Chapter 135 The Results of Cooking Special Training

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

When the alarm began to ring, Himeno, who was lying on top of me, moved a little and stopped the sound.

Last night, while my mind was fading away, I vaguely remembered Chikako trying to stop Himeno.

”Good morning, Tsuchimiya-senpai,” Himeno said with a smile before giving me a deep kiss. Even though I felt like I was dying last night, it was a problem that I was getting excited again so soon.

 ”Morning,” I replied.

To my right, Fujisaki woke up and sat up while giving a dull greeting. I wanted to answer her, but Himeno’s kiss would not end. To my left, Chikako was sleeping with her mouth open, looking very happy.

Finally, when Himeno’s lips moved away, she took a quick breath—Gasp!—and then she started to pull at me even more. Her secret part, which was rubbing against my morning wood, became wet and smooth in an instant. As her hips moved more, my g**ans¹ was pushed in, and it was swallowed up—Squeeze, press—as she moved.

 ”Nn! Ah… haaa…”

 ”M… Morning… Himeno…”

 ”Fua… G-Good morning!” Himeno replied.

 ”Mornin’…”

Chikako responded to Himeno, who had started moving her hips in the Spider Riding Position², but she went back to her quiet sleep sounds right away.

”Whoa… wait, if you do that much…” I said.

”Yes! I will go with you!” Himeno cried.

Himeno moved faster, and when I reached my peak, her body shook as she rubbed her hips against me with a sob.

”I’m going to wash my face…” Fujisaki muttered.

 ”Yes! Good morning!” Himeno replied.

 ”Yeah… mornin’…”

Himeno started moving her hips again as Fujisaki stood up and left the room. Wait, is no one going to stop her?!

”H-Hey, Himeno—” I tried to stop her, but she quickly blocked my mouth with a kiss. In a time like this, I wonder if I could use ventriloquism to make a sound. Chikako, wake up! Please wake up, Chikako-san!

I shook Chikako with my left hand, but there was no sign of her waking up. As Himeno’s amazing parts kept moving—Squeeze, squeeze—I felt like I was going to finish again very soon. Right now it just felt good, but it would be bad if I didn’t stop her before she went into full speed.

I pushed Chikako’s shoulder as hard as I could, but she just turned over and moved away. I thought I was in trouble, but she kept rolling until she fell off the bed.

 ”Gyaa?!”

A scream rang out, and Chikako unsteadily stood up while grabbing the edge of the bed.

 ”…Huh? …Mornin’,” Chikako said.

”G… Good morning,” Himeno replied with a melting face. Her upper body stayed hugged against me, but her lower body moved her hips with skill, making loud, wet sounds—Press, thump.

 ”Wai… wait a bit, Himeno…” I said.

 ”Yes! One more time!”

Himeno looked at me with eyes that had no doubt. She blocked my mouth and moved her hips faster for the finish. I mean, I really am about to go! But you really don’t want to stop!

It felt like this would never end. But as we both reached our peak and our bodies shook, Chikako finally spoke.

”Himecchi, you have to make breakfast soon,” Chikako said.

”Hah? …That’s right!” Himeno said as she sat up quickly. Oh, as I thought, Chikako is the one. No matter what I say, Himeno probably won’t stop.

”Let’s wash up first. It’s still cold now, so let’s finish fast,” Fujisaki said from the doorway as she came back.

 ”Yes!”

Yeah, if it was just Himeno and me, it wouldn’t have been training. Maybe this way is best after all.

* * *

After breakfast and my form practice, I went for my daily walk on the rocky mountain. While I was out, I had Himeno and the others check other hunting spots to find treasure chests. This was to get a water bag with a plus bonus.

”What should I do?” Chikako asked.

”I think you should go with them and level up,” I replied.

”Himeno-san will be fine, but Chikako is not at a level where she can fight the monsters around here yet,” Fujisaki said.

”True. I think so too,” Chikako agreed.

”It’s okay! Chikako-senpai, you just have to stand there! Let’s just raise your level!” Himeno said.

”Hmm, if I can get strong easily, I guess it’s okay. Make sure to protect me,” Chikako said.

 ”Leave it to me!”

Normally, this place is for players level 10 and up. It’s good for power leveling. After Fujisaki told me to be careful, I went to the rocky mountain alone.

