Chapter 243 Helping with the Treatment*
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
A week had passed since the duel with Riser Phoenix, and thanks to Asia’s tireless efforts the final scars on Aki’s body had completely faded.
Aki believed that scars were a man’s badge of honor because they gave a certain rugged appeal. For example, Basara Toujou wore his scars with a handsome, gritty edge. Yet under the influence of the Smile of the Virgin, no such marks could remain on his own skin. It stayed as smooth as jade, just as flawless as the girls’. Since he could not become a hardened warrior with a storied past, he had no choice but to continue as a pretty boy.
He gently pushed aside the golden-haired little nun, whose cheeks were still flushed and whose petite hands lingered on him with clear reluctance. Aki threw on his coat and headed back to the Activity Room.
”Aki-sama.”
Ravel, who had been enjoying tea with Rias, set down her cup and stood up to greet him. Aki watched the blonde, twin-tailed devil noblewoman with curiosity. Ever since the duel with Riser Phoenix she had completely changed her attitude toward him. She now acted almost like a star-struck fan, yet her natural confidence and imperious nature still remained — a combination he had not seen until now.
”Ravel, is there something you need?”
”There is indeed something I would like to ask of you, Aki-sama,” she replied. Her tone carried a delicate mix of formal reserve and budding desperation.
Ravel bit her lip and slowly began to explain. At the very end of the duel, Riser Phoenix had unleashed his Secret Arts, yet he still could not secure victory. Although Aki had suffered heavy injuries, Riser’s condition was far worse. If not for the Phoenix Clan’s desperate efforts to stabilize him and the regenerative power of his immortal bloodline, Riser would have become the first pure-blooded devil to die a non-natural death since the end of the Three-Race War.
Even though they had saved him, he was now little more than a vegetable. His body had recovered, but the damage was mostly psychological. The side effects of the Secret Arts had caused permanent mental trauma, and the defeat itself had broken him completely. Externally he spent his days in a daze, behaving like someone with severe cognitive impairment.
Of course Riser Phoenix had brought this upon himself. He had proposed the duel and chosen to use the Secret Arts. If Aki had not survived, the Gremory household would surely have demanded accountability.
No matter how angry they felt, Riser was still Lerval’s own flesh and blood, so as head of the family he had no choice but to care for him. Although Riser was now effectively useless, the genuine Phoenix blood in his veins still made him a tool to continue the bloodline.
Aki felt that Riser had simply gotten what he deserved. The man had dug his own grave. Realizing that the Bitter Parent Template was affecting his own mind, Aki had worked hard to suppress any murderous intent toward the yellow-haired punk. He wanted to finish the man off only when it was truly his own choice, not because of outside compulsions.
”Aki-sama, because Rias’s brother has ended up in this state, Yubelluna and the others have regained their freedom. I want to bring them to the Human World.”
The reasons for Riser Phoenix’s sudden increase in power had been easy to investigate. Aki had learned the truth right after the duel and had felt pity for those schoolgirls at the time. He was especially interested in the girl who wore the powerful Chinese-style dress — Xue. Deep down he still saw himself as a person of the Dragon Nation, so seeing this schoolgirl with a genius for Chinese martial arts gave him a natural sense of kinship.
”Of course you can, but why are you telling me this?”
Aki felt slightly puzzled. Ravel was nominally part of Rias’s peerage, but in reality she was his servant. He could grant her the title of Count immediately, but his own exclusive Evil Pieces still needed time to be prepared. Once he had them, Ravel would officially join his peerage.
Ravel hesitated, her face flushing slightly, and she whispered, “I want to ask Aki-sama to use your Dual Cultivation Ability to heal Yubelluna and the others…”
Thanks to her timely help, the schoolgirls’ lives had been saved, but the vitality and potential they lost went beyond even the Tears of the Phoenix. During her week with the Occult Research Club, Ravel had learned from their conversations that Aki’s Dual Cultivation Ability would likely work. Now that Aki had fully recovered from his own injuries, she felt the time was right to ask.
”So that’s it…” Aki nodded in understanding. “Vitality is easy enough. I should be able to replenish that without problems, but I can’t guarantee anything about their potential. Also, have you asked Yubelluna and the others for their consent?”
