• Morikawa Kaede – Morikawa Kaede, or Kaede, is a tall silver‑haired Nightmare Generation member and Church of Power Intelligence rep addressed as “Kaede-oneechan” by an unnamed crewmember. Satsuki’s mother and Emily’s acquaintance, she leads “Power” chants, participated in the Verification Team, advocates the Power Birth Method, and formerly hosted Morikawa Kaede’s Room.
• Kaede – Tall, silver-haired Kaede Morikawa is an eccentric Mary’s scholarship student, Church of Power Intelligence rep, and host of a Power Price charity auction. Momiji’s daughter, Satsuki’s mother, and Emily’s acquaintance, this freakishly strong Verification Team mentor teaches body language, advocates the Power Birth Method, is Aqua’s predecessor, and supports her team even at 12G.
• Toa – Toa is a male Moonlight character, BERYL idol, livestreamer, and AI interface who uses broadcasts for space communication and navigation. Once an isolated shut-in, he is now a cheerful, teasing companion with a “cute-cool” aura and a wardrobe upgraded at a luxury shopping event. He shares a deep bond with his classmate Aqua, always acting as his straight man and following his lead.

• Egawa – A forum user grateful to Aqua for a train relay event that led to a romantic relationship.

• Agewa – Kokucho Agewa is a high-ranking assembly partner from a lineage tied to Japan’s emergency political hierarchy, recognizable by her handmade hair tie. She manages crises and collaborates with base personnel. After Aqua saved her when she tried to bear her organization’s crimes alone, she became deeply grateful and fell in love with him.
• Kokucho – Acting Prime Minister and lead character. A focused leader with short hair and professional attire, currently orchestrating the emergency defense against the meteorite impact as the chief official coordinating the response efforts.
• Kukuri – Sharp-eyed Otomezaki Academy vice-president in a crisp uniform, Milk Dipper member (Beginning 616), and Agewa associate at the idol audition. A refined Sumeragi heir of the Holy Aqua Church and Servant of the Twelve Bishops, she rallies teammates and hunts the Saint’s body double. Her recent union with Lord Aqua, whom she fervently fans, sparked a massive national media frenzy.
• Habu – Japan’s Prime Minister and former fighter pilot Habu Chiyoko, a crucial emergency contact present during Agewa’s confrontation, carries the nation’s future aboard the Izanagi. Resolute and pragmatic, she wears camouflage fatigues to direct BERYL’s meteorite mission. Blending dark humor with humility, she maintains strong comrade relationships and taught Aqua dogeza.