After walking for a bit, I noticed it was noisier than usual. I looked up and saw many big birds making loud noises while flying over my head. They were monsters I had never seen before.

’It’s a group of Killer Parrots³! They eat anything and are very mean. They attack things in their area together. It looks like they have chosen you!’ Tina warned.

”They came out because Fujisaki isn’t here. They’re looking down on me…” I said.

’They are Expert Level and there are too many! Birds don’t like fighting on the ground, so you might be safe if you hide in the rocks!’

”This is a good time to test my training. I’ve been wanting to fight with my full power soon,” I said as I put my bag down near a rock.

’…Maybe you knew this would happen?’ Tina asked.

”Who knows. Just bring out the Kondou Spear,” I replied.

I thought it might happen, but I wasn’t sure. I held my spear and waited, but they only came close and didn’t attack yet. Maybe they were being careful because they remembered I was with Fujisaki.

”This is slow,” I said. I used my Blast and jumped onto a stone pillar about five meters high. The top of the pillar was a small square. Seven of them were lined up. Now it was easier to aim.

Right away, one bird closed its wings and dove down. It was fast, but it wasn’t too fast for me after my training with Fujisaki and Himeno. I waited until the last moment and jumped to the next pillar while thrusting my spear. The tip cut under the wing as we passed, and the Killer Parrot crashed into the mountain.

It was rounder than I thought. Since it’s a parrot, it’s like a macaw. The feathers were brown, but it was definitely a big parrot. The translation magic¹¹ was doing a good job making it sound natural. Its wings were about four meters wide. This looks like a lot of meat.

When one fell, the ones in the sky started screaming. Do they care about each other?

Soon, two birds came from different sides. I cut the wing of the one in front first. Then the next one came diving along the pillars. I couldn’t move or hit it with my spear, but I used Blast from the side. It lost its balance and fell into the rocks.

Then I saw many of them diving at once, so I quickly jumped down. If I put my back to the rock, I didn’t have to worry about behind me, and they would hit the rock if they charged at me.

As I thought, the Killer Parrots slowed down and attacked while moving around the pillar. That won’t work!

I used the Azure Dragon Style to move fast and cut them down. It felt like a game where you fight many enemies at once, but the Killer Parrots didn’t stop and kept pushing with their numbers.

One bird came at a speed that looked like it would hit the rock, but it opened its wings and stopped fast right in front of me. I thought it would attack with its claws, but it flew up suddenly. Behind it, another one was coming very fast.

 Oh no!!

I jumped to the side, but sharp claws hit my head. They’re using a special team attack?!

That bird landed on the pillar and ran up the rock with its claws. I tried to hit it, but blood came out and covered one of my eyes.

”Gieh! Gieh! Gieh!” it screamed from the top, looking down at me as if it were laughing. Then five birds dove at me at once. I was really mad now.

 ”Azure Thunder Fang!” I shouted.

My Kondou Spear made a loud noise—Crack!—and blue light came out. I swung it at the birds, and a big flash of lightning went off—Snap! Boom!

I didn’t look at the birds on the ground and jumped up. I tried to hit the big one on the pillar, but it flew up. This one was bigger than the others. It might be the boss.

I used Blast many times to get close to the boss parrot.

”W-A-I-T! You! I’ll turn you into grilled chicken!!” I yelled.

”Giee!!” The boss screamed, and another bird flew in front of me so the boss could get away. I kicked the bird while using Blast, but I lost my chance to catch the boss.

Damn it! I can’t catch it!

I used Flare Bombs to blow away three more birds. While I did that, the boss parrot flew high and left with the others.

”Next time, I’ll get you,” I said. But from that day, they never showed up in front of me again.

* * *

Before noon, I went back to the base. I was hanging a Killer Parrot on a pole. I had cut its neck to let the blood out and took out the insides before carrying it on my spear. It was heavy, but I made it back in less than four hours, so I’ll carry more weight next time.

Since I killed it with lightning, maybe the bugs are dead too. I’ll let Fujisaki fix the meat later. She was a Ranger, so she has the skill to take it apart.

I used a towel with Universal Potion on my head, and the cut closed right away. I also cleaned the blood from my shirt so Himeno wouldn’t worry. No one else was home yet.

”Did my magic and skills get stronger?” I asked Tina.

’It is because you are eating Nectar,’ she said.

”So it really works,” I said.

’Yes. Each one is a small help, but you eat it every day.’

