My question earned me a look from Mera-chan that screamed, “What is this guy even saying?” I winced internally. Oops. As the Emperor of the suzerain nation, Quvar, that question must have sounded totally insane.
”Of course I am,” she replied, her voice carrying the polished cadence of royalty. “I am the first princess of the Dragon Kingdom of Enied, a vassal state to Your Majesty. Henceforth, I am prepared to serve Your Majesty as a s*x-slave princess… a slave-consort.”
She declared her submission again, still with her hands bound behind her back. I wanted to say, “Young girls really shouldn’t use the word ‘slave’ so much,” but I was the one who made her one.
”Hey, Mera-chan,” I asked, tilting my head, “what’s a ‘slave-consort’ exactly?”
”Literally, it means a princess treated like a s*x slave,” she explained, her tone perfectly composed. “It is the lowest rank among the royal consorts, but I am honored to be counted among Your Majesty’s women.”

”If it pleases Your Majesty,” Mera-chan added, her aristocratic tone softening into something more eager, “I would also like Takumi-sama to ravage me rough~desuwa. After witnessing such a spectacular virgin violation, I simply cannot contain myself…”
Meruru was gazing at me with dreamy eyes, her ero-leotard already exposed, giving me a “ready to go” look. Well, it was my policy to give the girls who wanted it exactly what they wanted.
”But Mera-chan,” I said, my voice dropping to something gentler, “I’m going to dote on you plenty.”
”Yes,” she replied, her head bowing slightly. “It is a slave-consort’s place to be held as Your Majesty wishes.”

”It’s been taken over by Nasu-kun already,” Livia replied with a dismissive wave, “so what’s done is done.”
Livia, the “Witch of the Turning Heavens,” who had journeyed to the Burghan Theocracy, was now facing Floria—the court witch, ranked second, the “Azure Sky Witch.”
But despite her dismissive words, her expression and tone were filled with delight. She understood that the First Emperor, Nasu Takumi, was targeting her life, but she’d decided to enjoy this situation more than anything.
”Well,” she mused, “worst case, I can just teleport back to the other side.”
”The other side?” Floria pressed, her brow furrowing.
”No matter who you are,” Livia replied with a sly smile, “that’s a secret.”
Livia’s “other side” referred to the place where the school trip bus was sleeping. What she didn’t know was that Sanada Shiori had already devised teleportation magic to reach it. That’s how far Shiori’s genius had reached—she was in the realm of true brilliance.
”I’m going to watch from on high in this country,” Livia declared, her voice carrying an academic detachment.
”You’re not going to the Kingdom of Astoria?” Floria asked.
”No,” Livia replied, shaking her head. “Maribel, the ‘Witch of the Four Seas,’ is strong, but you’re the strongest, after all.”
Floria’s expression softened at the praise of her strength. As the witch representing one of the Four Great Nations, the Burghan Theocracy, she was also a warrior who wielded the spear at an extremely high level.
”Of course,” Floria affirmed, her tone steady and resolute. “Even if I were to face the ‘Crusher of All Things’—Mesugorilla herself—I’d put her down for you.”
”I’m counting on you,” Livia replied, a hint of amusement coloring her words.
Livia herself was a high-ranking witch. It wasn’t arrogance to calculate that even if she were ambushed, Floria would be more than enough to repel the attack.
(But this doesn’t make sense, Livia thought, her eyes narrowing. Nasu-kun’s actions at McGaref and the Imperial Capital are completely different. Those two—they’re the same person, so are they fighting each other?)
Livia’s decision to remain observing was also because it was hard to tell what was going on.
(And what he’s doing is purges, she mused. He’s actively killing his own allies… well, I guess that means my poison magic is working.)
Indeed, the First Emperor, Nasu Takumi, had arrested quite a number of people. There was a clear intent behind it, but the information reaching Livia was too sparse to make a judgment.
(Well, that’s fine, she concluded, a predatory smile curling at her lips. Once things are sufficiently torn apart, I’ll crush him from both sides—the Burghan Theocracy and the Kingdom of Astoria. Ah, I can’t wait. War really is entertainment, after all.)
But Livia was about to receive an unexpected visitor—one that would throw her off-balance.
