As night fell, we wrapped up our discussion and disbanded. I had a fulfilling day, having hugged Sherry in the morning and made plans for a romantic getaway with Lana in the evening.
After returning to the mansion, I asked the staff to contact Isabella. The message was about the Golden Crab incident――”We’ll take care of it.”
While prioritizing Lana’s training camp, I thought it’d be fine to investigate a bit. My role isn’t to stir up trouble, but to gather information that might be useful to the police.
”I think we’ll go with that plan.”
Belzeda nodded.
”Vitz will be easy to contact too. I’ll keep an eye on the organization while you’re away, young master.”
”Thanks. If this goes well, we’ll gain favor with the police and make progress with Vitz too.”
”Your relationship with Miss Lana will also move forward, won’t it? Is she your top priority right now?”
”…Yeah, that’s how it is.”
I hesitated, but it was better to be honest with Belzeda. As the temporary boss of Midnight Fangs, I couldn’t ignore the organization’s interests. While it didn’t matter who I played with, my top priority had implications for the organization.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the academy is older than the one in my mansion. It’s simply hot.

Lana takes out Vitz’s pamphlet. I hadn’t checked the winter part at all, but what’s it like?
