks flushing as she reached out, touching Kaitney’s exposed skin. “Oh~” she murmured, her hands lingering with curiosity. Kaitney trembled, her eyes fixed on the ceiling, unable to resist.

”Uh, Meina,” Klock started. “This doesn’t need to go to Suzette, right?”

”If it’s not cheating, I should tell Suzette-sama,” Meina replied, her voice cool.

”No, no, it’s just interrogation!” Klock protested. “Had to do it!” Meina’s eyes narrowed, her tail flicking. “You’re taking longer than with me,” she said, irritation clear.

”Aw, Meina, you’re the cutest in the world,” Klock said, switching tactics. “I just wanna spoil you rotten.” Her lips pursed, but his words softened her glare. With coaxing, he calmed her, even getting her to help tidy up. Her honesty, as always, saved the moment.
