Chapter 53 So, You Were Raped…
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
After confirming that Senpai and Kuria were official, we settled into the living room.
”It’s perfect. Now Senpai is on our side,” I said. “I can involve him in our plans without any hesitation.”
”So that’s what you were after,” Yui replied.
”Yeah. It’s a Human versus Demi-human conflict. Siding with us was my choice alone.”
It wouldn’t have been strange if Senpai felt like he was betraying humanity. I’d have hated to make him an enemy of his own kind just because I wanted to live here. But now that he was with Kuria, he would choose this side of his own accord.
”Heh heh heh, the honey trap¹ was a success,” I muttered.
”You call it a trap, but didn’t you just tell her she could do whatever she wanted?” Yui asked.
”Sure. But if a single guy gets cornered by a girl that cute, he’s going to cave. Even the servants see him as a catch just because he can provide a stable life. He’s a Hero – he’s a perfect ten, right?”
Kuria had been the brave one, but once the other girls saw what kind of man Senpai was, they’d all want to get close to him. It was an inevitable conclusion.
”That is a perfect trap,” Yui admitted. The other wives laughed, agreeing that it was just like Lord Ibuki.
”I wanted to listen in a bit longer,” Meena grumbled. The more mischievous girls agreed, and soon a full-blown talk session broke out among all the women, servants included.
”The Hero-sama seemed so serious,” one woman said.
”Men from Lord Ibuki’s world are all so sincere,” another added.
”Usually, they just use village girls and toss them aside.”
”Gentlemen have so many options, they only pick the best.”
”Still, it would be nice to be held. Is it like that on the other side? Here, if you’re lucky enough to get a man’s seed before a powerful woman catches you, the whole village just raises the kid together.”
”That doesn’t change even if the genders are swapped,” Yui noted. “Among humans, a village woman is basically a single mother even if she has a child.”
”Lately, we can’t even get that much. It’s nothing but lonely women here.”
”My village was the same,” a third woman added. “Unless you’re incredibly attractive, you won’t even get a one-night stand. If you try and get rejected, you’re the laughingstock of the village. Once that happens, your chances are gone for good.”
They laughed as they spoke, but Yui was visibly repulsed.
”Hearing this… it really makes the reality sink in,” Yui whispered.
”I spent a long time dealing with the common sense gap between me and Charlotte,” I said.
”I can imagine. I see… it’s a world that can’t function unless children born out of wedlock are the norm.”
The final blow landed on Yui’s ears. “Even if you’re raped by some creep, as long as you get a kid out of it, you at least break even, right?”
Yui was left speechless.
”Ibuki, please don’t ever be the kind of person who abandons his children,” Yui said.
”Of course not. Even in a world like this, providing the basics is the bare minimum. If I couldn’t do that, I couldn’t live with myself.”
Fortunately, I could make as much money as I needed. I had no intention of letting things get that bad. I needed to stockpile even more wealth now, just in case something happened to me.
Yui looked up at me anxiously. “What? You don’t believe me?” I asked.
”…Please don’t abandon me, either,” she whispered.
I’d already told her I wouldn’t. I understood her fear in a world like this, but I didn’t want her thinking she was disposable.
”You too, Yui. We’re going to have a lot of kids, but I won’t let you leave me later just because I’m a ‘cheating man’ or whatever.”
”I won’t! I’ve already given up on that,” she said. “I decided that as long as you love me, I’ll accept everything.”
”Then relax. You’re the person I want to keep smiling forever.”
”I see… then that’s okay. I’ll work hard to keep you smiling too, Ibuki.”
Senpai and Kuria finally came downstairs.
”Oh, are you guys done already?” Yui blurted out. She immediately went pale and covered her mouth.
”Hahaha, oh Yui, you prankster!” I said, trying to cover for her. “Just because they came down together doesn’t mean they were doing… well, you know.”
But Kuria just clung to Senpai with a lovestruck grin. “Ehehe, he was very… affectionate with me.”
Senpai looked like he was facing a firing squad.
”Congratulations,” I told Kuria, wondering why Senpai was panicking.
”I-Ibuki!” Senpai yelled.
