The shout jolted Hamazaki Reina is thoroughly awake now. She was just about to ask Aki what kind of sudden madness had gripped him, only to find that the call had already ended.
”Ah!”
Frustratedly rubbing her smooth blonde hair into a bird’s nest, Hamazaki Reina picked up her phone and dialed Sasaki Yukina’s number…

Aki put down his phone, silently calculating in his mind. Calling Hamazaki Reina’s group over wasn’t because the Takamine sisters hadn’t satisfied him. Earlier this afternoon, he had clearly felt mentally exhausted. He hadn’t expected that after lingering with the Takamine sisters, not only was he not tired, but his Essence, Qi, and Spirit felt even better.
He originally thought it was the strengthening effect of his Devil lineage, but after thinking back carefully, he realized the key wasn’t the Devil lineage, but the act of exchanging bodily fluids itself.
After being first entered by Rias-senpai using the Evil Pieces, Aki felt his body grow weak, his mind fatigued, and his Mana significantly depleted. Later, after uniting with Shinra Tsubaki, he felt much better, with almost no sense of depletion left.
At the time, Aki hadn’t thought much of it, assuming that having acquired the Devil lineage, his body, spirit, and Mana had all been strengthened. However, he later discovered that the Devil lineage worked through a subtle, gradual process and required a large supplement of energy. In fact, until now, the Devil lineage fusion hadn’t been fully completed.
Following that, in order to avoid exposure, Aki let Shitori Sona use the Evil Pieces over a dozen times. This time, probably because he was annoyed by the constant intrusion, the body’s sense of rejection was even stronger, which in turn made him even weaker.
Aki suspected that if another Reincarnation were performed later, the Evil Pieces wouldn’t even have a chance to fuse. If one compared the Evil Pieces to a virus, that sense of rejection was the immune function. After two viral invasions, the immune system had already remembered this situation; it would isolate the threat the moment it was discovered next time.
After returning home and supplementing with a large amount of food, the Devil lineage began to take effect. Aki felt his body and Mana getting better and better. However, the mental exhaustion didn’t decrease one bit. It wasn’t until he messed around with the Takamine sisters in the bathroom that he felt his spirit gradually recover.
After the second battle in the master bedroom, Aki was completely restored. With the strengthening from the Devil lineage, his perception had become exceptionally sharp, and he finally noticed the key. The Takamine sisters couldn’t handle any more conquest, and he was eager to verify the hypothesis in his heart, which was why he called Hamazaki Reina’s group over in the middle of the night to start an orgy.
As for being rejected… Aki felt there was a 99% chance they wouldn’t… being conservative, a 90% chance they wouldn’t refuse.
At one o’clock in the morning, the entrance to the Takamine house was knocked upon. Hamazaki Reina, Sasaki Yukina, Kurumizaka Ruri, and Shinomura Yuki had all arrived. Amidst the four girls’ resentful or strange gazes, Aki led them into the living room.
”Uesugi, why haven’t you turned on the lights?” Sasaki Yukina asked, her brow furrowing as she disliked dark environments.
”The lights aren’t on?” Aki quickly realized that because of the Devil lineage’s night vision ability, as long as there was a sliver of light, there was no difference between day and night for him. Of course, this didn’t mean a Devil couldn’t distinguish between day and night. It was just that Aki had recently acquired this ability and wasn’t quite used to it yet. “I forgot, turn them on yourselves.”
Aki reached out and pulled Hamazaki Reina into his arms. “You’ve told them all, right? Let’s start now.”
Hamazaki Reina twisted her hips and said huffily, “I told them, but don’t you want to explain yourself?”
Aki deliberately put on a puzzled look. “Explain what? I felt like doing it, so I called you.”
”Hey! What do you take us for?” Shinomura Yuki snapped. “And don’t you have two women in your house already?”
”Yeah, yeah~” Kurumizaka Ruri chimed in. “You’ve been totally ignoring us lately, heading off to find Rias-senpai whenever you have time.”
