Himejima Akeno recalled her other Familiars as the group made their way toward the girls’ locker room.
Surprisingly few people blocked their path; it seemed most of the student body had already been funneled into the gymnasium.
Under the force of Koneko’s loli iron fist, the iron door of the locker room let out a shrill scream of twisting metal before finally giving up the ghost.
Aki was the last to step inside.
The room was a mess.
In addition to the creepy fat guy, several girls were scattered about, their clothing in various states of disarray.
It was obvious they were the victims he’d targeted for his predatory whims after placing them under Hypnosis¹.
When the iron door went flying, the creepy fat guy’s greasy frame gave a violent shudder.
The sudden shock caused his thrusting lower body to erupt in a pathetic, immediate discharge.
Aki caught the disgusting sight just as he cleared the threshold.
Rias and Himejima Akeno had already averted their eyes, refusing to acknowledge a scene that would turn anyone’s stomach.
Aki glanced at the girl pinned beneath the man—her eyes were rolled back, her expression blank.
She was cute enough, but he didn’t recognize her; likely just another background character.
He noted the state of her lower body. There was no blood, which suggested it wasn’t her first time.
(That’s a small mercy, at least. Once we wipe her memory, she can go back to her life like none of this ever happened.)
Near the victim of the hypnosis lay another blonde girl.
Her uniform was a tattered mess, and she was flushed, panting heavily with one hand shoved deep into her panties as she sought her own release.
If Aki’s group had been a minute later, she would have been the next one violated.
Aki’s gaze lingered on the blue-eyed blonde for a moment.
He hadn’t expected to run into a “main” character here.
Kurashiki Reina.
She was one of the heroines, blessed with a gorgeous face and an incredible figure.
Her long, straight blonde hair paired with those blue-green eyes gave her a striking, aggressive beauty.
She carried herself with the arrogant “gal” persona everyone expected of her.

Unlike Miyajima Sakura, Reina had already been around the block with her boyfriend in the original work; she’d lost her virginity long before any hypnosis was involved.
Aki didn’t care for her attitude, but her body was another story.
(If she’s got a Talent, I might have to find a way to get her into my bed for a round.) He wouldn’t use the same trashy methods as the guy on the floor, of course.
If she turned down a hookup, he wouldn’t push it.
Then again, she probably wouldn’t refuse.

Aki pulled his eyes away from Kurashiki Reina and turned his attention to the trembling, greasy man.

The mere thought made it impossible for “Little Aki” to even consider rising to the occasion.
”A pity… we were a step too late after all,” Aki said, looking at the lone victim with genuine regret.
He hadn’t pushed for an immediate assault just to let this happen, but he hadn’t expected this pathetic bastard to keep trying to ruin girls even with death closing in.
Instead of trying to flee Aisu Academy, the man had spent his final minutes on this.
Only ten minutes had passed since Aki activated the Magic Circle²; he’d moved as fast as humanly possible to end this.
As Aki sized up the scene, the creepy fat guy was busy leering at the newcomers.
His filthy desires were actually beginning to override his terror as he took in the mature beauty of Himejima Akeno, the regal presence of Rias, and the petite cuteness of the white-haired loli.
”You three… I’m a Sexual Guidance Counselor for the government…”
He attempted to push his hypnosis toward the three women, but he was met only with four pairs of eyes that looked at him as if he were already a corpse.
Rias and Himejima Akeno had already cast protective magic on Aki and Koneko before they even reached the broadcast room.
They certainly hadn’t forgotten to shield themselves.
Even without the spells, a mental attack this weak wouldn’t have even scratched their defenses.
”Confirmed. The issue is the glasses,” Rias said, making her final judgment.
”We can’t be sure if it’s a Sacred Gear³ yet, but let’s just finish him. Looking at him makes me sick,” Aki said.
”Agreed,” Koneko replied, raising a small hand like a student waiting to be called on in class.
”Let me,” Akeno said.
She held her hands out, and two spheres of deep Azure Flame⁴ flickered into existence.
The temperature in the room didn’t rise, but the way the light warped around the fire signaled the devastating energy contained within.
Because the heat was entirely localized, the incineration would be silent and leave no ashes behind—perfect for a quiet execution.
Realizing his hypnosis was useless, the creepy fat guy spiraled into a manic frenzy.
”Impossible! How… I paid such a high price…!” He lowered his head, hissing to himself, “It’s a lie. All of it! My hypnosis is absolute!”
He tried to force the hypnosis again, desperate to make Rias and the others kill Aki and then offer themselves to him.
His only answer was the roar of two azure fireballs.
As the agony of the magical flames hit him, the man finally snapped back to sanity.
He thrashed on the floor, screaming in terror.
”You’re monsters! You’re all monsters!”
The flames continued to eat away at him, unmoved.
Under Akeno’s precise control, there was no risk of the fire spreading to the girls.
”I’m sorry! Please, spare me! I won’t do it again!” he wailed, rolling across the tiles in a futile attempt to smother the azure heat.
Aki watched with total detachment.
To ensure the man didn’t accidentally hurt the other girls while he thrashed, Aki moved the unconscious students further away.
The azure fire worked quickly.
Soon, the man didn’t even have the strength to roll.
As death took hold, his screams turned into a desperate, pathetic wail, followed by a string of incoherent filth.
In his final moments, he glared at Aki with pure, unadulterated spite.
”Why… why haven’t I even started yet…?”
Aki stared back at him, his face a mask of indifference.
He knew what the man was asking, but he had no intention of answering.
”Akeno-senpai, finish it. Burn him to nothing.”
Akeno nodded, her mana surging.
With a low roar, the azure flames surged, completely swallowing the man’s head and torso.
The dark silhouette within the fire crumbled, dissolving into the light until he was erased from existence.
Ting.
A pair of flat, rimless glasses dropped to the floor, perfectly intact.
Since they’d survived being scorched by the Azure Flame, they were definitely more than a mundane accessory.
”The odds of it being a Sacred Gear just went up,” Aki noted.
He reached down to retrieve the glasses, but a flash of red light blinded him for a split second.
By the time he could see again, the floor was empty.
”President…” Aki looked back at Rias.
Rias nodded.
”Confirmed. It’s a Sacred Gear, and a particularly malicious one.”
Sacred Gears were born from human souls, but they chose their own hosts.
When a host was weak, they often fell under the Gear’s influence.
This pair of glasses clearly wasn’t interested in being a hero’s weapon.
Aki felt a rare spark of genuine anger as he watched the “culprit” escape again.
”President, what now? We can’t just let a Sacred Gear like that run loose,” Aki said, frowning.
”If it finds a new host, we might not catch it in time.”
”Aki-kun, don’t worry,” Rias said, offering a small, confident smile. “Who said we were letting it go?”
”But the glasses are gone…”
”That was unexpected. It’s rare for a Sacred Gear to act so independently,” Rias admitted.
She looked over at Akeno.
”Akeno, you’ll need to maintain the barrier for a while longer.”
”No problem, President. It’s a light drain at this point.”
Rias turned to give the final orders.
”Koneko, go through the academy and knock out everyone who’s still conscious. I’m going to head back and bring in a specialist to deal with the mass hypnosis. Once that’s settled, we’ll hunt down that Sacred Gear at our leisure.”
Aki saw the logic.
The glasses could teleport, but they couldn’t breach the barrier.
They were still trapped inside the grounds of Aisu Academy.
It would be a grind to find them, but they weren’t going anywhere.
”As for Aki-kun…” Rias turned back to him.
”You’re in charge of rounding up everyone Koneko knocks out.
Get them all in one place so it’s easier for the specialist to work their magic.”
