”Nyu? I’m not Shin-kun nano~! And I’m not a pervert either,” Alexia replied.
”Who are you calling a pervert! You assassin… I’m going to teach you a lesson!” Karentisia added.
After restraining the assassin Celia, who had mistaken me for Alexia, I decided to take her to the second floor of the item shop to give her a proper punishment.
By the way, the real shopkeeper had been tied up and left to sleep on the bed on the second floor.
He wasn’t injured, so it seems Celia-chan captured him without a scratch, likely by putting him to sleep first.
”Shin-kun~! Is it really okay to strip this girl’s clothes and leave her naked nano~?” Alexia asked.
”Yes. Her clothes seem to be made of very valuable materials, so I’m thinking of using them for something later. Please give them to me once Celia-chan’s punishment is over,” Shin said.
”Roger that nano~!” Alexia replied.
”Shin! Is it alright if I discipline this girl strictly? I’m going to be very thorough!” Karentisia asked.

”S-Stop. Don’t take off my clothes. And don’t look into my head! Perverted elf! Kuh! Where are you touching? Shin Seyfried! You pervert!” Celia cried out.
”Mumumu! Shin-kun isn’t a pervert. He’s a good girl who’s going to be my bride. I shall punish you nano~!” Alexia said.
”This… I guess it can’t be helped. We’ll keep punishing you until you become obedient to us, assassin!” Karentisia added.
”N-No… Nooooo!!” Celia screamed.
Creak… Click!
The door to the room where Celia-chan was being confined closed, leaving Alexia and Karentisia-chan inside with her. I wonder if the three of them are going to play around? If it leads straight to a happy ending, for me, it would be happy-happy-harpy! But maybe that’s too much to hope for?
”…Karen’s discipline has started dayo. It’s scary dayo,” Elmia muttered.
”Nya-nya. That assassin is a goner nyaa,” Silvia added.
In the room where the shopkeeper had been sleeping, the four of us—me, Elmia-chan, Silvia-chan, and the shopkeeper—were now sitting in chairs.
”Boy, am I glad you folks showed up to help. Out of nowhere, this cute little girl attacked me, and I ended up all tied up in rope da,” the shopkeeper said.
”That must have been awful. Right now, two of the martial experts in our party are training the assassin, so you can rest easy now,” Shin said.
”I see. That’s a relief da. But for kids like you to come to such a remote village… wasn’t it a struggle da?” the shopkeeper asked.
”Y-Yes. When we were out on the Great Plains, we were even attacked by monsters at night,” Shin replied.
”Oh my. You really went through a rough time da na,” the shopkeeper said.
”That’s right. Besides, we were troubled because we didn’t even know where in the world of Alysphia ¹ we were,” Shin explained.
”Here? This is Greenwood ², a village on the border where humans and demi-humans live da,” the shopkeeper said.
”A border village? What does that mean?” Shin asked.
”…They’ve created a boundary line to live separately dayo, Shin,” Elmia explained.
”That’s right nyaa. I think it’s a village meant for respecting each other’s cultures and avoiding persecution nyaa. Maybe talks between humans and demi-humans are held here in secret nyaa?” Silvia added.
”Oh my. That cat-tribe girl looked a bit dim, but she’s actually quite clever da na,” the shopkeeper said.
”Fshaaaa!! Who are you calling a dim-witted cat nyaa! This is an insult to the Cat Tribe nyaa!” Silvia hissed.
”No, no. I just said you looked a bit dim; I wasn’t making fun of the Cat Tribe da,” the shopkeeper replied.
I tried asking this shopkeeper various things while pretending to be ignorant, thinking he might have info I didn’t, but I couldn’t get anything significant.
From what he said, I could roughly figure out our current location in the country.
And this village of Greenwood… it should have been a hidden stage in Maidens x Cross-dressing ³.
Since the assassin Celia-chan definitely appears in the related events, that part is fine.
The problem is this setting of the village being a ‘border.’ In the game, there was no such setting at all.
I’m very interested in who gave this village such a role.
The appearance of mass-discarded fairies. Oberon’s premature awakening. The mysterious barrier magic ⁴ in the Elf Country. The boundary of Greenwood village… I don’t know who’s pulling the strings, but they’re overdoing it.
We don’t have time or preparation this time, so we have no choice but to head back.
If a ‘disaster’ is going to strike Karentisia-chan’s homeland, I might end up having to face off against it—against that unknown mastermind.

”No can do nano. Shin-kun told me that I should make you his best buddy, so he said I can push you to your limit nano,” Alexia replied.
”That’s right. Keep growing more and more obedient. We’re going to shower you with plenty of affection,” Karentisia said.
”I-I don’t want that. Please forgive me already~! Mother, help me~!” Celia cried out.