”Didn’t I tell you? I was learning some knowledge at the Hidden Academy.” Aki smiled as he began to deftly undo Hamazaki Reina’s clothes. “Now that my studies are successful, I have time.”
”What did you learn?”
Aki began shedding his own clothes. “Plenty. Aside from common sense, I picked up some serious magic and CQC. To put it bluntly, the four of you combined couldn’t touch me now.” Among the four, Sasaki Yukina was the powerhouse, roughly on par with Hakada Tetsuya’s first-stage transformation. In Berserk mode, Hakada could usually chase all four of them down. Now, Aki was confident he could hand a Berserk Hakada a one-sided beating.
”Yeah, right!” Shinomura Yuki scoffed. Aki had turned the tables on her in just three days back then, which she’d written off as a fluke bloodline awakening. How could he have leaped this far ahead? She assumed he only joined the Occult Research Club because he lusted after Rias-senpai!
Aki just rolled his eyes at the little yellow-haired punk. He’d discipline her soon enough and show her exactly what he meant by an upgrade. Within moments, Aki and Hamazaki Reina were locked in position.
”Mm-hmm~ aren’t you being even more desperate than me?” Hamazaki Reina whispered. Little Aki pressed against the slick, muddy path. Without him even needing to push, Hamazaki Reina proactively raised her waist to swallow him whole. After over a week, entering all at once made Aki let out a long sigh of comfort.
”And you were saying you wanted an explanation…” Hamazaki Reina flushed red and fell silent, cupping Aki’s face with both hands as she pulled him into a searing kiss.
Her heat smothered whatever he was going to say next. They had been holding it in for over a week; having experienced Little Aki, fingers or mutual friction just didn’t cut it anymore. Yet, the very thought of finding other men repulsed them. They knew it definitely had something to do with Aki’s constitution, just like how merging with him seemed to boost their own strength. Getting on the boat was easy; getting off was the hard part.
For now, they had no intention of jumping ship. Aki’s ability was strong, he was handsome, and he could sate their desires while making them stronger. Emotionally, it wasn’t quite love, but the favorability was there. The only rule was that Aki could never know. If he realized the hold he had over them, he’d play them like a fiddle.
They’d kept their secret well—until today. Had it not been for his Devil lineage and the strange sensation he’d felt during the fluid exchange, Aki might not have put the pieces together. Recalling the name of the Dual Cultivation ability and the situation this afternoon, the truth was unavoidable.
When the ability first awakened, he’d wondered why it wasn’t called Talent Mimicry. But Dual Cultivation implied a mutual benefit. If the Dual Cultivation ability allowed for the exchange of essence through mucosal contact… Simply put, it acted as a balancer: filling what was empty, then overcharging Mana, mental fortitude, and physical stats once the baseline was met.
Aki focused his Insight Eye. With his new Mana reserves, the ability had evolved into something akin to the legendary Fiery Golden Eyes, granting him a sovereign clarity over the flow of energy.

Half an hour later, Hamazaki Reina’s body suddenly locked up, her crystalline toes curling tight. Aki didn’t hold back either; as a surge of heat rushed through him, he slowly withdrew. He gently pressed her long, shapely legs together to keep the white slurry from spilling out, then turned his gaze toward the three girls nearby.
”Who’s next?”
”Hehe, Ruri isn’t going to be shy~” Despite her earlier complaints, Kurumizaka Ruri’s body was honest. After finishing with Ruri, Aki ignored Shinomura Yuki’s puppy-dog eyes. He hiked up one of Sasaki Yukina’s long legs, initiating the third round while standing face-to-face.
After they finished, Aki couldn’t help himself—he pinned her to the floor, shouldering those pale legs for another round. Realizing Aki might go back to Reina, Shinomura Yuki finally shoved Aki down and straddled him.
”Tsk, I thought you were complaining…” Aki started to mock her, but seeing her on the verge of tears, he just smirked and swallowed the jab. Teasing a tsundere was a blast, but pushing her too far might actually leave him with a guilty conscience.