 ”Like a vitamin, then.”

It helps a lot that I can raise my magic power even if I don’t level up. I talked with Tina until the others came back.

For dinner, we had Killer Parrot steak.

 ”Yeah… I guess it’s good,” I said.

”It’s like ham, it’s tasty!” Himeno said.

 ”Not bad,” Fujisaki said.

It was okay. It was a bit tough and had a unique smell, but the taste was like ham. If you season it well, it’s a good meal. Chicken really is the best, though.

In the next few days, Himeno and the others kept leveling up. Himeno soon became a Ranger. And Chikako changed her class to Spirit User.

”Since she has the Spirit King’s protection, it’s normal. Takeru will also get a title soon because you use spirits too,” Valeria said. Well, I use Valeria all the time.

”Spirit User is a back-line job, right?” I asked.

”I have a barrier now, but I’ll stay in the front. I’m not good at timing magic or using mana,” Chikako said.

Chikako wants to be a Magic Swordsman. Himeno was also working hard on cooking and could make potato salad now. She used too much pepper once, but she was getting better.

One week later, it was finally time for Himeno to use fire for cooking. The three girls were in the kitchen talking.

”When the steam comes out, use medium heat right away!” Chikako said.

 ”Yes!”

”Put the chicken in when it’s brown on medium heat!” Fujisaki said.

It’s tomato stew today. I wanted to see, but Himeno yelled when I went into the kitchen.

 ”Ah! Tsuchimiya-senpai, you can’t!”

She pushed me out of the kitchen. “I’ll teach you later! Wait in the living room!”

 ”O-Okay, I get it.”

I did my training while waiting. After two hours, they cheered and dinner was ready.

”Sorry for the wait!” Himeno said with a big smile.

 ”It’s my handmade tomato stew!”

”Oh! This is great!” It smelled very good. We ate it all.

* * *

My training was going well. My win rate against Fujisaki was now over forty percent. Everything I did was finally coming together. Even when I lost, I knew why.

My training with Himeno was also better. I could block ninety percent of her attacks from five meters. But at four meters, I could only block ten percent. I still have a long way to go.

Also, Chikako reached Level 7 and became a Spirit Swordsman¹⁰.

”Another hybrid class?! I thought Chikako was normal! What’s with you people!” Fujisaki said.

”Only 3% of people can be a hybrid class. It makes you very strong. When Chikako is Master Level, I might not be able to win,” Fujisaki explained.

Chikako was working hard. The Spirit King’s protection was amazing. She used her magic to help in the kitchen too. Eventually, the fifteen days were over, and it was time for them to go back.

”Uuu, I’m staying! I don’t want to go!” Himeno cried in front of the magic circle.

”No, Himecchi. You promised we would go back together,” Chikako said.

”No! I don’t want to leave Tsuchimiya-senpai! Right, Tsuchimiya-senpai?” Himeno asked while hugging my arm.

”E-Er…” I couldn’t say no easily. But Chikako took her away.

 ”You’re bothering him! We’re going!”

”Kuh… if only I could control myself… but I don’t want to hold back…” Himeno whispered. I heard that.

”I will go for today, but I’ll come back!”

 ”O-Oh. I’ll be waiting.”

That left the other girls. I was a bit scared of the next group. After I sent them back, I returned to the waste floor alone.

 Summary:

Takeru survives an ambush by a flock of Killer Parrots, refining his combat skills and testing his lightning techniques. Himeno successfully cooks a handmade tomato stew, showing her progress in domestic tasks. Chikako evolves into the rare Spirit Swordsman class, proving her hidden potential. After fifteen days, the girls return to the Academy, leaving Takeru alone to prepare for the next rotation.

 —

 Character Insight:

Himeno’s struggle with her impulses is reaching a breaking point, as she openly admits she no longer wants to hold back her feelings for Takeru. Chikako, despite her ‘gal’ exterior, has become an elite hybrid class, suggesting she will be a heavy hitter in future battles. Takeru is showing signs of becoming a high-tier fighter, yet he remains deeply anxious about the ‘attack power’ of the girls coming next.

 —

 Behind the Scene:

The ‘Jet Stream Attack’ is a deliberate nod to Gundam, showing Takeru’s familiarity with mecha tropes even in a fantasy world. The ‘translation magic’ concept is used to explain why English-sounding monster names exist in the setting.