Even though Riser Phoenix had acted like a monster and treated his peerage cruelly, it did not mean the girls would give themselves away easily. During the Rating Game Aki had used his experience with women to sense that, other than Yubelluna, the rest had likely remained virgins. He might have been slightly wrong, but he felt fairly confident. This differed from the memories in his head, which had surprised him at the time.
”I’ve asked. They are all willing.”
If they could not regain their strength and potential, Ravel would not be able to protect them forever, and their future would be grim. Xue had been the only one to hesitate, but reality had won over her conservative traditions. It was certainly not because Aki was handsome and powerful, making him the perfect choice for their first time.
Healing them was something that should not be delayed. Aki had already satisfied the appetites of his harem heroines throughout the week, so he did not head home that night. Instead he stayed at the Occult Research Room. After Rias and the others moved to the villa, the facilities in the Activity Room had stayed well maintained and often proved more convenient. This made the task of healing them much easier.
A crisp, avian chirp rang out amidst the flames, and as they dissipated, three petite, adorable figures appeared inside the magic circle. Ravel gently pushed the green-haired twin lolis toward Aki. “Aki-sama, I leave them in your care.”
The weaker one’s strength was, the more damage she had taken during that ritual. Even after initial treatment the twin lolis still looked visibly frail. Combined with the psychological trauma, the pair lacked the lively energy they had shown during the Rating Game.
”I’ll do my best.”
Potential was a tricky thing, so Aki could not promise full restoration, but he could certainly replenish their vitality and help them regain strength. After Ravel left, he took the shy twins to the bathroom to soak for a while.
In the comfortable heat of the water, the three of them revealed their bare bodies. After the first wave of shyness passed, the twin lolis began to show their true personalities again. One on his left and one on his right, they teased him — whether on purpose or not — while shooting him curious, blushing glances.
”Nel, Iru.”
Feeling the twins’ smooth, youthful bodies rubbing against him, the Great Dragon inside Aki fully reawakened. He pressed a kiss to their petite lips, scooped one up in each arm, and carried them straight to the bedroom.
The two identical girls, their vibrant turquoise eyes exactly the same, lay daintily on the soft bed. Their green hair spilled freely now that the ribbons were undone. Looking at their cute, slender frames, Aki felt an unusual rush of impatience. He had enjoyed many pairs of sisters before, but this was his first time with identical twin lolis. Their slender builds, similar in height to the white-haired loli, made their developing bosoms and rounded rears especially tantalizing. It was not the classic big-bust petite trope, yet their proportions excited him far more.
He fondled the soft, bunny-like mounds that fit perfectly into his hands. “Nel… you’re Nel, aren’t you?”
The twins looked identical and even shared the same mana signature. Even though he knew he was holding Nel on the left and Iru on the right, Aki still confirmed it.
”That’s right, Akisama,” Nel whispered. Her voice sounded airy and soft.
The green-haired loli looped her slender arms around Aki’s neck as sexy, breathless sighs escaped her red lips. “I’m the older sister, Akisama. You have to remember that from now on.”
”Akisama, Iru is the older sister!” the other twin piped up, her voice sharp with playful defiance.
The twins had been born almost at the exact same moment, so neither had ever wanted to yield to the other. Aki lowered his head and took the soft mound on Iru’s chest into his mouth while his hands continued moving, sliding down between Nel’s legs. He could no longer hold back his desire to discover what difference Dual Cultivation would make with twins.
Nel complied and spread her slender, beautiful legs. Aki reached out with his fingers and parted the smooth, tightly closed pink petals. He thrust his lower body forward, pressing the Great Dragon — slick with his own essence — greedily against the entrance to the green-haired loli’s Flower Valley.
Facing such a delicate, pink, and vibrant young loli, Aki kept his mission clearly in mind. He would use his Life Essence to thoroughly replenish the vitality she had lost. He lifted one of Nel’s legs upward, and the purple-hued, angular head of his thick, engorged member forced its way into the entrance of her Flower Valley. At eighteen centimeters long and as thick as three fingers, the Great Dragon felt imposing for a young loli’s body, but her devilish constitution made it just barely possible for her to endure.
