”I… I did it…”
”Eluda and the others… worked really hard…”
”I want you to praise Meluda for noticing the ‘Strong Toad’ slime.”
Aluda and the others are completely worn out. But this ‘new armor’ we finally finished is definitely their best work.
”Sorry… I just need to rest a bit…”
””Aluda?!””
It’s no use, I’m losing consciousness──

(Hiroya’s POV)
”So, when I saw them last night, they looked totally exhausted.”
”Aluda and the others are really pushing themselves. I should tell them they don’t need to rush since they have a guard mission coming up.”
Last night, Liz told me how bad the dwarf sisters looked when they met at the hot springs.
”Want to drop by and check on them?”
Liz leans closer to me.
”…You just want to take a detour, right?”
”Hehe♡.”
…So cute. Liz shows so many different sides of herself──when she’s talking about requests with the guild master, when she gets all flirty, and when she acts all sweet like this. She’s really my girlfriend.
”But yeah, they definitely need a break. Let’s go visit them.”
My right side is completely pressed against Liz as we head to Aluda and the others’ blacksmith shop.

”…So, they finished this and then collapsed, huh?”
Aluda is slumped over on the long bench at the shop’s table, not moving at all.
If Eluda and Meluda hadn’t told me she was “sleeping,” I would have rushed to call Mr. Rudolf.
On the table, there are dull silver armor pieces lined up.
”Metal armor, huh? It’s that special alloy, right? It’s as light as leather armor.”
Liz picks up a chest piece.
”Oh, they used leather for the lining. And what’s this fluffy stuff?”
”The leather lining is shock-absorbent. Metal armor can hit your body hard, so we used leather inside to soften the impact.”
”The fluffy stuff is sheep wool. It’s for warmth.”
Eluda and Meluda explain.
”And this is the best part.”
They point to the fastener. With the leather armor, only the buckle was metal, and the belt that held the armor on was leather, but…
”The belt is metal too. And it has leather on the inside.”
”This fastener has 5 levels, so you can adjust it to fit properly.”
Wow, Liz is impressed.
The parts are the same as before: chest, waist, arms, legs… but what’s this?
”Oh! That’s…”
Meluda’s face turns red when she sees the part I picked up.
”?”
”That’s for the groin… it goes over the shorts…”
”! S-sorry!”
I quickly put it back on the table. I didn’t realize it was for such a sensitive area…
”W-well, when Liz-Liz and Aluda got messed up by the orcs, iur armor came off right away.”
”Exactly. So we made it so it’s hard to get pulled off. And we thought, let’s protect ‘the important parts’ too.”
”Right… before it was just underwear.”
Got it.
”And the main highlight is this! Liz-Liz, come here!”
Meluda pulls Liz’s hand and leads her to the back room.

”Huh? Are you really coming out of the room like this?!”
”It’s fine! We’re close enough now that it’s not embarrassing to show Hiro!”
I can hear some strange back-and-forth from behind the door.
”Should I step out for a bit?”
”It’s okay.”
Eluda laughs as she says this.
”Ta-da!”
Meluda comes out from the room, with Liz hiding behind her.
”See, Liz-Liz! It’s not embarrassing!”
”…But this is just underwear…”
”Just come on!”
Meluda moves behind Liz, takes her hands, and lifts them up.
”Wait!”
”Eh…?”
I can’t help but make a weird sound.
Yeah. The underwear is black lace, top and bottom. Is that really the main highlight?
”Check it out, this is my new underwear.”
”No way. It looks like you’re not wearing anything… oh, I can barely see a seam around your stomach?”
Liz’s face turns bright red at my words.
”It’s made from strong toad slime and wire spider silk, so it’s ‘invisible underwear.’ It’s harder to cut through than the old one, and it’s better at taking hits. Plus, it’s really warm too.”
”When a strong toad gets attacked, it releases a clear slime from its skin. That makes it hard to cut through. So, that’s what I used.”
”Can I take a closer look? It really looks like you’re not wearing anything…”
Since I still can’t believe Eluda and Meluda’s words, I move in closer to check it out.
”This is so embarrassing, Hiroya…”
”Oh, you’re right.”
I can definitely see the suit there. I pinch the thigh part and pull it a bit.
”Ahh♡.”
”Wow, it’s about 1mm thick, right? And it stretches more than the old one, doesn’t it?”
Liz lets out a sigh, but I’m not really paying attention to that. I want this too.
”The old one didn’t stretch at all and was a bit tight. I want one too for man. Oh, but make sure it has some color. By the way, what was the point of making it invisible in the first place?”
””Fashion!””
…Okay, I guess that’s true.
Following that, I start putting on the parts from the table.
”Oh, the fit is amazing!”
”Maybe it’s because of the leather lining and the sheepskin?”
Eluda, who is helping me put it on, answers with a proud look.
”Wow!”
I can’t help but gasp. You can see the sheepskin from all the parts, and it looks cool, like it’s surrounded by white fur. Plus, the fact that the underwear is invisible is super s*xy.
”Hey Liz, can you turn around?”
”Like this?”
The skirt part around her waist flares out, and the part around her hips peeks out a bit. It has a kind of erotic vibe, like you can see her underwear.
”…The invisibility is nice.”
I can’t help but say my honest thoughts.
””Hiro is so naughty.””
”What’s amazing is that it’s warm. The armor part is, of course, but the underwear part isn’t cold either.”
Liz looked embarrassed when she was just in her underwear, but now that she’s putting on the parts, she seems really happy with how it feels.
”I made a new composite bow for you too.”
Saying that, Meluda hands Liz a new bow.
”I tried to use the same materials as before as much as possible…”
Liz adjusts the string of the composite bow and pulls it back.
”Yeah! It feels great! Thanks a lot!”
She nods happily.

When I told them about the escort mission, they promised to have everything ready by tomorrow morning. I mean, I told them to just rest for now.
I thanked Eluda and Meluda, and quietly said “thank you” to sleeping Aluda before leaving the shop.
”The belt for hanging weapons uses that special alloy too, so it’s really sturdy.”
With the new short sword and knife attached, Liz is super happy. She looks like she wants to swing the paper bag with her old clothes around.
”You seem really happy, Liz.”
”Of course! The new armor is amazing, and… I get to go on an escort mission with Hiroya. I was planning to go even if I had to wear my old armor.”
She says that while taking my hand and smiling shyly.
”Come on! Let’s hurry home and show it off!”
Liz starts running, and I can’t help but run after her.

(Aluda’s POV)
”Thanks, Aluda. For making such a wonderful armor…”
Hiro smiles in front of Aluda.
”I-it’s nothing! Liz is happy, and… if it helps Hiro, then…”
Cute Hiro’s face gets closer.
(No, it’s too embarrassing. I can’t keep my eyes open.)
When I close my eyes, I feel those soft lips…

(Meluda’s POV)
”Hehe… hehehehe♡.”
Aluda, sleeping on the couch, hugs a blanket and smiles in her sleep.
”…Aluda is laughing in her sleep…”
Eluda looks at Aluda with a puzzled expression.
”…She looks like she’s having some naughty dream…”
