I finished my shopping early in the morning, and by noon, I was on my way to the brothel. The streets in the red-light district were quiet in the daylight. I slipped into a side alley and entered the usual building.
”Oh, it’s you again,” the madam said as I walked in. “Been a while. But don’t expect discounts.”
Her voice was firm but not unfriendly. Thanks to her low rates and flexible hours, this place had become a regular spot for many guys in my class. Even though there were other brothels, most of us ended up here. It was also the place where I had my first time.
”Here for Kahoru-chan?” she asked, raising one eyebrow. “Or do you want to try someone new? We’ve just brought in a few fresh girls today. Virgins, a little more expensive. That housemate of yours, Katsuya-kun, came looking earlier. But it’s first come, first served.”
She meant Domoto Katsuya, one of the guys on the first party team. If even he could afford that… I handed over the usual payment and told her I was choosing Kahoru-chan.
”Alright then, wait a bit,” the madam said, waving her hand casually.
”Oh—also, madam…” I started to say, but she cut me off.
”You’re going to say something about it, right?” she said, letting out a small sigh. “Look, I get it. You kids from other worlds have it rough. But this is still a business. Girls from all over the nearby towns are selling themselves just to survive. I’ve done what I could for you people, but special treatment doesn’t last forever.”
She wasn’t wrong. Kahoru-chan was only able to stay in this place because the madam had looked out for her. In this world, it was common for children with no family or money to end up like this. The ones who stopped earning were sent to cheaper places. The ones who couldn’t even find a room there…
”Takumi-kun, thank you for choosing me,” Kahoru-chan said gently as she came down the stairs.
She wore a thin nightgown, the fabric clinging softly to her skin. Her smile was small but real. Her hair was wrapped up neatly, exposing the smooth curve of her neck. Even that simple glimpse felt strangely beautiful.
”What do you want to do today?” she asked, tilting her head just a little. “Want me to help you feel good right here?”
This place was at the bottom end of the ranking, but its bold service style kept people coming. Real intercourse had to be done in a private room, but intimate touching and oral service were allowed out here in the waiting area. I glanced around—on the far side, a well-endowed woman was already working with another customer.
”Sorry,” Kahoru-chan said with a light laugh, noticing where I looked. “I’m not as curvy as her…”
She turned her eyes away shyly, her hands resting in front of her.
”Oh—no, I wasn’t staring,” I said quickly, feeling awkward. “It’s just… the way you look right now is really turning me on.”
”Really?” she said, her eyes lifting. “You’re getting excited… just by seeing me like this? That makes me happy…”
Her fingers brushed softly across the front of my pants, her touch gentle. Then she leaned in and kissed me. I responded naturally, letting her lead. Her lips were warm, her tongue moving lightly inside my mouth.
”Mmm… mmh…”
She kissed deeper, her hand stroking over me through my clothes. With her other hand, she guided mine to her chest.
”Hahh… Your kisses feel so nice,” she whispered. “I’m getting all warm down there…”
”I can’t hold it in much longer either,” I said, my breath slightly shaky.
”I want to go upstairs with you right now… but for now, let me take care of it like this,” she said, lowering herself in front of me.
I lifted my hips to help her undress me. Her fingers slid gently down, brushing against my skin. She smiled softly, then leaned closer and began.
Her mouth moved slowly, adding warmth with every motion. I placed my hand gently on her head, moving in rhythm with her.
Subtle wet noises, quiet breathing…
Her expression stayed calm as she took more, adjusting herself as she worked. The madam glanced over once, but didn’t say anything. This was Kahoru-chan’s way of proving she could handle it. I slowed down a little, trying not to push too far.
Light hums, soft contact…
”I’m close,” I whispered, tightening my grip slightly.
She looked up at me and nodded, her eyes calm.
”Ahh… here it comes…”
”Mmm… ngh…”
She swallowed quietly, not breaking eye contact. The thought lingered again—this was someone who once sat beside me in school. Now she was here. Bought by me. Back in Japan, maybe something like this could’ve happened, but not like this. And yet, she wanted this—wanted to be chosen.
But even if it’s messed up… we’re still alive. Iizuka, who thought he could solo a mid-level dungeon with just his magic, died. Kawashima went too far in and never came back. Sakazaki lost his girlfriend and couldn’t take it anymore. He ended it himself.
I shook my head. No use thinking about it.
Kahoru-chan opened her mouth slightly, showing she’d swallowed everything. I gently stroked her head in response. Then, without saying anything more, we stood and made our way to the back room—just a girl and her customer.

• Katsuya – Male. A member of the first team party. He is mentioned as someone who wanted to buy a new virgin girl at the brothel but was beaten to it by Takumi. His appearance and relationship with Takumi are not described in detail.

• Iizuka – Former acquaintance of the MC. Died due to overconfidence in his magic skills while soloing in a dungeon’s middle layers.