”Yes, yes, that’s my name,” I replied, making everyone laugh.
”No, not that! Um, please let me… let me date Ria!”
”I’m not her father. Do whatever you want.”
”Really!?” Senpai pressed.
”Kuria is my servant, but she was just a housekeeper. If you both agree, there’s no problem.”
”I see. Thank God.”
”Wait. If I act like her father here, can I make you do whatever I say?”
”Fufufu, maybe!” Yui chimed in. “In that case, we’re the mothers! Yamada, do you think you can satisfy us?”
Senpai finally snapped back to his usual self. “Why would it work like that!?”
While we were teasing Senpai over breakfast, a violent knocking thundered against the front door. We rushed out to find Sylpha, who immediately threw herself at me.
”What’s wrong?! Did something happen?”
”Ibuki… thank you. Thank you so much for saving everyone.”
She sobbed into my chest. Behind her, Mari was looking incredibly awkward.
”About yesterday… I’m so sorry,” Mari muttered, looking dejected.
Ah… the three-pump limit² fiasco, right?
”Don’t worry about it. I appreciated the sentiment.”
”Ugh… I’m so sorry.”
Apparently, failing to satisfy a man and falling instantly was a major blow to her pride. “I’m so pathetic I want to die,” she whispered.
”Anyway, gather the injured first,” I said, changing the subject. “I need to see Isaac, so I want to get the healing over with quickly.”
”How many people?” Mari asked.
”I don’t know, so just bring everyone. If you’re staying here, I’ll fix everyone up.”
Mari looked up at me with a worried face. “What’s the price?”
”Acknowledge me as an ally,” I said. “That’s the price. If you don’t like it, you can leave without the healing.”
”I already do!”
”Yeah? Well, I healed you, Mari. That’s why you trust me now, right?”
Until then, her face had been masked with suspicion. I wanted to clear that away before letting them go. Since I didn’t want anything specific, it was better not to ask for a price at all.
”Well, yeah… but that shouldn’t be the price…”
”Maybe. But rescuing you all makes it easier for us to be accepted here. It benefits us, too. I’ll explain everything, then you can decide.”
I told Sylpha I’d explain everything and had the prisoners gather. Then, I told them my entire situation – no secrets. While Mari and the others sat there stunned, Sylpha started trembling, her teeth clenched.
”What… you might become the chief of the Wing-kin³? I’ve been scooped… Damn you, Isaac!!”
”It’s not Isaac’s fault. The Dragonewt⁴ race are the bad guys here, right?”
I asked Sylpha about the Dragonewt race, since I’d only heard Isaac’s side.
”The Elves want to help! We’re just in a position where we can’t!” she shouted.
”I get it. Isaac knows he owes the Elves, too. But he didn’t have a choice but to leave. He was crying about it.”
”I know! That’s why I wanted the Elves to be part of the solution!”
”Then do something about it yourself. Don’t blame Isaac.”
”Because… my mother… Ah! But if you rescued the prisoners, the situation might change!”
Sylpha suddenly lit up. With their soldiers back, her influence would return. “That’s it! It’ll be fine now! Please, just wait a little longer!”
I gave her a reassuring pat on the head to calm her down. “Listen. I’m not some saint, but I’m not a thug who hurts people for no reason. Even if I become the Wing-kin chief, if you don’t attack me, I’ll leave you alone. If you trust me, there’s no reason to rush.”
I stroked her hair, and she looked up at me tentatively. “So… this isn’t a bad thing for the Elves?”
”Nope. It’s actually a good thing. If I’m the chief, I’ll make sure the humans don’t invade. If they still try, I’ll fight them to protect my territory. And that territory includes the Rock Valley Mountains⁵. This side stays protected. Get it?”
As long as Sylpha trusted me, there was no problem. She seemed to understand, so I started treating the prisoners.
”Okay, line up. Most seriously injured first.”
They were stunned by the healing magic⁶ that could regrow lost limbs. One by one, they took my hand and bowed their heads in deep gratitude.
I kept at it, but once I’d treated over fifty people, my Mana⁷ was finally starting to run dry.
