As the two strongest known powers in the DxD world, if both Ophis and the True Crimson Dragon God Emperor solidified into female forms – even if he couldn’t seduce them right away – it was still amazing news for Aki.
”Great Red sir, is it that you haven’t decided what kind of human to become yet – what form, what gender?”

If Ophis hadn’t been driven out of the dimensional rift, she probably wouldn’t have thought of taking human form either.

The True Crimson Dragon God Emperor’s voice seemed to soften a little. He continued: “I govern the power of dreams. I can see the dreams people hold in their hearts.”
Aki hadn’t expected his desire to be so strong it had become a dream, perceptible to the True Crimson Dragon God Emperor.
Luckily, he’d always followed the principle of sincerity. He hadn’t lied or hidden anything earlier.
While Aki was awkwardly unsure what to say, the True Crimson Dragon God Emperor spoke up on His own: “I really am interested in that cultivation method. Because since my birth, I’ve never gotten stronger. I’ve tried every cultivation method, but none worked. Yours is the only one I’ve never seen. If it works, I wouldn’t mind becoming a human female and coupling with you.”
It was the same for Him as for Ophis.
Both were Dragon Gods. The power gap between Ophis and the True Crimson Dragon God Emperor existed, but wasn’t particularly huge. And both were almost unable to become stronger through cultivation.
That was also why Ophis could only seek help from others if she wanted to defeat the True Crimson Dragon God Emperor.

Anticipation for Aki’s return.
As for Aki reaching Dragon God-Level – or the fact that he’d only been cultivating for two years – Revier didn’t care at all.
Ophis and Revier were both born from heaven and earth, incarnations of conceptual power. They had no common sense.
Ophis only became a bit more “human” after spending many years in the Human World.
Back in the Human World, Aki naturally didn’t know about Revier’s anticipation. But he hadn’t spoken casually. He genuinely planned to visit her again once he became Dragon God-Level.
With Dragon God-Level power, he could尝试更多 (attempt more things).
Even if he angered Revier, he wouldn’t have to worry about being swatted dead.
Only after personally interacting with Revier did Aki understand the power of Dragon God-Level.
He might be only half a step away, but if it came to a real fight, he had no chance of winning.

With Koneko taking the lead, Rias and the others couldn’t say anything. They could only wait for Aki and Kuroka to sort things out before asking questions.
Aki didn’t really have much to sort out. A little water magic easily cleaned off the fluids from cultivation.
But Kuroka was different. Not to mention her completely ruined kimono, the large amounts of粘液 (sticky fluids) on her body and inside her weren’t easy to clean.

Rias and the others were speechless at Aki’s boldness.
Especially learning that Aki had given Revier a name – to their faces – that amazed them even more than Aki persuading Revier to become female.
Giving a name was something only close elders, or parents to a child, could do.
Yet that existence had actually agreed. And from what Aki said, she seemed…
