”Fine. Tag along if you must, just don’t say anything extra,” Aki replied dismissively.
Aki didn’t mind being watched by a Schoolgirl, but he wasn’t sure he could hold his tongue if someone kept insulting him.
If this had been Kurumi Nonaka, it would have likely caused a scene, but fortunately, the one assigned to close-surveillance duty was Yuzuki Nonaka—a cold beauty of few words.
Perhaps it was exactly because Kurumi Nonaka lacked that calm temper that Yuzuki was tasked with watching Aki.

Second, because she feared Kurumi might fail the mission and end up losing more than she gained.
Before they had even met Aki, they had been highly resistant to this mission.
The sisters had even staged a tearful drama before leaving over who would be the one to make the sacrifice.