”That’s all for today. We’ll pick this up tomorrow,” I announced, bringing the session to a close.
I opened up the storehouse and told everyone to help themselves to whatever food they wanted. They should be fine on their own now, I figured, as I shifted the conversation to the matter of Isaac’s village.
Remaining with me were Sylpha, two Wing-kin⁸ women, and Mari-chan.
”U-Um, Lord Ibuki… I was under the impression you were a Production Class⁹ with heard…?” Sylpha asked, her demeanor having done a complete 180.
”What’s with the sudden formality? You heard right – I’m a Production Class, through and through.”
”But… you just used such incredible magic for our sake.
Besides, Elves capable of that kind of magic only exist in fairy tales…”
Hearing that, I shot a quick glance at my wives.
”It’s the same among the Human race,” Erina added. “Outside of a Saint¹⁰, healing missing limbs is… unheard of.”
”My skills really are broken, aren’t they?” I muttered.
”They’re definitely a higher-tier version of our own jobs,” the Hero Senpai remarked.
”Exactly,” one of them agreed. “If we were told your class was ‘lower’ than ours, we’d have no pride left to speak of. Honestly, even being called your equals feels like a stretch.
And creating magic? Isn’t that supposed to be the exclusive domain of a Sage¹¹?”
”Don’t ask me. All I know is that it took a staggering amount of Mana.
Even if a normal mage had the skill, it’s the kind of project that would take them hundreds of years to complete.”
To put it in perspective: Yui has over ten times the Mana of an average mage.
Lotte has over twenty times that, and I have about ten times as much as Lotte.
The ratios aren’t just high – they’re fundamentally broken.
And this “magic” was a masterpiece I’d poured over a month’s worth of my own Mana into.
”…Were you always this powerful?”
”Not a chance. I started from a place where I could barely even swing a sword properly.”
”I guess that makes sense… You really are amazing, Ibuki.”
Ah, that’s right – I’d kept the secret of how I actually got this strong.
Come to think of it, I suppose there’s no harm in telling Yui about my training methods now.
Actually, I don’t mind telling Senpai either.
He’s not the type to get pushy about wanting to be trained.
I don’t intend to make him stronger than my wives through my Cultivation¹² alone, but I’d at least like him to reach a level where he can hold his own.
Anyway, the priority now was the Wing-kin village.
”I’m planning to head to Isaac’s village now. I’ll likely be staying over there for a while.”
When I told them, the girls who knew the situation nodded understandingly.
”Um, what about the treatments…?”
”Oh, I’ll just fly back for those. It only takes about ten minutes to get here.”
As I answered Mari’s question, one of the Wing-kin girls pleaded with desperation in her eyes, “Could you please take us with you as well?”
”Sure. Isaac asked me to look after his people, so I might as well go show my face.”
”Th-Thank you so much!” the two girls said, relief breaking across their faces.
Sylpha spoke up next. “W-Wait, can I come too?”
”Go for it. Besides, you’re supposed to be my bodyguard, right, Sylpha?”
”Muu… I never intended to actually do that, you know…!”
”U-Um, if the Princess is going, then I must go as an escort as well!”
With Mari joining the group, we took flight toward the Wing-kin village.
We eventually reached Isaac’s house, but the sounds coming from inside were the last thing I expected.
”Ahhh!♡ Yes!♡ Keep those hips moving! Entertain me more! Ahahaha!”
…What the hell am I looking at?
I looked around at the others, only to see Sylpha’s face darkening with rage. “I knew it would come to this…” she hissed.
According to her, it looked like Isaac was being violated by a woman of the Dragonewt race. The moment she said it, everyone except Yui and Senpai radiated pure killing intent.
”This is unforgivable…” Shirley muttered, drawing her sword. The others followed suit immediately.
”Wait, wait! If we’re doing this, we do it right.
Anyone who isn’t Human or Wing-kin needs to stay out of sight.
If this turns into an inter-species conflict before we’re ready to defend you, it’ll be a disaster, right?”
At my words, the bloodlust vanished as everyone realized the gravity of the situation.
”Lord Ibuki, thank you for your consideration. I am truly sorry we cannot assist,” Mari said with a pained expression, bowing her head and pressing her hands to her chest.
”It’s fine. I don’t want to see my friends in a bind.
Senpai, I know you don’t want to leave Kuria’s side, so stay inside the plane.”
”Y-Yeah. Got it. I’ll keep things safe on this end.”
Not that it’s really necessary…
But I suppose it’s good to see Senpai finally finding some resolve.
With the stage set, we charged into Isaac’s house.

Summary:
Ibuki secures Senpai’s loyalty through a relationship with Kuria, while learning about the bleak social realities for women in this world. Sylpha arrives in distress but finds hope when Ibuki agrees to heal the rescued prisoners. Ibuki reveals his potential ascent to becoming the Wing-kin chief, positioning himself as a neutral protector of the mountain region.
After exhausting his mana treating over fifty patients, Ibuki decides to head to Isaac’s Wing-kin village. He brings a small group including Princess Sylpha and Mari. Upon arrival, they overhear Isaac being s*xually accosted by a Dragonewt woman, prompting Ibuki’s party to prepare for a confrontation.
—
Trivia:
- The ‘three-pump limit’ refers to a specific s*xual incident between Ibuki and Mari from the previous chapter.
- Village social structure relies on communal child-rearing because men are scarce or transient.
- Ibuki’s healing magic is high-tier enough to regrow lost limbs, which is rare in this world.
- The Elves’ lack of intervention wasn’t lack of will, but political/military constraint.
- Ibuki’s goal is to create a buffer zone in the Rock Valley Mountains to prevent human invasion.
- Ibuki’s mana capacity is mathematically ‘broken,’ being exponentially higher than even the strongest heroes/mages.
- He uses a plane for transport, which is highly unusual for the setting.
- He is considering revealing his ‘Cultivation’ training secret to Yui and Senpai.
- The political risk of an inter-species conflict between Dragonewts and others is high
—
Character Insight:
Ibuki shows a calculating side by using ‘honey traps’ for political stability, yet maintains a strong modern moral code regarding parental responsibility. Sylpha shifts from despair to political opportunism, while Yui experiences ‘culture shock’ regarding the brutality of the world’s mating customs.
Ibuki shows growth in his leadership by considering the diplomatic optics of the situation, while Senpai shows a budding sense of resolve and protective instinct toward Kuria.
—
Behind the Scenes:
The author uses the dialogue between village women to ground the fantasy world in a grim, survivalist reality, contrasting the protagonist’s easy life with the NPCs’ struggle.
The author uses ‘Production Class’ as a subversion of the typical weak-crafter trope found in Isekai web novels.

Was an Ex‑Level 8 farmer, now Level 10 and bound to Ibuki, who she calls “Master” and calls herself his wife. Wears rags at first, then pretty clothes he makes, plus his bat‑wing hairband. Blushy, clingy, protective, and easily emotional, she follows him on runs, fights, and flights while always worrying if she’s useful enough.

A young girl who accompanies the group, acting as an escort for the Princess. Vice-commander of the Third Division. An Elven woman with blonde hair. Previously had a large jagged scar on her cheek before being healed. Disciplined but shows a flustered, tsundere-like personality when her authority is undermined.

• Erina – A 17‑year‑old swordswoman and slave under Ibuki’s contract, originally from Paul, with drill hair, a refined noble‑like air and speech suggesting she was once a high‑born lady.
• Lotte – 12-year-old slave girl under Ibuki, a scaredy-cat blue mage (water/ice) standing just 130cm with fluffy light-brown hair and big watery eyes. Lacks magic confidence, gets shocked by his OP power, one of the group’s sensitive lil’ sis types dreaming of spell-slinging skills.
• Shirley – 14yo ex-knight family swordswoman, Ibuki’s 2nd slave (8-gold scapegoat from Karl), rocking long red hair, dignified cool beauty in tight white dress—shocked by the chill vibes at first. Fanatic loyalist, weapon tester, security guard, blunt questioner of his slave game, one of his 3 wives, combat/sales pro but can’t cook.
